| 1 | 不同地域患者罗库溴铵药效学的比较——多中心研究显示文摘目的比较中国、奥地利和美国3个不同地域的当地患者罗库溴铵作用的量效关系和时效关系。方法选择中国大连、美国英格伍德、奥地利格拉茨3个医学中心择期手术患者各18例,异丙酚、芬太尼静脉麻醉诱导后,累积剂量法进行药效学观察,首剂静脉注射罗库溴铵50μg/kg,起效后重复首剂静脉给药6次,再静脉注射罗库溴铵300μg,采用肌机械运动监测仪记录肌肉收缩强度,对数剂量.概率单位绘制剂量-反应曲线。比较3个地域患者罗库溴铵的ED50、ED90和ED95以及Dur25和Dur0.8。结果大连和格拉茨患者罗库溴铵的ED50、ED90和ED95均高于英格伍德患者,格拉茨患者的ED50、ED90和ED95高于大连患者(P<0.05);大连和格拉茨患者的Dur25和Dur0.8均短于英格伍德患者(P<0.05),格拉茨患者的Dur25短于大连患者(P<0.05),但两者Dur0.8的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3个地域患者罗库溴铵作用的量效关系和时效关系有明显的差别,临床用量需要考虑地域因素的影响。 | 安刚 肖昭扬 李宝珠 黄磷 魏芳 Ashnaf A. | 2 | Different modes of foveal regeneration after closure of full-thickness macular holes by(re)vitrectomy and autologous platelet concentrate显示文摘AIM: To describe using spectral-domain optical coherence tomography the regeneration of the foveal morphology after pars plana(re)vitrectomy surgery and gas tamponade combined with injection of autologous platelet concentrate to treat full-thickness macular holes, and to describe different anatomical outcome. METHODS: A retrospective case series of 8 eyes of 8 patients was described. RESULTS: In all cases investigated, the plateletassisted closure of macular holes was associated with a rapid resolution of cystic cavities in the foveal walls. In two patients, there was a regular regeneration of the foveal morphology after hole closure;the regenerated central fovea had a regular structure with a foveola and photoreceptors. In three other patients, there was an irregular regeneration of the fovea;a foveola was not formed, photoreceptor cells were absent from the foveal center, and the center was composed of Müller and retinal pigment epithelial(RPE) cells. The foveal regeneration after hole closure may proceed with or without a temporary detachment of the foveal center from the RPE, and with or without a direct contact between the central outer nuclear layer(ONL) and the RPE. Contacts between the ONL and RPE were observed only in patients with an irregular foveal regeneration after hole closure.CONCLUSION: The data show that there are different modes of foveal regeneration after closure of macular holes with(re)vitrectomy and platelet concentrate. | 3 | Detection of low energy solar neutrinos by a two-phase cryogenic e-bubble detector显示文摘A new two-phase cryogenic neutrino detector using electron bubble (e-bubble) specifically in liquid helium is proposed and being developed for real time, high rate measurements of low-energy p-p reac- tion neutrinos from the sun. The e-bubble detector is a time projection chamber-like (TPC) tracking detector. The task of such a neutrino detector is to detect the ionization of the elastically scattered target electrons by incident neutrinos, and then to characterize their energy and direction and to dis- tinguish them from radioactive backgrounds. The ionization signals are expected to be small and hence undergo avalanche amplification in the saturated vapor above the liquid phase by gas electron multi- pliers (GEMs) at high gain. Higher granularity and intrinsically suppressed ion feedback give a good spatial resolution and are the major advantages of this technology. It should be possible to construct such a detector to track charged particles down to 100―200 keV in a massive liquid helium target with fractional millimeter spatial resolution in three-dimensional space, using the GEM-based TPC with a high-resolution CCD camera, for both the electronic and light readout. | JU YongLin GU Yan J.
