| 1 | 40Ar-39Ar Age and Geological Significance of the Sawur Gold Belt in Northern Xinjiang, China显示文摘The 40Ar-39Ar age method is employed in this work to analyze fluid inclusions of quartz in the ore bodies from the Kuo’erzhenkuola and Bu’erkesidai gold deposits in the Sawur gold belt, northern Xinjiang. The results show that the main mineralization occurred in 332.05±2.02-332.59±0.51 Ma and 335.53±0.32 Ma-336.78±0.50 Ma for the Kuo’erzhenkuola and Bu’erkesidai gold deposits respectively, indicating that the two deposits are formed almost at the same time, and the metallogenic time of the two deposits are close to those of the hosting rocks formed by volcanic activity of the Sawur gold belt. This geochronological study supplies new evidence for determining the timing of gold mineralization, the geneses of gold deposits, and identifies that in the Hercynian period, the Altay area developed a tectonic-magmatic-hydrothermal mineralization of the Early Carboniferous period, except the two known mineralization periods including the tectonic-magmatic-hydrothermal mineralization of the Devonian period and Late Carboniferous- Permian period. | SHENPing SHENYuanchao ZENGQingdong LIUTiebing LIGuangming | 2005 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2005,79,2: | 14 |
| 2 | Helium and argon isotope trace in ore-forming fluid of Sawuer gold belt in Xinjiang, China显示文摘The helium and argon isotope compositions of fluid inclusions hosted in pyrite have been measured from Kuoerzhenkuola and Buerkesidai gold deposits in Sawuer gold belt, northern Xinjiang. The results show that fluidinclusion ^3He/^4He ratios are 0.64 Ra-4.25 Ra and 1.16 Ra-9.48 Ra, ^40Ar/^36Ar ratios are 282-359 and 312-525 for Kuoerzhenkuola and Buerkesidai gold deposits respectively.The ore-forming fluids of two deposits possessed the same source and derived mainly from mantle beneath the island arc (including oceanic crust and oceanic sediments by subduction of oceanic plate). They were diluted by incorporating meteoric water to form a mixture of mantle- and partial meteoric water-derived fluid. The ore-forming fluids of twodeposits are of the same evolutionary histories. From the early to the late mineralization stages, the ratios of meteoric water/mantle- derived fluid in ore-forming fluid increasedgrad ually. | 10 | Dynamic Compression Behavior of Ultra-high Performance Cement-based Composite with Hybrid Steel Fiber Reinforcements显示文摘Ultra-high performance cement-based composites (UHPCC) is promising in construction of concrete structures that suffer impact and explosive loads.In this study,a reference UHPCC mixture with no fiber reinforcement and four mixtures with a single type of fiber reinforcement or hybrid fiber reinforcements of straight smooth and end hook type of steel fibers were prepared.Split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) was performed to investigate the dynamic compression behavior of UHPCC and X-CT test and 3D reconstruction technology were used to indicate the failure process of UHPCC under impact loading.Results show that UHPCC with 1% straight smooth fiber and 2% end hook fiber reinforcements demonstrated the best static and dynamic mechanical properties.When the hybrid steel fiber reinforcements are added in the concrete,it may need more impact energy to break the matrix and to pull out the fiber reinforcements,thus,the mixture with hybrid steel fiber reinforcements demonstrates excellent dynamic compressive performance. | 戎志丹 WANG Yali WU Shenping | 2020 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,5: | 1 |

| 16 | Improving the accuracy of genomic prediction for meat quality traits using whole genome sequence data in pigs显示文摘Background Pork quality can directly affect customer purchase tendency and meat quality traits have become valu-able in modern pork production.However,genetic improvement has been slow due to high phenotyping costs.In this study,whole genome sequence(WGS)data was used to evaluate the prediction accuracy of genomic best linear unbiased prediction(GBLUP)for meat quality in large-scale crossbred commercial pigs.Results We produced WGS data(18,695,907 SNPs and 2,106,902 INDELs exceed quality control)from 1,469 sequenced Duroc×(Landrace×Yorkshire)pigs and developed a reference panel for meat quality including meat color score,marbling score,L*(lightness),a*(redness),and b*(yellowness)of genomic prediction.The prediction accuracy was defined as the Pearson correlation coefficient between adjusted phenotypes and genomic estimated breeding values in the validation population.Using different marker density panels derived from WGS data,accuracy differed substantially among meat quality traits,varied from 0.08 to 0.47.Results showed that MultiBLUP outperform GBLUP and yielded accuracy increases ranging from 17.39%to 75%.We optimized the marker density and found medium-and high-density marker panels are beneficial for the estimation of heritability for meat quality.Moreover,we conducted genotype imputation from 50K chip to WGS level in the same population and found average concord-ance rate to exceed 95%and r^(2)=0.81.Conclusions Overall,estimation of heritability for meat quality traits can benefit from the use of WGS data.This study showed the superiority of using WGS data to genetically improve pork quality in genomic prediction. | Zhanwei Zhuang Jie Wu Yibin Qiu Donglin Ruan Rongrong Ding Cineng Xu Shenping Zhou Yuling Zhang Yiyi Liu Fucai Ma Jifei Yang Ying Sun Enqin Zheng Ming Yang Gengyuan Cai Jie Yang Zhenfang Wu | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,5: | 1 |
