1不同含水量条件下稻田土壤中杀虫剂的生态影响(英文)显示文摘在控制条件下 ,研究了不同含水量 (风干土、5 0 %和 10 0 %田间持水量、淹水状态 ) ,加与不加杀虫剂 (三唑磷田间施用量 ) ,对稻田土壤部分性质的影响。含水量对土壤电子运输系统活度 (ETS) /脱氢酶、总酚、蛋白质、磷脂含量产生显著影响 ,但杀虫剂的加入不产生显著变化。ETS和总酚含量随含水量增加呈线性上升趋势。与不加杀虫剂对照相比 ,在所有含水量条件下 ,ETS略有降低 ,低含水量时稍明显 ;总酚的含量略有增加 ,但不显著。蛋白质不受杀虫剂影响。 5 0 %田间持水量时 ,土壤蛋白质有所降低 ,表明此时有较强的 N-矿化作用。5 0 %田间持水量时磷脂含量达最大值 ,之后随含水量增加直线下降 ;在淹水条件下 ,磷脂含量最低。与不加杀虫剂对照相比 ,在较低含水量时 ,磷脂含量略有减少。上述研究也说明 5 0Abid SUBHANI 廖敏 黄昌勇 谢正苗 2001中国水稻科学2001,15,2:6
2大豆蚜CYP4G51基因克隆及吡虫啉胁迫对其诱导效应显示文摘细胞色素P450是昆虫体内重要的解毒代谢酶,与昆虫对杀虫剂抗性有关。试验通过转录组测序获得1条新的大豆蚜细胞色素P450的cDNA序列,经国际P450命名委员会命名为CYP4G51,该基因GenBank登陆号为MG829857。cDNA 序列全长2 347 bp,含1个长度为1 701 bp开放阅读框,编码566个氨基酸,等电点约为6.46,分子质量约为64.5 ku。氨基酸序列中包含昆虫P450基因共有保守结构域。LC10、LC30和LC50不同浓度吡虫啉诱导3 h后,基因相对表达量均显著上调,与浓度呈正相关;LC50浓度下诱导12 h时相对表达量最高,为未诱导的5.467倍,表明该基因参与大豆蚜对吡虫啉的解毒代谢过程。樊东 李双宇 王晓云 裴海英 鲁冰瑜 董爽 Muhammad Junaid Subhani 2019东北农业大学学报2019,50,7:4
3Update on management of gastric varices显示文摘Gastric varices(GV) have different physiology and clinical characteristics compared to oesophageal varices(OV). There is little information about the management of GV. Most part of the recommendations is extrapolated from studies where the majority of participants had OV. Thus, most recommendations lack of strong evidence. This is a comprehensive review on all aspects of management of GV, i.e., primary, secondary prophylaxis and management of acute bleeding. 4Investigating the impact of Glyoxal retrieval from MAX-DOAS observations during haze and non-haze conditions in Beijing显示文摘This study presents the Multi Axis Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy(MAXDOAS) measurements for Glyoxal(CHOCHO) in Beijing, China(39.95°N, 116.32°E). CHOCHO is the smallest compound of di-carbonyl group. As a primary sink of CHOCHO, its photolysis with NOx(oxides of nitrogen) results in the production of tropospheric ozone. Therefore,the focus of CHOCHO DOAS measurements is increasing in trend. We did the measurements from 09 May 2017 to 09 September 2017. The study was conducted to compare different retrieval settings in order to reveal best DOAS fit settings for CHOCHO;furthermore, effect of haze and non-haze days on CHOCHO concentration was examined.The root mean square of residual and Differential Slant Column density(dSCD) error was reduced when measurements were done with lower wavelength limit around 432–438 nm and upper intervals around 455–460 nm. Thus, lower wavelength intervals around432–438 nm and upper intervals around 457–460 nm were best for the retrieval of dSCDs for CHOCHO. Meteorological conditions like haze or non-haze days did not have significant effect on DOAS fit parameters. The CHOCHO vertical column densities range from 1.33 E +14 to 9.77 E + 14 molecules/cm2 during the study period with average of 6.16 E +14 molecules/cm2. The results indicated that during haze days CHOCHO concentration was higher because of lower rate of photolysis and atmospheric oxidation potential. 5Anti-solvent engineering for efficient semitransparent CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite solar cells for greenhouse applications显示文摘With ideal combination of benefits that selectively converts high photon energy spectrum into electricity while transmitting low energy photo ns for photos yn thesis,the CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite solar cell(BPSC)is a promising candidate for efficient greenhouse based building integrated photovoltaic(BIPV)applications.However,the efficiency of BPSCs is still much lower than their theoretical efficiency.In general,interface band alignment is regarded as the vital factor of the BPSCs whereas only few reports on enhancing perovskite film quality.In this work,highly efficient BPSCs were fabricated by improving the crystallization process of CH3NH3PbBr3 with the assistance of anti-solvents.A new anti-solvent of diphenyl ether(DPE)was developed for its strong interaction with the solvents in the perovskite precursor solution.By using the anti-solvent of DPE,trap-state density of the CH3NH3PbBr3 film is reduced and the electron lifetime is enhanced along with the large-grain crystals compared with the samples from conventional anti-solvent of chlorobenzene.Upon preliminary optimization,the efficiencies of typical and semitransparent BPSCs are improved to as high as 9.54%and 7.51%,respectively.Optical absorption measurement demonstrates that the cell without metal electrode shows 80%transparency in the wavelength range of 550-1000 nm that is perfect for greenhouse vegetation.Considering that the cell absorbs light in the blue spectrum before 550 nm,it offers very high solar cell efficiency with only 17.8%of total photons,while over 60%of total photons can transm让through for photosynthesis if a transparent electrode can be obtained such as indium doped SnO2.Waqas Siddique Subhani Kai Wang Minyong Du Xiuli Wang Ningyi Yuan Jianning Ding Shengzhong(Frank)Liu 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,7:3
6离子色谱-柱后光化学衍生荧光检测法测定保健品中的核黄素显示文摘采用离子色谱(IC)和光化学衍生荧光检测(PCF)联用技术,建立了保健品中核黄素的分析方法.色谱柱选用Dionex Ion Pac AG11-HC保护柱(4mm×50mm)和Ion Pac AS11-HC分析柱(4mm×250mm),淋洗液为40mmol·L-1 NaOH.待测物通过自制光化学反应器(254nm)在线衍生,核黄素转化为强荧光物质,从而以荧光检测器检测.在优化的实验条件下,对50mg·L-1的核黄素溶液平行测定6次的保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别为0.6%和2.1%(n=6).核黄素的浓度在10~100mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.993,检出限(S/N=10)为0.5mg·L-1,回收率为(101.46±2.51)%.曹盛林 陈郁 QAMAR Subhani 朱岩 吕伟德 2013浙江大学学报(理学版)2013,40,3:2
