| 1 | Gold-patched graphene nano-stripes for high-responsivity and ultrafast photodetection from the visible to infrared regime显示文摘Graphene is a very attractive material for broadband photodetection in hyperspectral imaging and sensing systems.However,its potential use has been hindered by tradeoffs between the responsivity,bandwidth,and operation speed of existing graphene photodetectors.Here,we present engineered photoconductive nanostructures based on goldpatched graphene nano-stripes,which enable simultaneous broadband and ultrafast photodetection with high responsivity.These nanostructures merge the advantages of broadband optical absorption,ultrafast photocarrier transport,and carrier multiplication within graphene nano-stripes with the ultrafast transport of photocarriers to gold patches before recombination.Through this approach,high-responsivity operation is realized without the use of bandwidth-limiting and speed-limiting quantum dots,defect states,or tunneling barriers.We demonstrate highresponsivity photodetection from the visible to infrared regime(0.6 A/W at 0.8μm and 11.5 A/W at 20μm),with operation speeds exceeding 50 GHz.Our results demonstrate improvement of the response times by more than seven orders of magnitude and an increase in bandwidths of one order of magnitude compared to those of higherresponsivity graphene photodetectors based on quantum dots and tunneling barriers. | Semih Cakmakyapan Ping Keng Lu Aryan Navabi Mona Jarrahi | 2018 | Light(Science & Applications)2018，7，1： | 12 |
| 2 | Microstructure, mechanical properties and formability of friction stir welded dissimilar materials of IF-steel and 6061 Al alloy显示文摘AA 6061 alloy and interstitial-free(IF)steel plates were joined by the friction stir welding(FSW)method,and the microstructure,mechanical properties,and biaxial stretch formability of the friction stir welded(FSWed)parts were investigated.The results indicate that the FSWed parts showed optimum tensile strength during FSW with the 0.4-mm offset position of the tool.The Fe4Al13 intermetallic compound formed in the defect-free intersection of AA 6061 and IF-steel plates during FSW.The hardness of the IF-steel part of the FSWed region increased almost 90%relative to its initial hardness of HV0.2 105.The tensile and yield strengths of FSWed regions were approximately 170 MPa and 145 MPa,respectively.According to the formability tests,the Erichsen Index(EI)of the IF-steel,AA 6061,and the FSWed samples were determined to be 2.9 mm,1.9 mm,and 2.1 mm,respectively.The EI of the FSWed sample was almost the same as that of the AA 6061 alloy.However,it decreased compared with that of the IF-steel.The force at EI(FEI)was approximately 1180 N for the FSWed condition.This value is approximately 70%higher than that of AA 6061 alloy. | Semih Mahmut Aktarer Dursun Murat Sekban Tevfik Kucukomeroglu Gencaga Purcek | 2019 | International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2019，26，6： | 7 |

| 5 | H pylori infection in patients with Behcet's disease显示文摘AIM:To evaluate endoscopic findings and the prevalence of H pylori in patients with Behcet's disease (BD) who have upper gastrointestinal symptoms. METHODS:The patients with BD diagnosed according to the International Study Group and followed up in the Department of Dermatology and other related departments and who had any upper gastrointestinal complaints,were included in this study. Forty-five patients with BD and 40 patients in the control group were evaluated by upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and two biopsied specimens were taken during endoscopy for H pylori . A two-week triple therapy for H pylori eradication was administered to H pylori positive patients. Two months after the treatment,the patients were evaluated by urea-breath test for eradication control. RESULTS:Patients with BD had a mean age of 36.2 ± 11.4 years (18-67 years). The mean follow-up time was 35 ± 14 mo (16-84 mo). Aphthous or deep ulcer in esophagus,stomach and duodenum had never been confirmed by endoscopic examination. Most gastric lesions were gastric erosion (40%) and the most duodenal lesions were duodenitis (17.5%) in two groups. H pylori was positive in 33 patients (73.3%) with BD. The two-week triple eradication therapy was successful in 75% of the patients. There was no difference between the groups in respect to prevalence of H pylori (73.3% vs 75%,P > 0.05),and eradication rate (75% vs 70%,P > 0.05).
