1应用SWAT模型研究潮河流域土地利用和气候变化对径流的影响显示文摘为定量分析潮河流域土地利用和气候变化对流域径流变化的影响,应用SWAT模型对流域上游至下游的大阁、戴营和下会3个水文站径流进行模拟,采用情景法分析径流对土地利用和气候变化的响应。在模型校准期和验证期采用两个参数:p因子和r因子来评价模拟的拟合度及不确定性。结果表明,3个水文站在校准期和验证期的p因子值分别为:0.70和0.77,0.87和0.82,0.92和0.78,r因子值分别为0.63和0.90,0.97和0.79,0.88和0.92,评价整个流域模拟有效性的模型目标函数g最佳值为0.66,说明该模型对潮河流域的产水量模拟具有很好的适用性。以1981—1990年为基准期,1991—2000年流域土地利用变化造成年径流量减少了4.10 mm,而气候变化导致年径流增加了29.68 mm;2001—2009年土地利用变化造成年径流量减少2.98mm,气候变化造成年径流量减少了14.30 mm。与1999年土地利用条件模拟径流值相比,几种极端情景法模拟分析结果表明:灌木林地情景下年径流增加了158.2%,草地情景下年径流增加了4.1%,林地和耕地情景下年径流分别减少23.7%和41.7%;不同气候变异情景模拟结果显示,径流对降水的变化敏感性高于对温度变化的敏感性,降水每增加10%,径流平均增加23.9%。温度每增加12%,径流平均减少6%。因此,在气候变化背景下,优化土地利用结构与方式是实现流域水资源科学管理的途径之一。郭军庭 张志强 王盛萍 STRAUSS Peter 姚安坤 2014生态学报2014,34,6:114

3基于MIKESHE模型的潮河流域土地利用与降水变化对水文的影响评价显示文摘运用多测站校正检验机制率定方法,应用MIKESHE模型量化评价土地利用与降水变化对流域水文的影响。结果表明,尽管MIKESHE模型在流域上游大阁站的模拟性能稍逊于下会站和戴营站,3个测站校正和验证阶段的Nash-sutchliffe系数值分别为0.56和0.49、0.65和0.69、0.57和0.68,但模型对于各测站平均径流的模拟效果较好,说明该模型在潮河流域等华北土石山区具有一定的适用性和应用潜力。与基准期(1963—1979年)相比,1980—1989年潮河流域年径流量减少约22 mm,土地利用与降水变化对流域水文变化的贡献相当,两者分别占总径流变化的59%和41%;1990—1999年年径流量较基准期基本没有变化,这主要是由于降水变化与土地利用变化对流域水文的影响作用相反;2000—2008年,流域年径流量较基准期减少35 mm,降水变化对径流减少的影响作用占80%,土地利用变化则占20%。王盛萍 张志强 Ge Sun Peter Strauss 郭军庭 姚安坤 唐寅 2012生态与农村环境学报2012,28,3:15

5黄土丘陵沟壑区小流域基流特点及其影响因子分析显示文摘基流是河川流量的重要组成部分,尤其在干旱的黄土丘陵沟壑区径流量中占有很高比重,为枯季的河流提供流量补给,对黄土丘陵沟壑区基流的特点和影响因子的研究有助于合理调控水量和高效使用水资源。采用数字滤波法分别对蔡家川6个嵌套小流域2006—2008年日径流量进行基流分割求算基流指数,并且分析了次降雨量、土地利用、植被类型和地形特征等对基流的影响。结果显示,该地区流域的年平均基流指数范围为0.68~0.82。随着次降雨量增加基流指数减小;土地利用类型中的农地、灌丛和人工林对基流产生负影响;基流指数与流域河网密度和河流比降等线性相关。应用多元线性回归分析得出该区域基流指数BFI与次降雨量P,河网密度D和河流比降S成线性关系,进而分析了研究区内无观测数据的流域的基流。郭军庭 张志强 王盛萍 张建军 Strauss Peter 2011水土保持通报2011,31,1:12
6Sclerosing cholangitis following severe trauma: Description of a remarkable disease entity with emphasis on possible pathophysiologic mechanisms显示文摘AIM: Persistent cholestasis is a rare complication of severe trauma or infections, Little is known about the possible pathomechanisms and the clinical course,METHODS: Secondary sclerosing cholangitis was diagnosed in five patients with persistent jaundice after severe trauma (one burn injury, three accidents, one power current injury). Medical charts were retrospectively reviewed with regard to possible trigger mechanisms for cholestasis, and the clinical course was recorded.RESULTS: Diagnosis of secondary sclerosing cholangitis was based in all patients on the primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC)-like destruction of the intrahepatic bile ducts at cholangiography after exclusion of PSC. In four patients, arterial hypotension with subsequent ischemia may have caused the bile duct damage, whereas in the case of power current injury direct thermal damage was assumed to be the trigger mechanism. The course of secondary liver fibrosis was rapidly progressive and proceeded to liver cirrhosis in all four patients with a follow-up >2 years. Therapeutic possibilities were limited.CONCLUSION: Posttraumatic sclerosing cholangitis is a rare but rapidly progressive disease, probably caused by ischemia of the intrahepatic bile ducts via the peribiliary capillary plexus due to arterial hypotension. 8Anaerobic soil disinfestation:A chemical-independent approach to pre-plant control of plant pathogens显示文摘Due to increasing regulations and restrictions,there is an urgent need to develop effective alternatives to chemical-dependent fumigation control of soilborne pests and pathogens. Anaerobic soil disinfestation(ASD) is one such alternative showing great promise for use in the control of soilborne pathogens and pests. This method involves the application of a carbon source,irrigation to field capacity,and covering the soil with a plastic tarp. While the mechanisms of ASD are not completely understood,they appear to be a combination of changes in the soil microbial community composition,production of volatile organic compounds,and the generation of lethal anaerobic conditions. The variety of materials and options for ASD application,including carbon sources,soil temperature,and plastic tarp type,influence the efficacy of pathogen suppression and disease control. Currently,both dry(e.g.,rice bran) and liquid(e.g.,ethanol) carbon sources are commonly used,but with different results depending on environmental conditions. While solarization is not an essential component of ASD,it can enhance efficacy. 