13石榴籽油作为共轭亚油酸的来源对山羊生产性能和乳脂肪酸含量的影响显示文摘试验旨在探讨石榴籽油和亚麻油,尤其是共轭亚油酸(CLA)、共轭亚麻酸(CLNA)和油酸(VA),对山羊泌乳性能、瘤胃发酵参数、养分消化率和乳脂肪酸(FA)含量的影响。24头泌乳中期马哈拜斯山羊随机分成3组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮(CON组),在干物质(DM)基础上,试验1组饲粮中添加石榴籽油25 g·kg-1(PSO组),试验2组饲粮中添加亚麻油25 g·kg-1(LSO组)。各组山羊的采食量、产奶量和4%脂肪校正后的产奶量相近。PSO组和LSO组山羊的乳脂含量显著增加(P<0.01),脂蛋白比极显著增加(P<0.0001),而乳蛋白质、乳糖和非脂肪固体浓度无显著变化(P>0.05)。饲料中添加植物油对营养物质表观消化率和瘤胃发酵参数无显著影响(P>0.05)。与CON组相比,PSO组和LSO组中乳脂肪中VA比例极显著增加(P<0.001),C18:1极显著增加(反-9+反-10,P<0.01)。PSO组中,顺式-9、反式-11CLA(瘤胃酸)浓度极显著增加(P<0.0001)。与CON组和LSO组比较,PSO组乳脂肪中顺式-9、反式-11、顺式-13和C183CLn A(石榴油酸)极显著增加(P<0.0001)。饲料中添加油时,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)浓度显著增加(P<0.05),多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)浓度极显著增加(P<0.0001),n-3 PUFA浓度极显著增加(P<0.0001),n-6/n-3 PUFA比例极显著降低(P<0.0001)。试验结果表明,PSO组和LSO组山羊的乳脂肪含量增加,奶中CLA和VA含量增加,且能降低n-6/n-3 PUFA比例,减少对采食量、产奶量和养分消化率的不利影响。Emami A Fathi Nasri M H Ganjkhanlou M Rashidi L Zali A 2016饲料博览2016,0,11:0
