1±800 kV特高压直流输电用6英寸大功率晶闸管换流阀显示文摘现如今,中国有多条±800 kV特高压直流输电项目正在建设或正在规划之中。较高的输电电压及其较高的稳态、瞬态过压而产生的晶闸管换流阀绝缘设计难点已在云南—广东±800 kV/5 000 MW直流输电工程中得到了研究和解决,但是在向家坝—上海特高压直流输电±800 kV/6 400 MW工程中,必须采用更大功率的晶闸管,才能满足额定电流4 000 A的要求。为了满足实际工程需要,基于硅片的新一代6英寸大功率晶闸管应运而生,同时,为了满足更高直流电流的要求,在晶闸管换流阀设计中,应用了相关新的设计技术。笔者介绍了向家坝—上海特高压直流输电工程中复龙站晶闸管换流阀设计,包括阀的结构、电气设计、机械设计、阀内部电器件选择等,另外,对6英寸晶闸管的特点作了介绍。复龙站换流阀型式试验已分别在德国西门子、中国西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司完成,试验结果表明,基于6英寸晶闸管的向家坝—上海±800 kV特高压直流输电工程复龙站换流阀设计可靠,可保证向家坝—上海输电工程复龙站换流阀的长期、可靠运行。李侠 SACHS G UDER M 2010高压电器2010,46,6:51
225-羟维生素D和甲状旁腺激素与高血压的相关性显示文摘有研究证实,维生素D缺乏和甲状旁腺激素(PTH)过高与高血压的发生密切相关。维生素D缺乏不仅可以影响肾素血管紧张素系统及PTH水平,而且可以直接参与血管炎性反应,影响高血压的发生发展。PTH可以通过促进血管炎性反应及血管钙化等参与高血压的进展。目前还没有前瞻性研究同时评估维生素D和PTH水平与高血压发病的关系。该研究分析多民族动脉粥样硬化研究的前瞻性数据,发现低水平25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]和高水平PTH与高血压发病相关,特别是在肥胖人群中。但在校正混杂因素后,25(OH)D水平与高血压发病的相关性无统计学意义,而PTH水平与高血压发病仍然相关。鉴于维生素D缺乏和PTH过量在人群中是普遍现象,该研究对于更好地了解高血压发病机制,在人群中开展高血压预防工作有重要意义。van Ballegooijen AJ Kestenbaum B Sachs MC de Boer IH Siscovick DS Hoofnagle AN Ix JH Visser M Brouwer IA 练桂丽 叶鹏 2014中华高血压杂志2014,22,6:10

4The effects of exercise on cognition in Parkinson’s disease: a systematic review显示文摘Cognitive impairments are highly prevalent in Parkinson’s disease(PD)and can substantially affect a patient’s quality of life.These impairments remain difficult to manage with current clinical therapies,but exercise has been identified as a possible treatment.The objective of this systematic review was to accumulate and analyze evidence for the effects of exercise on cognition in both animal models of PD and human disease.This systematic review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)statement.Fourteen original reports were identified,including six pre-clinical animal studies and eight human clinical studies.These studies used various exercise interventions and evaluated many different outcome measures;therefore,only a qualitative synthesis was performed.The evidence from animal studies supports the role of exercise to improve cognition in humans through the promotion of neuronal proliferation,neuroprotection and neurogenesis.These findings warrant more research to determine what roles these neural mechanisms play in clinical populations.The reports on cognitive changes in clinical studies demonstrate that a range of exercise programs can improve cognition in humans.While each clinical study demonstrated improvements in a marker of cognition,there were limitations in each study,including non-randomized designs and risk of bias.The Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)system was used and the quality of the evidence for human studies were rated from“low”to“moderate”and the strength of the recommendations were rated from“weak”to“strong”.Studies that assessed executive function,compared to general cognitive abilities,received a higher GRADE rating.Overall,this systematic review found that in animal models exercise results in behavioral and corresponding neurobiological changes in the basal ganglia related to cognition.The clinical studies showed that various types of exercise,including aerobic,resistance and dance can improve cognitive function,although the optimal type,amount,mechanisms,and duration of exercise are unclear.With growing support for exercise to improve not only motor symptoms,but also cognitive impairments in PD,health care providers and policy makers should recommend exercise as part of routine management and neurorehabilitation for this disorder.Danielle K Murray Matthew A Sacheli Janice J Eng A Jon Stoessl 2014Translational Neurodegeneration2014,3,1:3
5CFD Based Determination of Dynamic Stability Derivatives in Yaw for a Bird显示文摘Dynamic yaw stability derivatives of a gull bird are determined using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method. Two kinds of motions are applied for calculating the dynamic yaw stability derivatives CNr and C Nβ . The first one relates to a lateral translation and, separately, to a yaw rotation. The second one consists of a combined translational and rotational motion. To determine dynamic yaw stability derivatives, the simulation of an unsteady flow with a bird model showing a harmonic motion is performed. The flow solution for each time step is obtained by solving unsteady Euler equations based on a finite volume approach for a small reduced frequency. Then, an evaluation of unsteady forces and moments for one cycle is conducted using harmonic Fourier analysis.
