6PKC基因在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达研究显示文摘目的:探讨肺癌组织中PKC基因表达水平与肺癌临床的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色(LSAB)法,研究83例非小细胞肺癌组织中PKC基因表达水平。结果:肺癌组织PKC基因表达水平与肺癌的病期和组织学类型有密切关系。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲa期肺癌PKC基因表达阳性率分别为12.5%、44.8%和60.9%;鳞癌、腺癌和大细胞肺癌PKC基因表达阳性率分别为60.5%、43.3%和30.7%。结论:晚期非小细胞肺癌和肺鳞癌的化疗不敏感性可能与其高水平的PKC基因表达有关。周清华 易成 侯梅 Johnson D Samples J Arteaga C 1997中国胸心血管外科临床杂志1997,4,1:1
