1Dust accumulated fungi in air-conditioning system:Findings based on field and laboratory experiments显示文摘This study analyzes the growth and reproduction of dust accumulated fungi(DAF)in an air-conditioning system based on field measurement and molecular biology,laboratory experiment and prediction modelling.The field measurement was conducted to collect dust in filter screen,surface cooler and air supply duct of two air handling units(AHUs).The results indicate that dust volume and fungal number in two AHUs generally met the hygienic specification of public buildings,but the cleansing did not fulfil requirements.High-throughput sequencing was conducted,revealing that the dominant fungal species were Alternaria_betae-kenyensis,Cladosporium_delicatulum,Aspergillus_sydowii,Verticillium_dahliae.Laboratory experiment was conducted to analyze the impact of several factors(e.g.growth time,temperature,relative humidity,duct material)and their combination on the DAF growth.The results indicate that fungal growth increased with time,peaking at 4 days or 5 days.Higher relative humidity or temperature was conducive to fungal growth.The orthogonal experiment revealed that the condition of“antibacterial composite,22±1℃and 45%-55%RH”had the strongest inhibiting impact on fungal growth.Logistic model,Gompertz model and square-root model were further developed to predict the fungal growth under different conditions.The results show that the Logistic model had high feasibility and accuracy,the Gompertz model was feasible with lower accuracy and the square-root model was feasible with high accuracy.Overall,this study facilitates the understanding of the DAF growth in air-conditioning ducts,which is important for real-time prediction and timely control of the fungal contamination.Zhijian Liu Yuzhu Deng Shengyuan Ma Bao-Jie He Guoqing Cao 2021Building Simulation2021,14,3:1
2The Relationship between Plant Community Structure and Their Ability to Absorb and Subtract PM_(2.5)显示文摘The research aimed to study absorption and reduction of PM_(2.5)by different plant community structure,and explore which plant community can have better or best comprehensive absorption efficiency,thereby improving and optimizing urban vegetation structure,further promoting improvement of urban air quality,improving people's quality of life,and ensuring a good living environment.In this paper,the method of quadrat survey commonly used in field survey was adopted to record the height,coverage,DBH and other indicators of statistical plants,and corresponding comprehensive value was calculated through these indexes.PM_(2.5)was measured at forest edge,4 and 8 m in the forest,with three repetitions.Subtraction amount of PM_(2.5)determined at different layers was analyzed,as well as its relationship with comprehensive value of community structure.The results showed that PM_(2.5)amount decreased significantly at forest edge,4 and 8 m in the forest,and better community structure had a positive effect on PM_(2.5)absorption.The higher the comprehensive indexes of community structure such as plant height,DBH(arbor),density and coverage,the better the ability of absorbing and reducing PM_(2.5).Therefore,it must pay attention to the diversity of plant species per unit area,to build a good plant community structure,which could better improve structure of local ecosystem,and play a good role in absorbing and reducing PM_(2.5)pollutants in the atmosphere.Yuyuan HUANG Haiyang WEN Huina YANG Chengxi JIANG Hong LIANG Song MA Zhijie CHEN Zhiming YANG Lijuan HUANG Xinfan YU Long HE Suni DENG Wanmin ZHOU Shengyuan WU 2021Meteorological and Environmental Research2021,12,3:1
3Phase Selection and Microhardness of Directionally Solidified AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) Eutectic High-Entropy Alloy显示文摘In the present work,the solidification behaviors and microhardness of directionally solidified AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) eutectic highentropy alloy(EHEA)obtained at different growth velocities are investigated.The microstructure of the as-cast AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) EHEA is composed of bulky dendrites(NiAl phase)and lamellar eutectic structures,indicating that the actual composition of the alloy slightly deviates from the eutectic point.However,it is interesting to observe that the full lamellar structure of this alloy is obtained through directional solidification.In order to explain this phenomenon,the maximum interface temperature criterion and the interface response function(IRF)theory are applied to calculate the velocity range of the transition from the primary phase to the eutectic,which is 1.2–2×10^(4)μm/s.Furthermore,microhardness is one of the important parameters to measure the mechanical properties of materials.Therefore,the microhardness test is performed,and the test result indicates that the microhardness(HV)increased with increasing growth velocity(V)or decreased with increasing lamellar spacing(λ).The dependences ofλand HV on V are determined by using a linear regression analysis.The relationships between theλ,V and HV are given as:λ=11.62V^(-0.48),HV=305.5V 0.02 and HV=328.1λ^(0.04),respectively.The microhardness of the AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) EHEA increases from 312.38 HV to 329.54 HV with the increase in growth velocity(5–200μm/s).Thus,directional solidification is an effective method to improve the mechanical properties of alloys.Peng Peng Shengyuan Li Weiqi Chen Yuanli Xu Xudong Zhang Zhikun Ma Jiatai Wang 2022Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,8:1
