18饲喂微波辐射的高粱对羊养分利用、瘤胃发酵和血清代谢物的影响显示文摘体内体外两个体系来调查微波辐射(900W,频率2 450 HZ)对高粱的影响。此外,对未经处理和微波辐射高粱进行L*、a*、b*颜色模型的颜色参数(CIE)和总色差(ΔE*)的颜色定量分析。颜色分析显示,总色差的增加(线性效应,P<0.001)是被L*、a*和b*变化支配。试验一,通过完全随机试验研究未处理组和被微波照射3、5、7 min的高粱体外产气动力学和粗蛋白消化率。试验二,研究微波辐射对表观养分代谢率和血清代谢产物的影响,3种处理包括未经处理组和补充了苜蓿干草(60??40)的微波辐射高粱(3和5 min)分别饲喂给12只美利奴杂交公绵羊(体重35.9±6.38 kg),试验采用完全随机试验设计,设4个重复,共进行21 d。结果表明,微波处理可以线性提高产后24 h的累计产气量(P<0.01),并且滞后时间显著降低(P<0.001)。与未处理组相比,微波照射7 min高粱的粗蛋白体外消化率显著降低(P<0.001)。体内实验结果表明,5min微波辐射对粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的表观消化率没有影响,但其干物质、有机物和淀粉的消化率呈线性增加(P<0.01)。与未经处理组相比,被微波照射3和5 min组的瘤胃液中总挥发性脂肪酸(MM)显著增加,但两处理组间差异不显著。此外,当微波照射时间增加到5 min时氨氮呈线性降低(P<0.01)。血清代谢物不受微波处理高粱的影响,各处理都在正常范围内。5 min微波照射的高粱可提高过瘤胃蛋白、体外产气动力学、氮氨浓度和淀粉表观消化率,这对动物和粮食生产有着重要作用。Khajehdizaj F P Taghizadeh A Baghbanzadeh N B 2014饲料博览2014,0,9:0
