1废炸药的乳化预处理技术显示文摘应当重视废炸药处理方法的适用性。一般采用的处理方法是:先将炸药熔化,配制炸药熔化物的水溶液,再将该水溶液乳化,变成乳化炸药,然后进行水合和焚烧处理。当制造乳状液时,首先要形成至少有两种不相溶组分所组成的多项系统,为此就需使用具有转子—定子主机的乳化机。比如,胶体磨可在层流场中产生粘滞力分裂液滴,齿环分散机可产生湍动涡流使液滴分裂。本文探讨了几种乳化装备的乳化作用和液滴发生畸变、分裂的机理。Ulrch Teipel 张少波 1993化工装备技术1993,14,4:4
