1An overview on metal-related catalysts: metal oxides, nanoporous metals and supported metal nanoparticles on metal organic frameworks and zeolites显示文摘Metal nanoparticles(NPs) supported on porous materials have shown great advantages in many catalytic application fields. Supported metal NPs are receiving extensive attention due to their significant contribution in a wide range of current and future applications, and this is arguably one of the fastest growing research fields. In this review, we highlight various types of metal catalysts that possess great potential in several catalytic reactions. The major focus has been on metal oxides, nanoporous metals and metal NPs supported on metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) and zeolites. Special attention has been given to the synthesis strategies and application of the NPs supported on MOFs and zeolites, which are considered highly interesting and rapidly expanding areas in heterogeneous catalysis. 2Effects of nanopores and sulfur doping on hierarchically bunched carbon fibers to protect lithium metal anode显示文摘Studies on three-dimensional structured carbon templates have focused on how to guide homogeneous lithium metal nucleation and growth for lithium metal anodes(LMAs).However,there is still insufficient evidence for a key factor to achieve their high electrochemical performance.Here,the effects of nanopores and sulfur doping on carbon-based nanoporous host(CNH)electrode materials for LMAs were investigated using natural polymer-derived CNHs.Homogeneous pore-filling behaviors of lithium metal in the nanopores of the CNH electrode materials were first observed by ex situ scanning electron microscopy analysis,where the protective lithium metal nucleation and growth process led to significantly high Coulombic efficiency(CE)of~99.4%and stable 600 cycles.In addition,a comparison study of CNH and sulfurdoped CNH(S-CNH)electrodes,which differ only in the presence or absence of sulfur,revealed that sulfur doping can cause lower electrochemical series resistance,higher CE value,and better cycling stability in a wide range of current densities and number of cycles.Moreover,S-CNH-based LMAs showed high electrochemical performance in full-cell Li-S battery tests using a sulfur copolymer cathode,where a high energy density of 1370Wh kgelectrode−1 and an excellent power density of 4120Wkgelectrode−1 were obtained.Ji In Jung Sunwoo Park Son Ha Se Youn Cho Hyoung-Joon Jin Young Soo Yun 2021Carbon Energy2021,3,5:4
3Recent advances in soft electronic materials for intrinsically stretchable optoelectronic systems显示文摘In recent years,significant progress has been achieved in the design and fabrication of stretchable optoelectronic devices.In general,stretchability has been achieved through geometrical modifications of device components,such as with serpentine interconnects or buckled substrates.However,the local stiffness of individual pixels and the limited pixel density of the array have impeded further advancements in stretchable optoelectronics.Therefore,intrinsically stretch-able optoelectronics have been proposed as an alternative approach.Herein,we review the recent advances in soft elec-tronic materials for application in intrinsically stretchable optoelectronic devices.First,we introduce various intrinsically stretchable electronic materials,comprised of electronic fillers,elastomers,and surfactants,and exemplify different in-trinsically stretchable conducting and semiconducting composites.We also describe the processing methods used to fabricate the electrodes,interconnections,charge transport layers,and optically active layers used in intrinsically stretch-able optoelectronic devices.Subsequently,we review representative examples of intrinsically stretchable optoelectronic devices,including light-emitting capacitors,light-emitting diodes,photodetectors,and photovoltaics.Finally,we briefly discuss intrinsically stretchable integrated optoelectronic systems.Ja Hoon Koo Huiwon Yun Woongchan Lee Sung-Hyuk Sunwoo Hyung Joon Shim Dae-Hyeong Kim 2022Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,8:3

7Stabilization of the Anatase Phase of Ti_(1-x)Sn_(x)O_(2) (x < 0.5) Nanofibers显示文摘We experimentally investigate the stabilization of the anatase phase of Ti_(1-x)Sn_(x)O_(2)(x<0.5)nanofibers when synthesized by an electrospinning method.The as-spun nanofibers became nano-grained,polycrystalline nanofibers after calcination and the diameters of the nanofibers depend on Sn content.Stabilization of the anatase phase in Ti-rich compositions and incorporation of Sn ions were confirmed by X-ray diffraction,Raman,X-ray absorption near-edge structure,and photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopies.Results from the PL study also demonstrated the tunable nature of the optical properties,with the emission maximum shifting towards higher wavelength with increasing Sn concentration.Kandasami Asokan Jae Young Park Sunwoo Choi Changhwan Chang Sang Sub Kim 2010Nano Research2010,3,4:2
