1Experimental Study on Characteristics of Cathode Fan Systems of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells显示文摘对自制的阴极开放式自增湿型质子交换膜燃料电池阴极风扇系统不同工作模式下电池的空气流量分布及温度分布开展了实验研究。采用testo435多功能测量仪测量不同工作模式下电池阴极的空气流速;采用FLUKETi25红外温度成像仪测量不同操作模式下电池的表面温度分布。实验结果表明:阴极风扇系统不同的工作模式(“吸”和“吹”)会造成空气流量分布及温度分布不同。风扇工作在“吸.”模式下,燃料电池的表面工作温度分布和空气流量分布更均匀,性能更好;电池表面工作温度分布与流过电池阴极的空气流量具有一致性。该研究对于阴极开放式燃料电池性能研究及寻求电池系统效率、性能、温湿度等整体最优具有一定的指导和参考价值。ZHU Xingguang JIA Qiuhong CHEN Tanglong HAN Ming DENG Bin 2013中国电机工程学报2013,33,11:9

6PHD3 inhibits colon cancer cell metastasis through the occludin-p38 pathway显示文摘Prolyl hydroxylase 3(PHD3)hydroxylates HIFαin the presence of oxygen,leading to HIFαdegradation.PHD3 inhibits tumorigenesis.However,the underlying mechanism is not well understood.Herein,we demonstrate that PHD3 inhibits the metastasis of colon cancer cells through the occludin-p38 MAPK pathway independent of its hydroxylase activity.We find that PHD3 inhibits colon cancer cell metastasis in the presence of the PHD inhibitor DMOG,and prolyl hydroxylase-deficient PHD3(H196A)suppresses cell metastasis as well.PHD3 controls the stability of the tight junction protein occludin in a hydroxylase-independent manner.We further find that PHD3-inhibited colon cancer cell metastasis is rescued by knockdown of occludin and that occludin acts as a negative regulator of cell metastasis,implying that PHD3 suppresses metastasis through occludin.Furthermore,knockdown of occludin induces phosphorylation of p38 MAPK,and the p38 inhibitor SB203580 impedes cell migration and invasion induced by occludin knockdown,indicating that occludin functions through p38.Moreover,knockdown of occludin enhances the expression of MKK3/6,the upstream kinase of p38,while overexpression of occludin decreases its expression.Our results suggest that PHD3 inhibits the metastasis of colon cancer cells through the occludin-p38 pathway independent of its hydroxylase activity.These findings reveal a previously undiscovered mechanism underlying the regulation of cancer cell metastasis by PHD3 and highlight a noncanonical hydroxylaseindependent function of PHD3 in the suppression of cancer cells.Yuyao Li Tanglong Yuan Hongwei Zhang Shuting Liu Jie Lun Jing Guo Yu Wang Yuying Zhang Jing Fang 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11:0
7Forsterite-hydroxyapatite composite scaffolds with photothermal antibacterial activity for bone repair显示文摘Bone engineering scaffolds with antibacterial activity satisfy the repair of bacterial infected bone defects,which is an expected issue in clinical.In this work,3D-printed polymer-derived forsterite scaffolds were proposed to be deposited with hydroxyapatite(HA)coating via a hydrothermal treatment,achieving the functions of photothermal-induced antibacterial ability and bioactivity.The results showed that polymer-derived forsterite scaffolds possessed the photothermal antibacterial ability to inhibit Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)and Escherichia coli(E.coli)in vitro,owing to the photothermal effect of free carbon embedded in the scaffolds.The morphology of HA coating on forsterite scaffolds could be controlled through changing the hydrothermal temperature and the pH value of the reaction solution during hydrothermal treatment.Furthermore,HA coating did not influence the mechanical strength and photothermal effect of the scaffolds,but facilitated the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of rat bone mesenchymal stem cells(rBMSCs)on scaffolds.Hence,the HA-deposited forsterite scaffolds would be greatly promising for repairing bacterial infected bone defects.Weiye LIU Rongtai ZUO Tanglong ZHU Min ZHU Shichang ZHAO Yufang ZHU 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,5:0