12血管钙化:血管钙化与主要急性冠状动脉事件的演变关系显示文摘冠状动脉(简称冠脉)钙化是冠脉粥样硬化的明确证据。Agatston评分反映钙化程度和密度,其与患者发生主要急性冠脉事件的风险密切相关。动脉粥样硬化发生后,内皮细胞受损,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLc)渗透至管壁内膜下,内膜下胶原蛋白中的蛋白聚糖对LDLc具有高亲和力,将脂蛋白胆固醇复合物滞留其中。随着内皮损伤的修复,LDLc被捕获至内膜下,滞留的LDLc诱导上覆内皮的炎性反应,使内皮表达趋化肽,趋化肽吸引血液中的单核细胞,使单核细胞沿浓度梯度进入组织,成为巨噬细胞,巨噬细胞吞噬并消化动脉粥样硬化中刺激性的LDLc。在消化LDLc的过程中,巨噬细胞中的酶使LDLc复合物氧化,氧化的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)对巨噬细胞产生毒性,当其数量充足时,可导致巨噬细胞死亡,促进动脉粥样硬化的炎性反应。在坏死性炎性病灶中,调控组织中钙、磷浓度的机制失调,使得磷酸钙的溶度积过高,从而产生微小的磷酸钙晶体。随着炎性反应的持续存在,更多的磷酸钙晶体形成并聚集。当这些聚集的磷酸钙晶体超过1 mm时,就成为临床CT可识别的冠脉钙化。连续的门控心脏CT扫描证实,一旦形成CT可见的钙化,其大小不会明显减少,但可能会增加。H.William Strauss Takehiro Nakahara Navneet Narula Jagat Narula 俞雯吉(译) 王跃涛(审校 2021中华核医学与分子影像杂志2021,41,12:4
13RANK-ligand and osteoprotegerin as biomarkers in the differentiation between periprosthetic joint infection and aseptic prosthesis loosening显示文摘AIM To assess serum levels of RANK-ligand(RANKL) and osteoprotegerin(OPG) as biomarkers for periprosthetic joint infection(PJI) and compare their accuracy with standard tests.METHODS One hundred and twenty patients presenting with a painful total knee or hip arthroplasty with indication for surgical revision were included in this prospective clinical trial. Based on standard diagnostics(joint aspirate, microbiological, and histological samples) and Musculoskeletal Infection Society consensus classification,patients were categorized into PJI, aseptic loosening,and control groups. Implant loosening was assessed radiographically and intraoperatively. Preoperative serum samples were collected and analyzed for RANKL, OPG, calcium, phosphate, alkaline phosphatase(AP), and the bone-specific subform of AP(b AP). Statistical analysis was carried out, testing for significant differences between the three groups and between stable and loose implants. RESULTS All three groups were identical in regards to age, gender, and joint distribution. No statistically significant differences in the serum concentration of RANKL(P = 0.16) and OPG(P = 0.45) were found between aseptic loosening and PJI, with a trend towards lower RANKL concentrations and higher OPG concentrations in the PJI group. The RANKL/OPG ratio was significant for the comparison between PJI and non-PJI(P = 0.005). A ratio > 60 ruled out PJI in all cases(specificity: 100%, 95%CI: 89, 11% to 100.0%) but only 30% of non-PJI patients crossed this threshold. The positive predictive value remained poor at any cut-off. In the differentiation between stable and loose implants, none of the parameters measured(calcium, phosphate, AP, and b AP) showed a significant difference, and only AP and b AP measurements showed a tendency towards higher values in the loosened group(with P = 0.09 for AP and P = 0.19 for b AP). 14Caffeic acid phenethyl ester protects against oxidative stress and dampens inflammation via heme oxygenase 1显示文摘Periodontal disease is associated with chronic oxidative stress and inflammation. Caffeic acid phenethyl ester(CAPE), which is a potent inducer of heme oxygenase 1(HO1), is a central active component of propolis, and the application of propolis improves periodontal status in diabetic patients. Here, primary murine macrophages were exposed to CAPE. Target gene expression was assessed by whole-genome microarray, RT-PCR and Western blotting. The antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activities of CAPE were examined by exposure of the cells to hydrogen peroxide, saliva and periodontal pathogens. The involvement of HO1 was investigated with the HO1 inhibitor tin protoporphyrin(SnPP) and knockout mice for Nrf2, which is a transcription factor for detoxifying enzymes. CAPE increased HO1 and other heat shock proteins in murine macrophages. A p38 MAPK inhibitor and Nrf2 knockout attenuated CAPE-induced HO1 expression in macrophages. CAPE exerted strong antioxidative activity. Additionally, CAPE reduced the inflammatory response to saliva and periodontal pathogens. Blocking HO1 decreased the antioxidative activity and attenuated the anti-inflammatory activity of CAPE. In conclusion, CAPE exerted its antioxidative effects through the Nrf2-mediated HO1 pathway and its anti-inflammatory effects through NF-κB inhibition. 