1Preparation of a novel, efficient, and recyclable magnetic catalyst,γ-Fe2O3@HAp-Ag nanoparticles, and a solvent- and halogen-free protocol for the synthesis of coumarin derivatives显示文摘In this protocol, Ag supported on the hydroxyapatite-core–shell magnetic γ-Fe_2O_3nanoparticles(γFe_2O_3@HAp-Ag NPs) as a novel, efficient, and magnetically recyclable catalyst is synthesized, and characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM). The use of the catalyst is described in the synthesis of coumarin derivatives by the Pechmann condensation of various phenols with β-ketoesters under solvent- and halogen-free conditions at 80℃.This novel and inexpensive method offers advantages, such as recyclability simple experimental protocol, short reaction time, minimal work-up procedure, and excellent yields of products, together with desirable, eco-friendly, green aspects by avoiding toxic elements and solvents, and ease of recovery from the reaction mixture using an external magnet.Zahra Abbasi Sobhan Rezayati Maryam Bagheri Rahimeh Hajinasiri 2017Chinese Chemical Letters2017,28,1:3
2Circulation of Brucellaceae,Anaplasma and Ehrlichia spp.in borderline of Iran,Azerbaijan,and Armenia显示文摘Objective:To estimate the infection of ticks to Anaplasma,Ehrlichia,Babesia,Theileria,and Brucellaceae using molecular methods in borderline of Iran,Azerbaijan,and Armenia.Methods:Totally,2022 ticks were collected from different livestock.Then,species were diagnosed under stereomicroscope according to valid morphological keys.Tick DNA was extracted followed by PCR to detect Anaplasma,Ehrlichia,Theileria,Babesia and Brucellaceae infection in ticks.Results:A total of 498 males[24.62%(95%CI 22.76%-26.57%)],741 females[36.64%(95%CI 34.54%-38.79%)],782 nymphs[38.67%(95%CI 36.55%-40.84%)]and 1 larva[0.04%(95%CI 0.00%-0.28%)]were identified.Among identified samples,we found four genera including Hyalomma,Rhipicephalus,Haemaphysalis,and Dermacentor.Molecular assay revealed that the prevalence of ticks to Anaplasma or Ehrlichia,and Brucellaceae was 22.02%(95%CI 16.01%-29.06%)and 15.03%(95%CI 9.43%-22.26%),respectively.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the identified Anaplasma sp.had the most similarity with Anaplasma centrale,Anaplasma platys,Anaplasma camelii,and Anaplasma phagocytophilum,submitted in GenBank.Furthermore,the detected Ehrlichia sp.and Brucellaceae bacterium had the most similarity with Ehrlichia ruminantium and Mycoplana peli,respectively.However,no sign of the presence of Theileria and Babesia spp.was seen in the studied samples.Conclusions:Anaplasmosis,ehrlichiosis and brucellosis should be considered as important health threats in northwestern Iran and consistent monitoring on infection of ticks and livestock should be performed regularly.Rahimeh Abdoli Hasan Bakhshi Sedigheh Kheirandish Faezeh Faghihi Asadollah Hosseini-Chegeni Mohammad Ali Oshaghi Zakkyeh Telmadarraiy Mohammad Mehdi Sedaghat 2021Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2021,14,5:2

In this protocol, we used for the regioselective ring-opening reactions of various epoxiodes with sodium azide to afford the corresponding b-azido alcohols in excellent yields and short reaction time under mild and neutral reaction conditions. 10Hybrid global gridded snow products and conceptual simulations of distributed snow budget:evaluation of different scenarios in a mountainous watershed显示文摘Considering snowmelt in mountainous areas as the important source of streamflow,the snow accumulation/melting processes are vital for accurate simulation of the hydrological regimes.The lack of snow-related data and its uncertainties/conceptual ambiguity in snowpack modeling are the different challenges of developing hydroclimatological models.To tackle these challenges,Global Gridded Snow Products(GGSPs)are introduced,which effectively simplify the identification of the spatial characteristics of snow hydrological variables.This research aims to investigate the performance of multisource GGSPs using multi-stage calibration strategies in hydrological modeling.The used GGSPs were Snow-Covered Area(SCA)and Snow Water Equivalent(SWE),implemented individually or jointly to calibrate an appropriate water balance model.The study area was a mountainous watershed located in Western Iran with a considerable contribution of snowmelt to the generated streamflow.The results showed that using GGSPs as complementary information in the calibration process,besides streamflow time series,could improve the modeling accuracy compared to the conventional calibration,which is only based on streamflow data.The SCA with NSE,KGE,and RMSE values varying within the ranges of 0.47–0.57,0.54–0.65,and 4–6.88,respectively,outperformed the SWE with the corresponding metrics of 0.36–0.59,0.47–0.60,and 5.22–7.46,respectively,in simulating the total streamflow of the watershed.In addition to the superiority of the SCA over SWE,the twostage calibration strategy reduced the number of optimized parameters in each stage and the dependency of internal processes on the streamflow and improved the accuracy of the results compared with the conventional calibration strategy.On the other hand,the consistent contribution of snowmelt to the total generated streamflow(ranging from 0.9 to 1.47)and the ratio of snow melting to snowfall(ranging from 0.925 to 1.041)in different calibration strategies and models resulted in a reliable simulation of the model.Mercedeh TAHERI Milad Shamsi ANBOOHI Rahimeh MOUSAVI Mohsen NASSERI 2023Frontiers of Earth Science2023,17,2:0
