1猪体内微生物对纤维利用的研究进展显示文摘日粮纤维素可满足生长猪维持能量需要的30%,母猪从日粮纤维摄入的能量越高,母猪的繁殖性能及健康状况越好。谷物饲料和高质量蛋白质供给充足,必然限制纤维饲料的使用,然而随着人类对谷物粮食需求的增加,养猪业,特别是种猪生产者,不得不用其它饲料代替日粮中的谷物饲料,这些饲料包括已木质化的植物细胞壁,如牧草、豆科植物、面粉加工厂及酒厂的副产品,它们均含高水平的纤维素残余物。猪大肠内的微生物区系比人体内的微生物区系能更好的适应木质化的牧草和副产品。猪大肠内的微生物区系包含高活性的反刍纤维素分解菌属和半纤维素分解菌,其中包括琥珀酸生产纤维菌(Fibrobacter succinogenes)、白瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus albus)、生黄瘤胃球菌(Rumin-ococcus flavefaciens)、丁酸弧菌属(Butyiviibriospp)及反刍类菌体(Prevotella ruminicola),最近从猪大肠内分离出一种新型高活性的纤维素分解菌——草食梭状芽孢杆菌(Clostridiumherbivorans)。随着纤维摄入量的增加,微生物的数量也增加,成年动物体内的纤维素分解菌的数量近似为生长猪的6.7倍,而在人大肠内未发现高活性的纤维素分解菌属,因此猪大肠内纤维发酵更像瘤胃发酵。席鹏彬 Varel Yen 1998国外畜牧学(饲料)1998,,2:14
