| 1 | 年龄对血清褪黑素水平及其昼夜节律性的影响显示文摘目的 研究年龄对中国成年男性血清褪黑素水平及其昼夜节律性的影响。方法 健康志愿者按年龄分为四组 :30~ 39岁组 (8例 )、40~ 49岁组 (5例 )、50~ 59岁组 (5例 )和≥ 60岁组 (7例 )。白天 (8~ 2 2时 )每 2 h、夜间 (2 2~ 8时 )每 1 h采血一次 ,放免法检测血清褪黑素浓度。采用 t检验、ANOVA及余弦法分析处理观测数据。结果 血清褪黑素水平呈明显的昼夜节律性变化 ,高峰在午夜 ,白天水平很低 ,采样时间对血清褪黑素水平具有非常显著性影响 (P<0 .0 1 )。余弦法血清 MT仅在 30~ 39岁和 40~ 49岁组中有显著昼夜节律性变化 (P<0 .0 5)。 30~ 50岁组血清褪黑素水平相似 ,≥ 60岁组夜间 (2 3~ 5时 )血清褪黑素水平明显降低 ,与 30~ 50岁组相比有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 血清褪黑素水平及其昼夜节律性变化受年龄的影响 ,随年龄增长夜间血清褪黑素水平下降 ,并且其昼夜节律性 (50~ 59岁和≥ 60岁组 )消失。 | 赵子彦 付越榕 李玉阳 谢毅 李新华 Yvan Touitou | 2003 | 中国老年学杂志2003，23，8： | 9 |

| 3 | Intraocular complications of IFN-α and ribavirin therapy in patients with chronic viral hepatitis C显示文摘We report a panel of severe inflammatory and vascular intraocular disorders occurring during interferon-alpha (IFN-α) treatment in eight hepatitis C virus (HCV)-infected patients. These events include three cases of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada like (VKH) disease (an association of panuveitis, retinal detachment, ear and meningeal detachment and skin and hair changes), two cases of central retinal vein occlusion, one case of central retinal artery occlusion, one case of severe hypertensive retinopathy and one case of bilateral ischemic optic neuropathy with severe visual impairment. | 4 | 年龄对血清皮质醇和硫酸脱氢表雄酮水平及其昼夜变化的影响显示文摘目的 研究年龄对男性血清皮质醇和硫酸脱氢表雄酮 (DHEAS)水平及其昼夜节律的影响。方法 2 6名男性健康志愿者按年龄 (每增龄 10岁 )分为四组 :3 0~ (8名 )、40~ (6名 )、5 0~ (5名 )和 60~(7名 )岁组。 8:0 0~ 2 2 :0 0每 2小时 ,2 2 :0 0~ 8:0 0每小时采血一次 ,ELISA检测血清皮质醇 ,化学发光免疫法检测血清DHEAS。结果 血清皮质醇和DHEAS水平均呈明显昼夜变化 ,余弦法证实有统计学意义。皮质醇峰值 4:0 0~ 6:0 0 ,谷值 18:0 0~ 2 4:0 0 ,较白种人的峰、谷时间提前约 2h ;DHEAS峰值在 16:0 0左右。年龄对血清皮质醇水平及其昼夜变化无明显影响 ,但影响血清DHEAS水平 ,60岁组的血清DHEAS水平较其它 3组明显降低 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,皮质醇 /DHEAS比值也均显著增高 (均P <0 .0 1)。结论 年龄对血清皮质醇水平及其昼夜变化无明显作用 ,但明显影响血清DHEAS水平。 | 赵子彦 付越榕 谢毅 李玉阳 李新华 Yvan Touitou | 2004 | 中华内分泌代谢杂志2004，20，6： | 3 |
