| 1 | Sorption of Eu(Ⅲ) on GMZ bentonite in the absence/presence of humic acid studied by batch and XAFS techniques显示文摘Bentonite has been extensively studied because of its strong sorption ability and low permeability.In this work,the Na-bentonite from Gaomiaozi County (China) has been characterized by XRD,FTIR and acid-base titration.The sorption of Eu(III) on Na-bentonite in the absence/presence of humic acid (HA) was studied at T = 25 ± 2 °C and in 0.01 mol/L NaClO4 solution.The effects of pH,HA,contact time and initial Eu(III) concentrations were also investigated.The results indicate that the sorption of Eu(III) on Na-bentonite was dependent on pH values.The presence of HA had little effect on Eu(III) sorption at low pH values,but decreased Eu(III) sorption at high pH values.X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy (XAFS) was applied to characterize the local structural environment of the adsorbed Eu(III) on bare Na-bentonite and HA-bentonite hybrids.The re- sults indicate that Eu(III) was bound to O atoms at a distance of about 2.39 at pH 4.15.The results are crucial for the evalua- tion of the sorption and migration of other trivalent lanthanides and actinides in bentonite as backfill materials. | HU Jun1,2,XIE Zhi3,HE Bo3,SHENG GuoDong1,CHEN ChangLun1,LI JiaXing1,CHEN YiXue2 & WANG XiangKe1 1Key Laboratory of Novel Thin Film Solar Cells Institute of Plasma Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Hefei 230031,China 2School of Nuclear Science and Engineering,North China Electric Power University,Beijing 102206,China 3National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory,University of Science & Technology of China,Hefei 230029,China | 2010 | Science China Chemistry2010,53,6: | 12 |
| 2 | A Novel Semiconductor CIGS Photovoltaic Material and Thin-Film ED Technology显示文摘In order to achieve low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells,a novel Semiconductor Photovoltaic (PV) active material CuIn 1-x Ga x Se 2 (CIGS) and thin film Electro Deposition (ED) technology is explored.Firstly,the PV materials and technologies is investigated,then the detailed experimental processes of CIGS/Mo/glass structure by using the novel ED technology and the results are reported.These results shows that high quality CIGS polycrystalline thin films can be obtained by the ED method,in which the polycrystalline CIGS is definitely identified by the (112),(204,220) characteristic peaks of the tetragonal structure,the continuous CIGS thin film layers with particle average size of about 2μm of length and around 1 6μm of thickness.The thickness and solar grade quality of CIGS thin films can be produced with good repeatability.Discussion and analysis on the ED technique,CIGS energy band and sodium (Na) impurity properties,were also performed.The alloy CIGS exhibits not only increasing band gap with increasing x ,but also a change in material properties that is relevant to the device operation.The beneficial impurity Na originating from the low cost soda lime glass substrate becomes one prerequisite for high quality CIGS films.These novel material and technology are very useful for low cost high efficiency thin film solar cells and other devices. | ZHENG Guang fu 1,YANG Hong xing 1,MAN Cheuk ho 1,WONG Wing lok 2, AN Da wei 1 and John BURNETT 1(1 Centre for Development of Solar Energy Technology,Department of Building Services Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University,Hong Kong,C | 2001 | Journal of Semiconductors2001,22,11: | 10 |
| 3 | Investigation of radionuclide~(63)Ni(Ⅱ) sequestration mechanisms on mordenite by batch and EXAFS spectroscopy study显示文摘The sorption behavior and microscopic sequestration mechanisms of radionuclide 63Ni(II) on mordenite as a function of aging time,ionic strength,initial 63Ni(Ⅱ) concentrations,solid content and coexistent electrolyte ions were investigated by the com-bination of batch and EXAFS techniques.Macroscopic experiment results show that the sorption of 63Ni(Ⅱ) is dependent on ionic strength at pH<7,and independent of ionic strength at pH>7.The sorption percentage of 63Ni(Ⅱ) on mordenite increases with increasing solid content,while the sorption capacity decreases as solid content increases.The presence of different elec-trolyte ions can enhance or inhibit the sorption of Ni(II) on mordenite in various degrees.EXAFS analysis results of the sam-ples under three different ionic strengths