1Separation of Peptides by Pressurized Capillary Electrochromatography显示文摘A novel gradient pressurized capillary electrochromatography (pCEC) instrument was developed to separate peptides. Two gradient elution modes, hydrophobic and hydrophilic interaction mode in pCEC, were performed on this instrument. Baseline separation of six peptides was obtained on two gradient modes with C18 column and strong cationic exchange column respectively. 4Preparation and Evaluation of Molecularly Imprinted Monolithic Column for Felodipine in Micro-liquid Chromatography显示文摘This study concentrated on the production of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) as highly selective sorbents for felodipine (FLD), a representive dihydropyridine calcium antagonists. Demonstrated chromatographically through a selection factor, these MIPs showed high selectivity for the template molecule among a group of structurally similar compounds.
