1A Review Featuring Fabrication, Properties and Applications of Carbon Nanotubes(CNTs) Reinforced Polymer and Epoxy Nanocomposites显示文摘Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have long been recognized as the stiffest and strongest man-made material known to date. In addition, their high electrical conductivity has roused interest in the areas of electrical appliances and communication related applications. However, due to their miniature size, the excellent properties of these nanostructures can only be exploited if they are homogeneously embedded into light-weight matrices as those offered by a whole series of engineering polymers. In order to enhance their chemical affinity to engineering polymer matrices, chemical modification of the graphitic sidewalls and tips is necessary. The mechanical and electrical properties to date of a whole range of nanocomposites of various carbon nanotube contents are also reviewed in this attempt to facilitate progress in this emerging area. Recently, carbonaceous nano-fillers such as graphene and carbon nanotubes(CNTs) play a promising role due to their better structural and functional properties and broad range of applications in every field. Since CNTs usually form stabilized bundles due to van der Waals interactions, they are extremely difficult to disperse and align in a polymer matrix. The biggest issues in the preparation of CNTs reinforced composites reside in efficient dispersion of CNTs into a polymer matrix, the assessment of the dispersion, and the alignment and control of the CNTs in the matrix. An overview of various CNT functionalization methods is given. In particular, CNT functionalization using click chemistry and the preparation of CNT composites employing hyperbranched polymers are stressed as potential techniques to achieve good CNT dispersion. 2乌拉尔甘草TIFY基因家族鉴定及调控分析显示文摘目的 为了探索乌拉尔甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)TIFY基因家族的特征并预测其功能,本研究在全基因组层面,应用生物信息学方法对乌拉尔甘草TIFY基因家族进行鉴定和分析。方法 在乌拉尔甘草全基因组数据基础上,利用NCBI、MEME及TBtools等工具,结合基因保守结构域,对乌拉尔甘草TIFY基因家族的序列特征、分类、系统发育和基因表达模式进行分析。结果 在乌拉尔甘草中鉴定到TIFY家族基因成员18个(GurTIFY1-GurTIFY18),分别属于TIFY、JAZ、PPD、ZML四个亚家族,编码的核苷酸长度为444-1266 bp,氨基酸长度在147-421 aa之间,等电点为4.57-9.68,分子质量为16741.11-44426.5 Da,含有10个保守基序和4个保守结构域。基因表达结果表明GurTIFY基因中GurTIFY15、GurTIFY4、GurTIFY1、GurTIFY11等在乌拉尔甘草叶和根中的表达水平具有显著差异性。结论 本研究为深入理解TIFY基因响应非生物胁迫的调控机制和参与次生代谢物质累积的功能奠定基础,并为乌拉尔甘草优质品种选育提供科学参考。秦振芬 孟祥霄 温东 朱雪雯 王艳 Botir Khaitov Atia tul Wahab 孙伟 2022世界科学技术-中医药现代化2022,24,5:2
3腊肠树叶绿体基因组序列特征及其系统发育分析显示文摘目的获取腊肠树(Cassia fistula L.)叶绿体基因组信息特征,对其在决明属(Cassia Linn.)中的系统发育位置进行研究,为腊肠树有效的开发、保护和利用提供理论依据。方法使用Illumina测序技术对腊肠树进行测序,并结合生物信息学方法对其进行叶绿体基因组组装、注释和系统发育分析。结果腊肠树叶绿体基因组长度为161,724 bp,具有典型的四分体结构,总GC含量为36.1%,包含128个基因,其中83个蛋白质编码基因,37个tRNA基因和8个rRNA基因。系统发育分析表明,7个决明属物种被聚为3支,美丽决明S.spectabilis、望江南S.occidentalis、铁刀木S.siamea和决明S.tora聚为一支,腊肠树C.fistula与布鲁斯特决明C.brewsteri聚为一支,山扁豆Chamaecrista mimosoides单独聚为一支,且腊肠树与布鲁斯特决明C.brewsteri的亲缘关系最近。结论从叶绿体基因组系统发育的角度来看,本研究支持2010版的Flora of China的决明亚族植物种类的划分结论,决明属物种中的美丽决明S.spectabilis、望江南S.occidentalis、铁刀木S.siamea和决明S.tora应归为番泻决明属(Senna),腊肠树C.fistula应归为决明属(Cassia),山扁豆Ch.mimosoide应归为山扁豆属(Chamaecrista)。向如双 段宝忠 孙伟 宋驰 王艳 Atia tul Wahab 孟祥霄 2022环球中医药2022,15,12:2
