3Characterization and validation of somatic mutation spectrum to reveal heterogeneity in gastric cancer by single cell sequencing显示文摘Gastric cancer(GC) is a highly heterogeneous disease with multiple cellular types and poor prognosis.However, the cellular evolution and molecular basis of GC at the individual intra-tumor level has not been well demonstrated. We performed single-cell whole exome sequencing to detect somatic singlenucleotide variants(SNVs) and significantly mutated genes(SMGs) among 34 tumor cells and 9 normal cells from a patient with GC. The Complete Prediction for Protein Conformation(CPPC) approach directly predicting the folding conformation of the protein 3D structure with Protein Folding Shape Code, combined with functional experiments were used to confirm the characterization of mutated SMGs in GC cells. We identified 201 somatic SNVs, including 117 non-synonymous mutations in GC cells. Further analysis identified 24 significant mutated genes(SMGs) in single cells, for which a single amino acid change might affect protein conformation. Among them, two genes(CDC27 and FLG) that were mutated only in single cells but not in the corresponding tumor tissue, were recurrently present in another GC tissue cohort, and may play a potential role to promote carcinogenesis, as confirmed by functional characterization. 4A Hybrid Algorithm for Optimizing Multi-Modal Functions显示文摘A new genetic algorithm is presented based on the musical performance.The novelty of this algorithm is that a new genetic algorithm, mimicking the musical process of searching for a perfect state of harmony, which increases the robustness of it greatly and gives a new meaning of it in the meantime, has been developed. Combining the advantages of the new genetic algorithm, simplex algorithm and tabu search, a hybrid algorithm is proposed. In order to verify the effectiveness of the hybrid algorithm, it is applied to solving some typical numerical function optimization problems which are poorly solved by traditional genetic algorithms. 6An area based physical layer authentication framework to detect spoofing attacks显示文摘In this paper,we propose an area-oriented authentication framework,which aims to provide a light-weight first authentication by reducing the complexity in acquiring and maintaining many different reference vectors as in the traditional one-by-one authentication framework.Under the proposed framework,we first derive the missing detection probability and the false alarm probability,respectively.Then we quantitatively evaluate the average risks that a spoofer is successfully detected or a legitimate user is falsely alarmed,at any position in a certain area.And correspondingly three kinds of areas are defined as the clear area where the spoofers prefer not to attack,the danger area where the spoofers have pretty high probabilities to attack successfully,and the warning area where the legitimate users are much likely to be falsely reported as attackers.These results depict the security situation distribution of a region,and provide useful insights for network operators to take proper following strategies.Finally,simulations are given to verify our analytical derivations and show the impacts of system parameters.Na LI Shida XIA Xiaofeng TAO Zhiyuan ZHANG Xiaohui WANG 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,12:1

8Application and realization of key technologies in China railway e-ticketing system显示文摘Purpose–With the yearly increase of mileage and passenger volume in China’s high-speed railway,the problems of traditional paper railway tickets have become increasingly prominent,including complexity of business handling process,low efficiency of ticket inspection and high cost of usage and management.This paper aims to make extensive references to successful experiences of electronic ticket applications both domestically and internationally.The research on key technologies and system implementation of railway electronic ticket with Chinese characteristics has been carried out.Design/methodology/approach–Research in key technologies is conducted including synchronization technique in distributed heterogeneous database system,the grid-oriented passenger service record(PSR)data storage model,efficient access to massive PSR data under high concurrency condition,the linkage between face recognition service platforms and various terminals in large scenarios,and two-factor authentication of the e-ticket identification code based on the key and the user identity information.Focusing on the key technologies and architecture the of existing ticketing system,multiple service resources are expanded and developed such as electronic ticket clusters,PSR clusters,face recognition clusters and electronic ticket identification code clusters.Findings–The proportion of paper ticket printed has dropped to 20%,saving more than 2 billion tickets annually since the launch of the application of E-ticketing nationwide.The average time for passengers to pass through the automatic ticket gates has decreased from 3 seconds to 1.3 seconds,significantly improving the efficiency of passenger transport organization.Meanwhile,problems of paper ticket counterfeiting,reselling and loss have been generally eliminated.Originality/value–E-ticketing has laid a technical foundation for the further development of railway passenger transport services in the direction of digitalization and intelligence.Xinghua Shan Zhiqiang Zhang Fei Ning Shida Li Linlin Dai 2023Railway Sciences2023,2,1:0