suggest that the retained 63Ni(Ⅱ) in these samples exists in an octahedral environment with six water ligands.In the initial period of rapid uptake,the sorption of 63Ni(Ⅱ) is dominated by the formation of in-ner-sphere surface complexes.As aging time increases,63Ni(Ⅱ) sequestration behavior tends to be mainly controlled by the formation of Ni phyllosilicate co-precipitates and/or Ni(OH)2(s) precipitates.Results for the second shell fit of the sample pre-pared at an initial 63Ni(Ⅱ) concentration of 100 mg/L indicate the possible formation of Ni polynuclear surface complexes.Both the macroscopic sorption data and the molecular level evidence of 63Ni(Ⅱ) surface speciation at the mordenite/water in-terfaces should be factored into better predictions of the mobility and bioavailability of 63Ni(Ⅱ) in environment mediums. | YANG ShiTong,SHENG GuoDong,GUO ZhiQiang,TAN XiaoLi,XU JinZhang & WANG XiangKe Key Laboratory of Novel Thin Film Solar Cells,Institute of Plasma Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Hefei 230031,China | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012,55,4: | 5 |
| 4 | Thermal analysis of the baffle structure of the Solar Space Telescope显示文摘The SST(Space Solar Telescope) is an astronomical telescope with a primary mirror of 1 m in diameter.It observes the sun with a small view field to ensure that its high spatial resolution imaging has 0.1″-0.15″ and high SNR(signal to noise ratio).Surrounding the small view field is still the sun,which is an intense source of both heat and stray light.The baffles(the main baffle,the aperture,and the outer baffle),which are used to eliminate the stray light,will change the thermal flux in the SST and will weaken the effect of the thermal control design.In this study,the compatibility analysis of the thermal effect of baffle structures in SST is performed.The GCF(Geometry Composing Function) and BRDF(Bidirectional Reflectance Distribution Function),which are two inherent related parameters in the compatibility analysis,are derived.The objective and method of the compatibility analysis are determined.With the thermal analysis software,the temperature fields are calculated for different lengths of the main baffle,different radii of apertures,different lengths of the outer baffle with a 3' tilt angle and 16' tilt angle,and different tilt angles of the outer baffle with a 200 mm length.A series of configurations and sizes of the baffles are studied with the goals of both thermal control and elimination of stray light.The design of the baffle structure of SST is achieved:the main baffle of length 4100 mm,the internal shield of radius 494 mm,the outer baffle of length 200 mm,and the outer baffle of tilt angle 3' are successfully designed.This paper presents the relationship between the thermal control design and stray light elimination plan in the SST.The aims of the optimal design of the baffle structure of SST are reached.The thoughts and methods of the optimal analysis are also useful for similar optical telescopes designed for solar observation. | LI Rong1,2,3 & WANG Sen1,3 1 National Astronomical Observatories,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100012,China 2 Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100049,China 3 Key Laboratory of Solar Activity,National Astronomical Observatories of Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing 100012,China | 2010 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2010,53,9: | 3 |

| 6 | Study on the SiN_x/Al rear reflectance performance of crystalline silicon solar cells显示文摘The performance of internal rear surface reflectance of crystalline silicon solar cells is becoming more and more important with the decrease of thickness of the silicon wafers. In this paper PC1D was used to simulate the correlations between the rear surface reflectance and the electrical as well as optical properties of the solar cells. The results showed that the short circuit current, open circuit voltage and quantum efficiency were all enhanced with the increase of the rear reflectance. When the rear reflectance increased from 60% to 100%, the short circuit current, open circuit voltage and maximum output power were improved by about 0.128 A, 0.007 V, and 0.066 W, respectively. The internal quantum efficiency was improved by 39.9%, the external quantum increased by 17.4%, and the efficiency of the solar cells was enhanced by 0.4% at 1100 nm wavelength.
