1新型SPD工艺对AM60镁合金性能不均匀性的影响显示文摘利用新型大塑性变形(SPD)技术提高镁合金的冶金性能。在此过程中,先进行循环挤压−压缩−角挤压(CECAP)过程,再在出口处进行挤压,起到附加背压的作用。因此,与等径角挤压(ECAP)相比,期望获得更加均匀和优异的力学性能。为了评价这种新方法的有效性和能力,对AM60镁合金进行加工。有限元分析表明,新方法的应变值和均匀应变分布均显著提高。此外,与传统的ECAP相比,新方法的压应力增加约110%。实验结果表明,经新工艺处理后,试样的硬度和强度均有显著提高,这是由于其晶粒细化,显微组织更加均匀,并且细化的β相沿晶界均匀分布。因此,该新工艺在未来镁合金生产中具有广阔的应用前景。Siroos AHMADI Vali ALIMIRZALOO Ghader FARAJI Ali DONIAVI 2021Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2021,31,3:8

3ANFIS and ANNs model for prediction of moisture diffusivity and specific energy consumption potato,garlic and cantaloupe drying under convective hot air dryer显示文摘The main purpose of this study was to develop and apply an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)and Artificial Neural Networks(ANNs)model for predicting the drying characteristics of potato,garlic and cantaloupe at convective hot air dryer.Drying experiments were conducted at the air temperatures of 40,50,60 and 70C and the air speeds of 0.5,1 and l.5 m/s.Drying properties were including kinetic drying,effective moisture diffusivity(Deff)and specific energy consumption(SEC).The highest value of Deff obtained 9.76×10^-9,0.13×10^-9 and 9.97×10^-10 m^2/s for potato,garlic,and cantaloupe,respectively.The lowest value of SEC for potato,garlic,and cantaloupe were calculated 1.94105,4.52105 and 2.12105 kJ/kg,respectively.Results revealed that the ANFIS model had the high ability to predict the Deff(R^2=0.9900),SEC(R^2=0.9917),moisture ratio(R^2=0.9974)and drying rate(R^2=0.9901)during drying.So ANFIS method had the high ability to evaluate all output as compared to ANNs method.Mohammad Kaveh Vali Rasooli Sharabiani Reza Amiri Chayjan Ebrahim Taghinezhad Yousef Abbaspour-Gilandeh Iman Golpour 2018Information Processing in Agriculture2018,5,3:3
4Empirical investigation of the cooling performance of a new designed Trombe wall in combination with solar chimney and water spraying system显示文摘This paper presents an experimental study of a new designed Trombe wall in combination with solar chimney and water spraying system in a test room under Yazd(Iran) desert climate.The Trombe wall area is 50% of that of the southern wall of the building that occupies less space and reduces the implementation costs. The new design of the channel has caused the absorber to receive the solar radiation from three directions. Based on the results, the optimum mass flow rate and the nozzle diameter of the water spraying system has been obtained 10 l/h and 30 μm, respectively. The results indicate that the water spraying system decreases indoor temperature and increases indoor relative humidity by about 8 ℃ and 17%, respectively. The most effect of outdoor relative humidity variation is on indoor relative humidity, rather than indoor temperature. When outdoor temperature increases, both indoor relative humidity and the difference between indoor and outdoor relative humidity decreases. In particular, the energy efficiency of residential buildings is considered a top priority of a country's energy policy. The paper proposes a genetic programming-based framework for estimating the energy performance of residential buildings. The objective is to build a model able to predict the heating load and the cooling load of residential buildings. An accurate prediction of these parameters facilitates a better control of energy consumption and, moreover, it helps choosing the energy supplier that better fits the energy needs,which is considered an important issue in the deregulated energy market. The proposed framework blends a recently developed version of genetic programming with a local search method and linear scaling. The resulting system enables us to build a model that produces an accurate estimation of both considered parameters. Extensive simulations on 768 diverse residential buildings confirm the suitability of the proposed method in predicting heating load and cooling load.
