1高效液相色谱-紫外检测法同时测定药物制剂及人体血清中的奥美沙坦酯和厄贝沙坦及氢氯噻嗪(英文)显示文摘A simple,selective,sensitive,precise,simultaneous high performance liquid chromatographic analysis of serum samples and commercial tablet formulation containing hydrochlorothiazide,olmesartan medoxomil and irbesartan are reported.Good chromatographic separation was achieved using a μ-Bondapak,C18 column(15 cm×4.6 mm,5 μm),and a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid aqueous solution(50∶50,v/v)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The ultraviolet detector was set at a wavelength of 260 nm.Hydrochlorothiazide,olmesartan medoxomil,and irbesartan were eluted at 1.2,3.8,and 4.4 min,respectively.No extraneous materials were found to interfere.The method uses protein precipitation with acetonitrile for the preparation of serum sample.The linear ranges for hydrochlorothiazide,olmesartan medoxomil,and irbesartan were 6.25-18.75,20-60,and 75-225 ng/mL,respectively.The recoveries of hydrochlorothiazide,olmesartan medoxomil,and irbesartan in spiked samples were all greater than 98%,and their relative standard deviations were less than 2.0%.The limits of detection were 1,2,and 2 ng/mL for hydrochlorothiazide,olmesartan medoxomil,and irbesartan,respectively,and the limits of quantification were 3 ng/mL,which allow their determination at the expected serum concentration levels.SULTANA Najma ARAYNE M Saeed ALI S Shahid SAJID Shahnawaz 2008色谱2008,26,5:6

8Deposition of Phosphate Nanoparticles onto Textile Fabrics via Sol-gel Method and Their Kinetics Desorption Studies显示文摘In this paper,phosphate nanoparticles were coated on cotton(CO)and polyester(PES)textile surfaces by sol-gel method using tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)and chloropropyltriethoxysilane(CPTS)as silica precursors.The deposited nanoparticles were observed with scanning electronic microscopy energv-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(SEM-EDX).The release kinetics of phosphorus(P)from these textiles into the aqueous medium(Aq),acid(Ac),and basic(Ba)artificial sweats were then studied.The released amount of phosphorus was evaluated by the inductively coupled plasma(ICP)according to ISO NF EN 16711-2 procedure.The results revealed that the release of P into the aqueous medium is lower than in the artificial sweat.The kinetics data[the phosphoras desorption amount(mg/g)as a iunction of time]were modeled according to five models:the first order,the second order,the third order,simple Elovich and parabolic diffusion.The suitable model was chosen based on the coefficient of determination(R2)and the calculation of the sum of the absolute errors(EABS),which describes the error between the theoretical and experimental values.SEM observations were also carried out on the fabrics after desorption in order to show the impact of desorption on their morphology.Furthermore,the impact of P release on the tensile strength of CO and PES fabrics was investigated using a uniaxial tensile test.The thennal stability of all samples before and after desorption was assessed by thermogravimetric aiialysis(ATG).Mohamed El MESSOUDI Aicha BOUKHRISS Laila SADALLAH Laila SAJID M'hamed El KOUALI Said GMOUH 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,5:1
