| 1 | 海南岛农用地土壤重金属元素的空间分布特征及其环境意义显示文摘采用现场采样及室内分析测试方法,对海南岛26个农业土壤剖面淋溶层、淀积层、母质层中7种重金属元素的分布特征进行研究。结果发现,重金属元素在淋溶层和淀积层的含量变化幅度与母质层含量变化幅度具有一定的正相关关系,土壤重金属分布在总体上受成土母质层制约。除As、Pb外,大部分重金属元素在各层中的含量低于世界土壤平均值,但也有部分重金属元素通过淋溶使表层土壤中少量重金属元素迁移而至淀积层中积累。除Cd有机态含量最低外,各层中重金属元素在淋溶层、淀积层、母质层中均显示可交换态含量最低,而残渣态含量最高。区内土壤表层7种重金属分布总体上可归为3类:Cr、Ni、Cd3种重金属元素的土壤表层平均含量较低,变异系数小,表层元素主要继承于母质层;Cu、Zn组中的Zn可能存在一定的外源混入,但Cu、Zn在土壤表层未发生富集;而As、Pb等重金属元素不仅有外源混入,且发生了一定程度积累,为区内土壤主要的环境隐患。 | 赵志忠 A W Rate 唐少霞 毕华 | 2008 | 农业环境科学学报2008，27，1： | 16 |
| 2 | Xeroderma pigmentosum group D 751 polymorphism as a predictive factor in resected gastric cancer treated with chemo-radiotherapy显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the potential association of xeroderma pigmentosum group D (XPD) codon 751 variant with outcome after chemo-radiotherapy in patients with resected gastric cancer. METHODS: We used PCR-RFLP to evaluate the genetic XPD Lys751Gln polymorphisms in 44 patients with stage Ⅲ (48%) and Ⅳ (20%) gastric cancer treated with surgery following radiation therapy plus 5-fluorouracil/ leucovorin based chemotherapy. RESULTS: Statistical analysis showed that 75% (12 of 16) of relapse patients showed Lys/Lys genotype more frequently (P = 0.042). The Lys polymorphism was an independent predictor of high-risk relapse-free survival from Cox analysis (HR: 3.07, 95% CI: 1.07-8.78, P = 0.036) and Kaplan-Meir test (P = 0.027, log-rank test). | 4 | Pharmacogenomics in colorectal cancer: The first step for individualized-therapy显示文摘Interindividual differences in the toxicity and response to anticancer therapies are currently observed in practically all available treatment regimens. A goal of cancer therapy is to predict patient response and toxicity to drugs in order to facilitate the individualization of patient treatment. Identification of subgroups of patients that differ in their prognosis and response to treatment could help to identify the best available drug therapy according the genetic profile. Several mechanisms have been suggested to contribute to chemo-therapeutic drug resistance: amplification or overexpression of membrane transporters, changes in cellular proteins involved in detoxification or in DNA repair, apoptosis and activation of oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is regarded as intrinsically resistant to chemotherapy. Several molecular markers predictive of CRC therapy have been included during the last decade but their results in different studies complicate their application in practical clinical. The simultaneous testing of multiple markers predictive of response could help to identify more accurately the true role of these polymorphisms in CRC therapy. | 5 | Preparation of neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet powders and fibers显示文摘Using nitrate precursors, a novel spray-drying assisted citrate gel process for the preparation of neodymium-doped yttrium alumi- num garnet (YAG) phase was developed. Synthesis of single-phase polycrystalline YAG was achieved at temperatures as low as 800 °C us- ing the spray-drying methodology whilst conventional approaches currently available require 1000 °C. Initially, a solution was prepared by mixing aluminum and yttrium nitrates, citric acid, etilenglycol and neodymium oxide. This solution was dried by pulverization (spray dryer) to obtain aggregated precursor powders of the compound. These aggregates were calcined at 800, 850 and 900 °C to determine the phase evolution from amorphous to crystalline by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The morphology of aggregates was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Moreover, through XRD it was determined that the crystallization of YAG phase started at about 800 °C without any intermediate phases. The powders were composed of spherical aggregates with an average diame- ter of 1 μm. From these powders, ceramic fibers with additions of 2at.% and 5at.% Nd, were extracted from the melt with diameters ranging from 30 μm to 50 μm. | R. López J. Zárate E. A. Aguilar J. | 7 | Conservative management of perforated duodenal diverticulum: A case report and review of the literature显示文摘Duodenal diverticula are a relatively common condition. They are asymptomatic, unless they become complicated, with perforation being the rarest but most severe complication. Surgical treatment is the most frequently performed approach. We report the case of a patient with a perforated duodenal diverticulum, which was diagnosed early and treated conservatively with antibiotics and percutaneous drainage of secondary retroperitoneal abscesses.
