1Optimization of the thermoelectric properties of poly(nickel-ethylenetetrathiolate) synthesized via potentiostatic deposition显示文摘The coordination polymer poly(nickel-ethylenetetrathiolate)(poly(Ni-ett)), formed by nickel(II) and 1,1,2,2-ethenetetrathiolate(ett), is the most promising N-type organic thermoelectric material ever reported; it is synthesized via potentiostatic deposition,and the effect of different applied potentials on the optimal performance of the polymers is investigated. The optimal thermoelectric property of poly(Ni-ett) synthesized at 0.6 V is remarkably greater than that of the polymers synthesized at 1 and 1.6 V, exhibiting a maximum power factor of up to 131.6 μW/mK^2 at 360 K. Furthermore, the structure-property correlation of poly(Ni-ett) is also extensively investigated. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analyses revealed that the larger size of crystalline domains and the higher oxidation state of poly(Ni-ett) synthesized at 0.6 V possibly results in the higher bulk mobility and carrier concentration in the polymer chains, respectively, accounting for the enhanced power factor.Yuanhui Sun Jiajia Zhang Liyao Liu Yunke Qin Yimeng Sun Wei Xu Daoben Zhu 2016Science China Chemistry2016,59,10:3
2ADC-GERT network parameter estimation model for mission effectiveness of joint operation system显示文摘Effectiveness evaluation of the joint operation system is an important basis for the demonstration and development of weapon equipment.With the consideration that existing models of system effectiveness evaluation seldom describe the structural relationship among equipment clearly as well as reflect the dynamic,the analog-to-digital converter-graphical evaluation and review technique(ADC-GERT)network parameter estimation model is proposed based on the ADC model and the joint operation system structure.Firstly,analysis of the joint operation system structure and operation process is conducted to build the GERT network,where equipment subsystems are nodes and activities are directed arches.Then the mission effectiveness of equipment subsystems is calculated by the ADC model.The probability transfer parameters are modified by the mission effectiveness of equipment subsystems based on the Bayesian theorem,with the ADC-GERT network parameter estimation model constructed.Finally,a case study is used to validate the efficiency and dynamic of the ADC-GERT network parameter estimation model.FANG Zhigeng WU Shuang ZHANG Xiaoli SUN Yunke 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,6:2
3Cytological and transcriptional analysis reveal phosphatidylinositol signaling pathway plays key role in mitotic division of Pyropia yezoensis显示文摘The phosphatidylinositol(PI)signaling system,a central regulator of eukaryotic metabolism,is widely found in eukaryotes for regulating a variety of cell activities.Most of the genes in the PI signaling system were found conserved in Pyropia yezoensis.In this experiment,wortmannin was used as an inhibitor to inhibit the activity of phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase(PI3K),an important regulator of the PI signaling system.After wortmannin treatment,the mitotic division of P.yezoensis was signifi cantly inhibited in a dose-dependent manner,and the mitotic division percentage was reduced by 68.1%and 91.9%in the 5-and 10-μmol/L groups,respectively.When thalli were treated with wortmannin,the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)were signifi cantly decreased.Furthermore,the expression level of PI3K was inhibited and the expression levels of downstream genes regulated by PI3K was signifi cantly changed.In the PI3K-AGC signaling pathway,the expression levels of Serine/threonine protein kinase(AGC)and cyclindependent kinases A(CDKA)were downregulated,while WEE1 kinase gene(WEE1)was upregulated.Three nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH)oxidase genes were downregulated after wortmannin treatment.These results indicate that the PI signaling system plays an important role in the regulation of cell activity in P.yezoensis.It was speculated that the growth and development of P.yezoensis might be regulated by P.yezoensis PI3K,which promoted the expression of the AGC gene and further regulates the expression of downstream WEE1 and CDKA genes to advance mitotic division,and also promoted the expression level of NADPH oxidase that regulates ROS homeostasis.Yunke ZHU Xinran WANG Bin SUN Xianghai TANG Yunxiang MAO 2022Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,3:0
