| 1 | 氯化镉影响肾上腺皮质细胞分泌功能的实验研究显示文摘目的 探讨CdCl2 对肾上腺皮质细胞分泌功能、细胞[Ca2 + ]i 调控和能量代谢的毒作用,为深入了解金属内分泌毒性机制提供依据。方法 体外分离培养原代豚鼠肾上腺皮质细胞,采用Fluo - 3/AM 和Fura- red/AM 联合标记、流式细胞术测定细胞[Ca2+ ]i 变化,化学发光法测定ATP 水平,RIA 法测定培养细胞皮质醇分泌水平。结果 ①CdCl2 可浓度依赖性地抑制肾上腺皮质细胞分泌皮质醇的功能,且随时间延长抑制效应愈趋明显,呈现明显的剂量效应和时间效应关系,剂量和时间对抑制效应存在交互作用;②细胞[Ca2 + ]i 随CdCl2 浓度增加而持续上升,表现出剂量效应关系。③细胞ATP 水平随CdCl2 浓度增加而降低,有明显的剂量效应和时间效应关系,而且存在交互作用。结论 一定浓度CdCl2 对肾上腺皮质细胞[Ca2+ ]i 调控、能量代谢和肾上腺皮质激素合成分泌具有直接毒作用。 | 杨杏芬 庄志雄 魏青 杜柳涛 赵敏 陈铁江 HM Shen CN Ong | 1999 | 中国职业医学1999,26,6: | 6 |
| 2 | 活性氧引起的人类精子DNA链断裂显示文摘为探讨活性氧对人类精子DNA的损伤作用 ,分别用 0、0 .0 6 2 5、0 .12 5、0 .2 5、0 .5及 1.0mM的H2 O2 和0、0 .1、1.0、2 .0、5 .0mM的 β NADPH在体外条件下处理精子 ,用单细胞凝胶电泳试验检测外源性H2 O2 和内源性O·-2 引起的精子细胞DNA链断裂。结果显示 :用 1.0mMH2 O2 或 5 .0mMNADPH处理精子 30min至 4h ,彗星细胞百分率显著增加 ,平均彗尾也显著增长 ,并有明显的作用时间 效应关系。精子细胞用 0 .0 6 2 5mM~ 1.0mMH2 O2 或 0 .1~ 5 .0mMNADPH处理 1h ,彗星细胞百分率与对照组比较显著增加 ,平均彗尾显著增长 ,并有明显的剂量 效应关系。这些研究结果表明 :外源性H2 O2 和β NADPH在体外条件下刺激精了细胞产生的内源性O·-2 | 徐德祥 Shen HM Ong CN | 2001 | 中国男科学杂志2001,15,3: | 4 |
| 3 | 男性不育患者精子DNA中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷水平及与精液参数的相关性显示文摘本文应用高压液相 电化学 (HPLC EC)技术对 5 2名男性不育患者精子DNA中 8 羟基脱氧鸟苷 (8 OHdG)进行测定 ,同时检测精液量、精子密度、精子活率、正常形态精子率 ,及头部精子畸形等精液参数 ,并进行相关性分析。结果显示 ,当精子DNA中 8 OHdG超过 10 .5 0时 ,其头部畸形率明显增加。精子DNA中 8 OHdG与精液量 (r =- 0 .4 7,P <0 .0 0 1)、正常形态精子率 (r=- 0 .36 ,P <0 .0 1)成一定的负相关 ,且与头部畸形精子率成正相关 (r =0 .6 9,P <0 .0 0 1)。结果提示 ,精子DNA中 8 OHdG与精液质量存在一定的相关性 ,表明精液质量的下降与精子DNA的损伤存在一定联系 ,而内源及外源性活性氧是可能的原因之一 ,其可能的机制尚需进一步研究。 | 逄兵 金泰廙 蒋学之 Vivian NG Shen HM Ong CN | 2001 | 中国男科学杂志2001,15,3: | 3 |
| 4 | A Model for Liquid-Diffusion Catalytically Grown Fibrous Carbon Material显示文摘A mechanism for the catalytically growth of vapor grown fibrous carbon (VGFC) preparing from the floating catalyst method has been proposed, in which liquid diffusion-determined diffusionof carbon atoms through catalyst particles is described mathematically, and the physical andchemical properties of the catalyst particIes during the growth process are taken into account.From the model the growth rate and grown length of VGFC are calculated theoretically whichcoincides with the experimental datal and the necessity of reducing gas such as hydrogen inpreparing VGFC is explained as to reduce Fe3C, which acts as intermediate catalyst shown bythe model. Fe3C formed on the surface of γ-Fe will stop the growth of carbon fiber if they cannot be reduced at once.