16Geochemistry of Sinian tillites from Hunan Province, South China——A test of the Snowball Earth hypothesis显示文摘A glaciomarine succession of Neoproterozoic age (between 748~584 Ma) is widespread on the Yangtze Platform, South China. The deposition took place during an intermediate to low paleolatitude position of the Yangtze Platform. The Snowball Earth hypothesis offers an explanation for the occurrence of low-latitude tillites in general. It is based on records obtained of deposits underlying and overlying the tillites. In contrast, we focused on the tillites themselves by using geochemistry to obtain detailed information about the conditions during the glaciation. Of particular interest are environmental conditions, which are closely related to the climate development. Additionally, stable isotope geochemistry was used for a paleoclimate interpretation. 17Organic Carbon Isotope Geochemistry of the Neoproterozoic Doushantuo Formation,South China显示文摘The Neoproterozoic Doushantuo Formation on the Yangtze Platform,South China,documents a sedimentary succession with different sedimentary facies from carbonate platform to slope and to deep sea basin,and hosts one of the world-class phosphorite deposits.In these strata,exquisitely preserved fossils have been discovered:the Weng’an biota.This study presents carbon isotope geochemistry which is associated paired carbonate and organic matter from the Weng’an section of a carbonate platform(shelf of the Yangtze Platform,Guizhou Province)from the Songtao section and Nanming section of a transition belt(slope of the Yangtze Platform,Guizhou Province)and from the Yanwutan section(basin area of the Yangtze Platform,Hunan Province).Environmental variations and bio-events on the Yangtze Platform during the Late Neoproterozoic and their causal relationship are discussed.Negative carbon isotope values for carbonate and organic carbon(mean δ13Corg = ?35.0‰)from the uppermost Nantuo Formation are followed by an overall increase in δ13C up-section.Carbon isotope values vary between ?9.9‰ and 3.6‰ for carbonate and between ?35.6‰ and ?21.5‰ for organic carbon,respectively.Heavier δ13Ccarb values suggest an increase in organic carbon burial,possibly related to increasing productivity(such as the Weng’an biota).The δ13C values of the sediments from the Doushantuo Formation decreased from the platform via the slope to basin,reflecting a reduced environment with minor dissolved inorganic carbon possibly due to a lower primary productivity.It is deduced that the classical upwelling process,the stratification structure and the hydrothermal eruption are principally important mechanisms to interpret the carbon isotopic compositions of the sediments from the Doushantuo Formation.GUO Qingjun LIU Congqiang Harald STRAUSS Tatiana GOLDBERG ZHU Maoyan PI Daohui WANG Jian 2006Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2006,80,5:3

19Colitis cystica profunda of the rectum: An unexpected operative finding显示文摘Colitis cystic profunda is a rare entity benign condition of the colon and rectum that can mimic suspicious polyps or malignancy. The commonest sites of affectation are the rectum and the sigmoid colon but it can be unusually widely distributed in the colon. The aetiology of this condition is not fully elucidated and confident diagnosis can only be made on histological features. 20冠状动脉搭桥术后静脉桥早期过度扩张的研究进展显示文摘冠状动脉搭桥术目前仍然是治疗冠心病的主要手段之一;对于多支复杂病变,较介入治疗是更为合适的首选措施。大隐静脉是搭桥术的最主要桥用血管,但其10年内有着40%的较高全梗阻率,其主要原因是血管内平滑肌细胞的大量增生和从中外膜向内膜的迁移。静脉桥在术后极早期,常会出现过度扩张的结构重塑和内膜增生,高脂血症进一步促进了内膜增生和脂质沉着,最终的结局常是静脉桥的完全梗阻。临床上一般认为早期过度扩张是静脉桥对高速动脉血流和内膜增生的代偿反应,对其预示着静脉桥的最终失败缺少足够的重视。本文在此综述静脉桥早期过度扩张重塑的病生理演变、发生机制及预防治疗,以期临床医师能对静脉桥早期过度扩张有一系统的认识,并能及时行相应的防治。强北平 Azriel B.Osherov Bradley Strauss 2013实用心脑肺血管病杂志2013,21,4:3