9A Multi-objective Chance-constrained Information-gap Decision Model for Active Management to Accommodate Multiple Uncertainties in Distribution Networks显示文摘The load demand and distributed generation(DG)integration capacity in distribution networks(DNs)increase constantly,and it means that the violation of security constraints may occur in the future.This can be further worsened by short-term power fluctuations.In this paper,a scheduling method based on a multi-objective chance-constrained information-gap decision(IGD)model is proposed to obtain the active management schemes for distribution system operators(DSOs)to address these problems.The maximum robust adaptability of multiple uncertainties,including the deviations of growth prediction and their relevant power fluctuations,can be obtained based on the limited budget of active management.The systematic solution of the proposed model is developed.The max term constraint in the IGD model is converted into a group of normal constraints corresponding to extreme points of the max term.Considering the stochastic characteristics and correlations of power fluctuations,the original model is equivalently reformulated by using the properties of multivariate Gaussian distribution.The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by a modified IEEE 33-bus distribution network.The simulation result delineates a robust accommodation space to represent the adaptability of multiple uncertainties,which corresponds to an optional active management strategy set for future selection.Shida Zhang Shaoyun Ge Hong Liu Junkai Li Chenghong Gu Chengshan Wang 2023Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2023,11,1:0

11Physical layer authentication in UAV-enabled relay networks based on manifold learning显示文摘An unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)relay network is a promising solution in the next-generation wireless networks due to its high capacity and unlimited geography.However,because of the openness of wireless channels and UAV mobility,it is remarkably challenging to guarantee the secure access of UAV relay.In this paper,we investigate the physical layer authentication(PLA)to verify the identity of the UAV relay for preventing unauthorized access to users’information or network service.Unlike most existing PLA methods for UAV,the proposed PLA scheme fully considers the time-varying of physical layer attributes caused by UAV mobility,and transforms the authentication problem into recognizing nonlinearly separable physical layer data.Particularly,we propose a manifold learning-based PLA scheme that can authenticate the mobile UAV relay in real time by establishing the local correlation of physical layer attributes.The Markov chain of physical layer data in the time domain is established to evaluate UAV state transition probability through the proposed diffusion map algorithm.The legitimate UAV and spoofing attackers can always be authenticated by the different motion states.Performance analysis offered a comprehensive understanding of the proposed scheme.Extensive simulations confirm that the performance of the proposed scheme improves over 18%in resisting the intelligent spoofing UAV compared with the traditional methods.Shida XIA Xiaofeng TAO Na LI Shiji WANG Jin XU 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,12:0
12Polymeric Wetting Matrix for a Stable Interface between Solid-state Electrolytes and Li Metal Anode显示文摘Succinonitrile(SN)based solid-state electrolytes(SSEs)have potential applications in lithium(Li)batteries due to their ease of preparation and high ionic conductivity at room temperature.Here,a novel SSE consisting of poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropy-lene)(PVDF-HFP),poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)and Li_(1.3)Al_(0.3)Ti_(1.7)(PO_(4))_(3) with SN is fabricated,where PMMA is added to serve as a polymer matrix for better wettability of SN.Due to the addition of PMMA,improved room-temperature ionic conductivity of the SSE is resulted.More importantly,better interfacial contact as well as more stable solid-state electrolyte(SEI)layer between SSE and Li anode can be also obtained.As a result,homogeneous and dendrite-free Li plating can be achieved for over 1000 h in Li symmetric cells.When coupled with LiNi_(0.5)Mn_(0.3)Co_(0.2)O_(2) cathode and Li anode,the proposed SSE delivers excellent cycling stability and rate capability in full-cells.By implementing SSEs with a polymeric wetting agent,this work provides fresh perspectives on stabilizing the interface between SSEs and Li metal anodes.Haoran Song Shida Xue Shiming Chen Zijian Wang Yongli Song Jiawen Li Zhibo Song Luyi Yang Feng Pan 2022Chinese Journal of Structural Chemistry2022,41,5:0
