9Chemical composition and antifungal potential of apricot, sour cherry, and cherry tree bio-products(resins)against food-borne molds显示文摘In this study, the chemical components of ethanol extracts from the resins of apricot(Prunus armeniaca L.),sour cherry(Prunus cerasus L.)and cherry(Prunus avium L.)trees were investigated. The extracts'antifungal activity, minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum fungicidal concentration(MFC)values were determined on seven different food-borne mold species.Naringenin was the most abundant phenolic compound in Prunus cerasus and Prunus avium resin extracts, while chlorogenic acid had the highest concentration in Prunus armeniaca resin extracts. The highest antifungal activity and the lowest MIC and MFC values were in the sour cherry tree resin's ethanol extracts(P<0.05).The highest antifungal activity was in the sour cherry tree resin's ethanol extract with a 19.24 mm zone diameter on Aspergillus flavus. In contrast, the lowest effect was on Cladosporium cladosporioides with an 8.00 mm zone diameter in apricot tree resin's ethanol extracts(P<0.05).The lowest MIC and MFC values were recorded using the sour cherry tree resin's ethanol extracts on Rhizopus nigricans(16.6μg/mL)and Aspergillus flavus(47.3μg/mL)respectively.Therefore,apricot,sour cherry, and cherry tree resins extracts can be used as natural antifungals against molds.Oktay Tomar Gökhan Akarca Veli Gök Ömer İstek 2022Food Bioscience2022,47,3:1

17Impact of different sampling rates on precise point positioning performance using online processing service显示文摘In this study, the effect of different sampling rates(i.e.observation recording interval)on the Precise Point Positioning(PPP)solutions in terms of accuracy was investigated. For this purpose,a field test was carried out inÇorum province,Turkey,on 11 September 2019.Within this context,a Geodetic Point(GP)was established and precisely coordinated.A static GNSS measurement was occupied on the GP for about 4-hour time at 0.10 second(s)/10 Hz measurement intervals with the Trimble R10 geodetic grade GNSS receiver. The original observation file was converted to RINEX format and then decimated into the different data sampling rates as 0.2 s,0.5 s,1 s,5 s,10 s,30 s,60 s,and 120 s.All these RINEX observation files were submitted to the Canadian Spatial Reference System-Precise Point Positioning(CSRS-PPP)online processing service the day after the data collection date by choosing both static and kinematic processing options. In this way,PPP-derived static coordinates, and the kinematic coordinates of each measurement epoch were calculated. The PPP-derived coordinates obtained from each decimated sampling intervals were compared to known coordinates of the GP for northing,easting,2D position, and height components.According to the static and kinematic processing results, high data sampling rates did not change the PPP solutions in terms of accuracy when compared to the results obtained using lower sampling rates. The results of this study imply that it was not necessary to collect GNSS data with high-rate intervals for many surveying projects requiring cm-level accuracy.Serdar Erol Reha Metin Alkan İ.Murat Ozulu Veli Ilçi 2021Geo-Spatial Information Science2021,24,2:0
