| 1 | 基于时间序列SAR影像分析方法的三峡大坝稳定性监测显示文摘本文提出了结合永久散射体和准永久散射体干涉测量技术的时间序列合成孔径雷达(SAR)影像几何信息提取方案,利用2003~2008年获取的40景SAR影像量测并分析了三峡大坝运行时的稳定性问题及其周边区域的形变规律.我们发现在数据获取期间,三峡大坝左段的时效沉降基本停止,大坝形变受水位的影响较大,季节性变化也有一定体现.该实验结果和已发表的该坝段形变监测结果十分吻合.在数据处理结果中我们还在大坝上游秭归县附近堤坝发现一处形变异常.研究结果表明了时间序列SAR影像信息提取技术在大坝稳定性监测及坝区形变参数获取中的应用潜力. | 王腾 Daniele PERISSIN Fabio ROCCA 廖明生 | 2011 | 中国科学:地球科学2011，41，1： | 21 |
| 2 | Three Gorges Dam stability monitoring with time-series InSAR image analysis显示文摘In this paper,we carried out a combination of permanent scatterer and quasi permanent scatterer time-series InSAR image analyses to extract geometric information over the area of the Three Gorges Dam.For the first time,we measured and analyzed the deformation of the Three Gorges Dam and its surrounding area using 40 SAR images acquired from 2003 to 2008.Our results indicate that the temporal deformation of the left part of the dam has ceased and that the deformation of the dam was influenced by the changing level of the Yangtze River.Seasonal deformation due to varying temperature is also observed.The obtained results agree well with the published results of the Three Gorges Dam deformation obtained by employing conventional survey methods.We also found that there is an area of abnormal subsidence near Zigui County.This paper demonstrates the potential of time-series InSAR image analysis in the monitoring of dam stability and measurement of subsidence. | WANG Teng Daniele PERISSIN Fabio ROCCA LIAO Ming-Sheng | 2011 | Science China Earth Sciences2011，54，5： | 20 |
| 3 | Efficacy and safety of low-intensity shockwave therapy plus tadalafil 5 mg once daily in men with type 2 diabetes mellitus and erectile dysfunction:a matched-pair comparison study显示文摘Low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy(LiESWT)represents a promising treatment for patients with erectile dysfunction(ED).We investigated the efficacy of LiESWT combined with tadalafil 5 mg once daily in men with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and ED and compared LiESWT protocols administering different number of shockwaves.We performed a retrospective matched-pair comparison using data from a prospectively maintained database.Seventy-eight patients who received tadalafil 5 mg once dai7ly for 12 weeks+LiESWT performed with an electrohydraulic source for 3 weeks(Group A)were matched 1:1 to patients who received tadalafil 5 mg once daily alone for 12 weeks(Group B).A subgroup analysis was performed according to the number of shockwaves delivered during each session(1500,1800,and 2400 in subgroup A1,A2,and A3,respectively).The mean International Index of Erectile Function-5(IIEF-5)score variations with respect to baseline recorded at 4,12,and 24 weeks after the end of the treatment were investigated as treatment outcomes.The mean IIEF-5 scores significantly improved in all groups and subgroups at 4-week follow-up without intergroup differences.At 12-and 24-week follow-up,the mean IIEF-5 improvement was significantly higher among patients in the A3 subgroup(+5.0±2.1[P<0.001]and+4.7±2.3[P<0.001],respectively).The combined approach with tadalafil 5 mg once daily and LiESWT with a protocol involving 2400 shockwaves provides significant advantages in terms of IIEF-5 improvement and durability compared to tadalafil 5 mg once daily alone in patients with T2DM and ED. | Paolo Verze Marco Capece Massimiliano Creta Roberto La Rocca Francesco Persico Lorenzo Spirito Antonio Cardi Vincenzo Mirone | 2020 | Asian Journal of Andrology2020，22，4： | 8 |

| 5 | Successful outcome after combined chemotherapeutic and surgical management in a case of esophageal cancer with breast and brain relapse显示文摘Esophageal cancer (EC) is a highly lethal disease. Approximately 50% of patients present with metastatic EC and most patients with localized EC will have local recurrence or develop metastases, despite potentially curative local therapy. The most common sites of distant recurrence are represented by lung, liver and bone while brain and breast metastases are rare. Usually patients with advanced disease are not treated aggressively and their median survival is six months. We report a woman patient who developed breast and brain metastases after curative surgery. We treated her with a highly aggressive chemotherapeutic and surgical combination resulting in a complete remission of the disease even after 11-year follow-up. | 9 | Options for continuous radar Earth observations显示文摘Near Real Time(minutes or hours) radar imaging of ground targets located anywhere on an hemisphere, with or without interferometric coherence with previous passes, can be obtained with different solutions that are considered here. Geosynchronous systems, from the one proposed in 1978 by Tomiyasu to telecom satellite compatible solutions, and Low, Medium or Geosynchronous Earth Orbit constellations are discussed.Their benefits, problems, and sizes are briefly summarized, and a comparative table is presented. If interferometric coherence is requested, continuous imaging is obtained only if a very wide geostationary aperture is progressively scanned, eventually using a MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) combination of several slow librating small satellites. Instead, fast librating, strip mapping, large geosynchronous satellites do provide high resolution imaging, but interferometry(and thus coherent change detection) is achievable only after a minimum delay of 12 h, i.e., when the target comes in sight without need to squint the antenna. | 10 | 450 nm diode laser:A new help in oral surgery显示文摘AIM To describe the performance of 450 nm diode laser in oral surgery procedures.METHODS The case described consisted of the removal of a lower lip fibroma through a blue diode laser(λ = 450 nm). RESULTS The efficacy of this device, even at very low power(1W, CW), allows us to obtain very high intra and postoperative comfort for the patient, even with just topical anaesthesia and without needing suture. The healing process was completed in one week and, during the follow-up, the patient did not report any problems, pain or discomfort even without the consumption of any kind of drugs, such as painkillers and antibiotics.
