| 1 | 新生儿惊厥的诊断与处理(英文)显示文摘新生儿会发生各种形式的发作性运动,其中有些是癫癎性的惊厥,有些则不是。如何去识别是件困难的事。目前尚缺乏新生儿惊厥诊断与处理的全球性指南。该讲座在全面复习新生儿惊厥的文献并结合作者丰富的临床经验的基础上提出一个处理新生儿惊厥的方案。新生儿惊厥病因很多,缺氧-缺血性脑病和感染是最常见的原因,新生儿中风、遗传代谢病也逐渐被认识。病因是新生儿惊厥结局好坏的主要决定因素。视频-EEG是鉴别癫癎性惊厥与非癫癎惊厥的金标准。苯巴比妥依然是新生儿惊厥的首选药。足量苯巴比妥治疗无效时可考虑使用苯妥英、咪达唑仑或氯硝安定等。顽固性的惊厥,早期可试用吡哆醇、磷酸吡哆醛、叶酸和生物素治疗。对没有惊厥表现的脑电图发作的是否需要治疗有待于进一步的研究。 | Shashikant Subramani SESHIA Richard James HUNTSMAN Noel John LOWRY Mary SESHIA Jerome Yale YAGER Koravangattu SANKARAN 马丽亚 | 2011 | 中国当代儿科杂志2011,13,2: | 9 |
| 2 | Amaranthus roxburghianus root extract in combination with piperine as a potential treatment of ulcerative colitis in mice显示文摘OBJECTIVE:The present work was undertaken to determine the effects of Amaranthus roxburghianus Nevski.(Amaranthaceae) root alone and in combination with piperine in treating ulcerative colitis(UC) in mice. METHODS:Swiss albino mice were divided into seven groups(n = 6).Standard group received prednisolone(5 mg/kg,intraperitoneally).Treatment groups received hydroalcoholic extract of roots of A.roxburghianus(50 and 100 mg/kg,per oral) and a combination of hydroalcoholic extract of roots of A.roxburghianus(50 and 100 mg/kg,per oral) and piperine(5 mg/kg,per oral).Ulcer index,colitis severity,myeloperoxidase(MPO),malondialdehyde and glutathione were estimated from blood and tissue.Column chromatography of the extract was done and purified fractions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(GC-MS). RESULTS:Treatment with the combination of hydroalcoholic extract of A.roxburghianus and piperine showed minimal ulceration,hemorrhage,necrosis and leucocyte infiltration by histopathological observation.Acetic acid increased MPO levels in blood and colon tissue to 355 U/mL and 385 U/mg,respectively.The combination of hydroalcoholic extract of A.roxburghianus(100 mg/kg) and piperine(5 mg/kg) significantly decreased MPO in blood and tissue to 182 U/mL and 193 U/mg,respectively(P < 0.05).Similarly,this combination significantly reduced malondialdehyde levels and increased glutathione levels in blood and tissue. Various phytoconstituents were detected by GC-MS. CONCLUSION:The combination of hydroalcoholic extract of A.roxburghianus and piperine is effective in the treatment of UC and the effects are comparable with the standard drug prednisolone.4H-pyran-4-one,2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl,eugenol and benzene, and 1-(1,5-dimethyl-4-hexenyl)-4-methyl are reported having analgesic,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant properties;they may play a role in the biological activity of A.roxburghianus root. | Sunil A.Nirmal Jayashri M.Ingale Shashikant R.Pattan Sanjay B.Bhawar | 2013 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2013,11,3: | 3 |

| 4 | The Impingement Heat Transfer Data of Inclined Jet in Cooling Applications: A Review显示文摘On the impingement heat transfer data,the experimental studies of air and liquid jets impingement to the flat surfaces were collected and critically reviewed.The oblique impingements of both single circular and planar slot jets were considered in particular.The review focused on the surface where the jet impingement cooling technique was utilized.The nozzle exit Reynolds numbers based on the hydraulic diameter varied in the range of 1,500–52,000.The oblique angles relative to the plane surface and the dimensionless jet-to-plate spacing vary in the range of 15°–90°and 2–12 respectively.The review suggested that the magnitude of maximum heat transfer shifted more for air jets compared with the liquid jets.The drop in the inclination angle and the jet-to-plate separation led to the increase in the asymmetry of heat transfer distribution.The displacement of maximum Nusselt number(heat transfer)locations was found to be sensitive to the inclination angle and the smaller jet-to-plate distance.Also,the Nusselt number correlations proposed by various researchers were discussed and compared with the results of the cited references. | PAWAR Shashikant PATEL Devendra Kumar | 2020 | Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,1: | 2 |
