1Effects of harvesting method and date on yield loss and seed quality of rapeseed显示文摘China is one of the major rapeseed production countries in the world,but harvesting mechanization was still backward,and high harvest loss was a key inhibiting factor for rapeseed production.To obtain optimum harvesting date for winter rape in the Yangtze River Valley of China,artificial simulated combine harvesting and artificial two-stage harvesting were adopted to find correlations between harvesting date,rape variety,seed oil content,protein content,grain moisture rate,rapeseed straw moisture content,rapeseed unthreshing rate,grain drop loss rate,thousand seeds weight(TSW),and harvesting economic coefficient(HEC).Analysis of variance showed that rapeseed oil content,protein content and TSW were correlated with rape variety;HEC was correlated with harvesting method and rape variety.Rape variety was the dominant factor of rapeseed oil content,protein content,TSW and HEC.Grain moisture rate,un-threshing rate,grain drop loss rate and straw moisture content were correlated with harvesting method and date.Harvesting date was the dominant factor of rapeseed moisture rate,un-threshing rate,grain drop loss rate and straw moisture rate.Single factor tests further proved that harvesting date had less impact on rapeseed oil content,protein content,TSW and HEC.It showed little correlation with rapeseed quality except grain moisture rate.The optimum harvesting date could be known by change in straw moisture content.The combined harvesting should be carried out during the grain moisture content of 15%-20%with TSW stabilized in the highest level.The twostage harvesting cutting should be carried out at the grain moisture content of 35%-40%.This research offered a reference to harvesting method and date for rape cultivated in the Yangtze River Valley.Min Zhang Chongyou Wu Mei Jin Senlin Mu Suning Liang Qing Tang 2019Oil Crop Science2019,4,3:3
2Atomically dispersed dual Fe centers on nitrogen-doped bamboo-like carbon nanotubes for efficient oxygen reduction显示文摘Interfacial atomic configuration between dual-metal active species and nitrogen-carbon substrates is of great importance for improving the intrinsic activity of catalysts toward oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Thus,from the atomic-scale engineering we develop a high intrinsic activity ORR catalyst in terms of incorporating atomically dispersed dual Fe centers(single Fe atoms and ultra-small Fe atomic clusters)into bamboo-like N-doped carbon nanotubes.Benefiting from atomically dispersed dual-Fe centers on the atomic interface of Fe-Nx/carbon nanotubes,the fabricated dual Fe centers catalyst exhibits an extremely high ORR activity(E_(onset)=1.006 V;E_(1/2)=0.90 V),beyond state-of-the-art Pt/C.Remarkably,this catalyst also shows a superior kinetic current density of 19.690 mA·cm^(−2),which is 7 times that of state-of-the-art Pt/C.Additionally,based on the excellent catalyst,the primary Zn-air battery reveals a high power density up to 137 mW·cm^(−2) and sufficient potential cycling stability(at least 25 h).Undoubtedly,given the unique structure–activity relationship of dual-Fe active species and metal-nitrogen-carbon substrates,the catalyst will show great prospects in highly efficient electrochemical energy conversion devices.Ligang Ma Junlin Li Zhiwei Zhang Hao Yang Xueqin Mu Xiangyao Gu Huihui Jin Ding Chen Senlin Yan Suli Liu Shichun Mu 2022Nano Research2022,15,3:0
3Simulation and analysis of the pneumatic recovery for side-cutting loss of combine harvesters with CFD-DEM coupling approach显示文摘A novel pneumatic recovery method was proposed to curb the problem of high losses caused by side-cutting in a rapeseed combine harvester header.The influence of recovery method and material status changes on the recovery effect was studied via the CFD-DEM(computational fluid dynamic-discrete element method)coupling simulation.The effect of airflow action on the recovery effect was compared and analyzed,and the composite pneumatic recovery method was determined.In addition,the influence of material status changes and material feeding rate on the recovery effect was explored,and the critical condition of material blockage in the recovery device was configured.As such,the relationship model between air velocity and recovery rate was constructed and the air distribution ratio of the flow field in the device under this condition was optimized,had verified the rationality of this pneumatic recovery method was verified by a series of field tests.The average rapeseed recovery rate of 92.95%was achieved with the application of the recovery device,and the total loss rate of the header reduced by 52.26%,which is of great significance in reducing the total loss rate of the combine harvesters and improving the operation performance of machinery.The research results can provide a reference for the design of the header structure of a rape combine harvester.Tao Jiang Min Zhang Zhuohuai Guan Senlin Mu Chongyou Wu Gang Wang Haitong Li 2022International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,2:0
