1Functional Characterization of the Promoter and Second Intron of CUM1 During Flower Development in Cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)显示文摘The characterization of flower specific promoter is critical during flower development by cucumber transformation technology.AGAMOUS(AG)is an organ identity gene that is required for carpel and stamen development in Arabidopsis.The promoter and second intron of AG contain multiple regulatory elements that confer proper spatial and temporal expression.Cucumber is an important vegetable with unisexual flowers.Cucumber MADS-box 1(CUM1)is the AG homolog in cucumber,belonging to the eu AG lineage along with AG.In situ hybridization showed that CUM1 was specifically expressed in the stamens and carpels of cucumber.GUS staining indicated that the second intron of CUM1 confers stamen-specific expression,while the promoter of CUM1 drives both stamen-and carpel-specific expression during the early stages of flower development,but is restricted to carpel-and connectivum-specific expression during the late stages of flower development.Furthermore,a yeast one-hybrid assay demonstrated that two auxin response factors(Cs ARF13 and Cs ARF17)had bound directly to the second intron of CUM1.Our data suggest that different regulatory circuits operate in AG homologs in plant species with distinct sex types.GU Ran LIU Xiaofeng ZHAO Wensheng YAN Shuangshuang SUN Linhan WU Binning ZHANG Xiaolan 2018Horticultural Plant Journal2018,4,3:9
2Subsurface reconstruction and saturation of surface bonds显示文摘Surface reconstructions and stabilization mechanisms have been great challenges for insulators. Based on accurate determination of the long-sought atomic structure of the spinel(1 1 1) surface, here we show that the surface is stabilized by an unconventional mechanism. In general, solid surfaces have unsaturated chemical bonds and are prone to atomic reconstruction to saturate them. The spinel(1 1 1) surface,however, has the surface bonds fully saturated, while the unsaturated bonds remain only in the subsurface. It undergoes a reconstruction that keeps the topmost atomic layer unchanged, but has the subsurface atoms completely rearranged. Such a reconstruction results in a perfect compensation of the surface polarity and a large reduction in the surface energy. 3Application of Quicksort Algorithm in Information Retrieval显示文摘With the development and progress of today’s network information technology,a variety of large-scale network databases have emerged with the situation,such as Baidu Library and Weipu Database,the number of documents in the inventory has reached nearly one million.So how do you quickly and effectively retrieve the information you want in such a huge database?This requires finding efficient algorithms to reduce the computational complexity of the computer during Information Retrieval,improve retrieval efficiency,and adapt to the rapid expansion of document data.The Quicksort Algorithm gives different weights to each position of the document,and multiplies the weight of each position with the number of matches of that position,and then adds all the multiplied sums to set a feature value for Quicksort,which can achieve the full accuracy of Information Retrieval.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to use the quick sort algorithm to increase the speed of Information Retrieval,and to use the position weighting algorithm to improve the matching quality of Information Retrieval,so as to achieve the overall effect of improving the efficiency of Information Retrieval.Jiajun Xie Zuyan Li Han Wu Linhan Li Bin Pan Peng Guo Guang Sun 2021Journal on Big Data2021,3,4:0
4Photoswitchable quantum electrodynamics in a hybrid plasmonic quantum emitter显示文摘The design and preparation of quantum states free from environmen-tal decohering effects is critically important for the development of on-chip quantum systems with robustness.One promising strategy is to harness quantum state superposition to construct decoherence-free subspace(DFS),which is termed dark state.Typically,the exci-tation of dark states relies on anti-phase-matching on two qubits and the inter-qubit distance is of wavelength scale,which limits the de-velopment of compact quantum chips.In the current work,a hybrid plasmonic quantum emitter was proposed,which was composed of strongly correlated quantum emitters intermediated by a plasmonic nanocavity.Through turning the plasmonic loss from drawback into advantage,the anti-phase-matching rule was broken by rapidly de-caying the superposed bright state and preparing a sub-100 nm dark state with decay rate reduced by 3 orders of magnitudes.More inter-estingly,the dark state could be optically switched to a single-photon emitter with enhanced brightness through photon-blockade,with the quantum second order correlation function at zero delay showing a wide range of tunability down to 0.02.Yuan Liu Hongwei Zhou Peng Xue Linhan Lin Hong-Bo Sun 2023Chip2023,2,3:0
