| 1 | Review on electromagnetic welding of dissimilar materials显示文摘Electromagnetic welding (EMW) is a high-speed joining technique that is used to join similar ordissimilar metals, as well as metals to non-metals. Thistechnique uses electromagnetic force to mainly joinconductive materials. Unlike conventional joining pro-cesses, the weld interface does not melt, thus keeping thematerial properties intact. Extremely high velocity andstrain rate involved in the process facilitate extending theEMW technique for joining several materials.
