1Effects of Lactobacillus plantarum and fibrolytic enzyme on the fermentation quality and in vitro digestibility of total mixed rations silage including rape straw显示文摘The aim of the current study was to investigate the effects of a lactic acid bacteria inoculant(Lactobacillus plantarum, LP), fibrolytic enzyme(EN), combination of LP and EN(LP+EN) on fermentation quality, nutritive characteristics and in vitro digestibility of total mixed ration(TMR) silages containing 0, 7.5 and 15.0%(on dry matter basis) of rape(Brassica campestris L.) straw(RS)(denoted as CTMR, LTMR and MTMR, respectively). After ensiling for 60 days, TMR silages without additives were well preserved, but MTMR had higher p H than CTMR and LTMR. There were no differences in other parameters of fermentation quality, microbial composition, nutrition and in vitro digestibility between CTMR and LTMR except for yeast and mold number and crude protein(CP) content. CTMR and LTMR silage had higher CP content, in vitro neutral detergent fiber digestibility(IVNDFD) and in vitro acid detergent fiber digestibility(IVADFD), lower acid detergent fiber(ADF) content than MTMR silage. LP and EN decreased p H and increased dry matter(DM) recovery of TMR silages. LP+EN improved the fermentation quality, nutritive characteristics and in vitro digestibility of TMR silages, showed by lower p H, ADF content, higher lactic acid content, in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD) and IVNDFD. 2西藏地区牦牛瘤胃中兼性厌氧纤维素降解菌的分离鉴定显示文摘本研究旨在从西藏地区牦牛瘤胃中分离出具有分解纤维素能力的兼性厌氧菌,为青贮饲料微生物添加剂的研制提供支持。试验采集了西藏那曲地区成年牦牛的新鲜瘤胃液,经刚果红染色初筛,滤纸降解复筛,获得分解纤维素能力强的菌株,对菌株生长速率及酶活力进行测定,经形态学、生理生化特性和16SrRNA序列分析对菌株进行鉴定,并分析了菌株对水稻秸秆的降解效果。试验分离出一株兼性厌氧纤维素降解菌,属于肠球菌属,即粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)JF85。菌株JF85在15~55℃,pH 3.0~7.0及3.0%和6.5%NaCl培养基中生长良好。接种JF85,36h后可获得最大内切葡聚糖酶活力(0.41U/mL)和滤纸酶活力(0.13U/mL)。在模拟发酵试验中,接种菌株JF85,14d后水稻秸秆干物质、纤维素和半纤维素含量与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.05);在发酵第7天,JF85处理组显示最高的可溶性碳水化合物含量,整个发酵过程中木质素含量变化不显著(P>0.05)。菌株JF85具有分解纤维素、耐酸、耐盐特性,在青贮饲料生产中具有较好的应用前景。李君风 原现军 董志浩 Seare Tajebe Desta 陈雷 白晰 白云峰 邵涛 2017草业学报2017,26,6:12
3Oral eplerenone for the management of chronic central serous chorioretinopathy显示文摘AIM: To examine eplerenone(Inspra, Pfizer), a mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist, as a treatment option for chronic central serous chorioretinopathy(CSCR).METHODS: A retrospective consecutive case series was conducted for patients receiving oral eplerenone for chronic CSCR. At baseline and each follow-up visit,spectral domain optical coherence tomography(SD-OCT)imaging was performed, including manual measurements of the height and diameter size of subretinal fluid. The primary outcome measure was the reduction in subretinal fluid following initiation of therapy.RESULTS: A total of 17 eyes of 13 patients treated with25 and 50 mg of oral eplerenone per day were identified.Subretinal fluid(SRF) decreased over time following eplerenone therapy(P = 0.007 and P =0.002, diameter and height respectively). Maximum SRF height decreased from a mean of 131.5 μm at baseline to 15.3 μm at day181+. SRF diameter decreased from an average of 2174.4μm at baseline to 46.9 μm at day 181 +. Log MAR visual acuity improved from 0.42(Snellen equivalent: 20/53) at baseline to 0.29(Snellen equivalent: 20/39) at day 181 +(P = 0.024). 4Design concerns of room and pillar retreat panels显示文摘Why do some room and pillar retreat panels encounter abnormal conditions? What factors deserve the most consideration during the planning and execution phases of mining and what can be done to mitigate those abnormal conditions when they are encountered? To help answer these questions, and to determine some of the relevant factors influencing the conditions of room and pillar(R & P) retreat mining entries, four consecutive R & P retreat panels were evaluated. This evaluation was intended to reinforce the influence of topographic changes, depth of cover, multiple-seam interactions, geological conditions, and mining geometry. This paper details observations were made in four consecutive R & P retreat panels and the data were collected from an instrumentation site during retreat mining. The primary focus was on the differences observed among the four panels and within the panels themselves. The instrumentation study was initially planned to evaluate the interactions between primary and secondary support, but produced rather interesting results relating to the loading encountered under the current mining conditions. In addition to the observation and instrumentation, numerical modeling was performed to evaluate the stress conditions. Both the La Model 3.0 and Rocscience Phase 2 programs were used to evaluate these four panels. The results of both models indicated a drastic reduction in the vertical stresses experienced in these panels due to the full extraction mining in overlying seams when compared to the full overburden load. Both models showed a higher level of stress associated with the outside entries of the panels. These results agree quite well with the observations and instrumentation studies performed at the mine. These efforts provided two overarching conclusions concerning R & P retreat mine planning and execution. The first was that there are four areas that should not be overlooked during R & P retreat mining: topographic relief, multiple-seam stress relief, stress concentrations near the gob edge,and geologic changes in the immediate roof. The second is that in order to successfully retreat an R &P panel, a three-phased approach to the design and analysis of the panel should be conducted: the planning phase, evaluation phase, and monitoring phase.Klemetti Ted M.