4Handheld Aptasensor for Sandwiched Detection of Chloramphenicol显示文摘Chloramphenicol(CAP)is an antifungal agent approved for use in aquarium.However,CAP residue imparts serious adverse effect on human health as well as the ecology.Thus,keeping track of CAP in aquatic products and its environmental metabolites are of great importance.Herein,we developed a novel and neat electrochemical aptasensor for the detection of simulated CAP residual in a sandwich fashion.The screen-printed carbon electrode was employed as the sensing platform and electrodeposited with peculiar nanogolds to enhance the electrochemical performance.For the specific recognition of such small target,a pair of chloramphenicol-binding aptamers,the primary Aptl and the secondary Apt2,were tailored as an artificial single-chained antibody couple,of which the thi-olated Aptl stood on the coated working substrate to capture the analyte,while the biotinylated Apt2 rallied the signal output.In the presence of CAP,Aptl at the lower place cooperated with the upper Apt2 pinched CAP together.After that,the reporter avidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase associated atop the mounted biotin labels,resulting in an electrocatalytic amplification.In whole,this modular biosensing construction would set a paradigm not just for practicable checkpoint quarantine or point-of-care testing,but potentially adaptable for technological fusion with“Internet Plus”and“Internet of Things”.YU Mintong XIA Tian BAI Wanchen JI jinyu WANG Huan HUANG Yaqi DENG Shengyuan MA Kefeng SU Yan WAN Ying 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,2:0
5Multi-parametric MRI Diagnoses Cerebellar Hemangioblastoma:A Case Report显示文摘We performed contrast-enhanced T2 fluid-attenuated inversion recovery(T2-FLAIR)and dynamic contrast enhanced MRI to illustrate the imaging characteristics of one case of hemangioblastoma.T2-FLAIR showed a large cyst located in the right cerebellum with mural nodule.The intensely enhancing cyst wall was observed on enhanced T2-FLAIR images acquired from 5.6 to 23 minutes after contrast administration,and quantitative dynamic contrast enhanced-MRI demonstrated that both the cyst wall and mural nodule presented high Ktrans,Kep and Ve values compared with the contralateral normal cerebellar tissues.The cyst showed gradual enhancement and reached the highest signal intensity at 67 minutes after contrast administration on enhanced T2-FLAIR images.In conclusion,early enhancement of cyst wall on T2-FLAIR might be the characteristic imaging findings for cystic hemangioblastoma,which may assist in the diagnosis of hemangioblastoma preoperatively.Zhiye Chen Mengqi Liu Shengyuan Yu Lin Ma 2018Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2018,33,3:0

7Bandgap opening in MoTe2 thin flakes induced by surface oxidation显示文摘Recently,the layered transition metal dichalcogenide 1T′-MoTe2 has generated considerable interest due to their superconducting and non-trivial topological properties.Here,we present a systematic study on 1T′-MoTe2 single-crystal and exfoliated thin-flakes by means of electrical transport,scanning tunnelling microscope(STM)measurements and band structure calculations.For a bulk sample,it exhibits large magneto-resistance(MR)and Shubnikov–de Hass oscillations inρxx and a series of Hall plateaus inρxy at low temperatures.Meanwhile,the MoTe2 thin films were intensively investigated with thickness dependence.For samples,without encapsulation,an apparent transition from the intrinsic metallic to insulating state is observed by reducing thickness.In such thin films,we also observed a suppression of the MR and weak anti-localization(WAL)effects.We attributed these effects to disorders originated from the extrinsic surface chemical reaction,which is consistent with the density functional theory(DFT)calculations and in-situ STM results.In contrast to samples without encapsulated protection,we discovered an interesting superconducting transition for those samples with hexagonal Boron Nitride(h-BN)film protection.Our results indicate that the metallic or superconducting behavior is its intrinsic state,and the insulating behavior is likely caused by surface oxidation in few layer 1T’-MoTe2 flakes.Yuan Gan Jiyuan Liang Chang-woo Cho Si Li Yanping Guo Xiaoming Ma Xuefeng Wu Jinsheng Wen Xu Du Mingquan He Chang Liu Shengyuan A.Yang Kedong Wang Liyuan Zhang 2020Frontiers of physics2020,15,3:0
8Fixed-Time Lyapunov Criteria and State-Feedback Controller Design for Stochastic Nonlinear Systems显示文摘This paper investigates the fixed-time stability theorem and state-feedback controller design for stochastic nonlinear systems.We propose an improved fixed-time Lyapunov theorem with a more rigorous and reasonable proof procedure.In particular,an important corollary is obtained,which can give a less conservative upper-bound estimate of the settling time.Based on the backstepping technique and the addition of a power integrator method,a state-feedback controller is skillfully designed for a class of stochastic nonlinear systems.It is proved that the proposed controller can render the closed-loop system fixed-time stable in probability with the help of the proposed fixed-time stability criteria.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed controller is demonstrated by simulation examples and comparisons.Huifang Min Shengyuan Xu Baoyong Zhang Qian Ma Deming Yuan 2022IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2022,9,6:0
