2肠缺血再灌流时肠内给予葡萄糖能增加肠黏膜血流量显示文摘目的 探讨肠缺血再灌流损伤时肠内营养与肠黏膜血流改变的关系。 方法 SD大鼠随机分为丙氨酸组 (12只 )、葡萄糖组 (14只 )和甘露醇对照组 (10只 )。先制作空肠袋 ,将激光多谱勒探头和肠黏膜张力计放置在空肠袋两端 ,分别向袋内注入丙氨酸、葡萄糖和甘露醇。用动脉夹阻断肠系膜上动脉血流 6 0min后 ,再恢复灌流 6 0min。每 30min分别测定肠黏膜血流量和局部PCO2 张力 (PrCO2 )。 结果 缺血再灌流过程中 ,与甘露醇组比较 ,葡萄糖组肠黏膜血流量显著增加 ,PrCO2降低 ,P <0 0 1。 结论 缺血再灌流过程中 ,肠内给予葡萄糖能增加肠黏膜血流量 。胡森 Rosemary A.Kozar Frederick A.Moore 盛志勇 2001中华烧伤杂志2001,17,3:17
3黄瓜苗期猝倒病生物防治显示文摘通过盆栽和田间小区试验,研究了生防菌对黄瓜苗期猝倒病的防治效果。盆栽试验中,生防菌株CR56对甲霜灵高抗病原菌株Pythium ultimum ONCURO1和敏感菌株P.spinosum MP43419的防效分别为94.4%和51.4%;生防菌CUC8对两者防效分别为0.0%和61.9%;在供试的19株生防细菌中,有11株格兰氏阴性菌对ONCURO1的防效好于对MP43419,有5株格兰氏阳性菌对MP43419防效则好于对ONCURO1。田间小区试验中,生防菌株PEP66在浙大菜圃和弄口菜地对黄瓜苗期猝倒病的防效分别为35.8%和18.5%,但R2在两地的防效分别为14.3%和84.4%。供试的11株生防菌中,有10株在弄口菜地对黄瓜苗期猝倒病的防效优于在浙大菜圃。结果显示出生防菌的防效与供试土壤中病原种类和种群数量有密切的关系。楼兵干 张炳欣 Maarten Ryder Rosemary Warren Paul Harvey 2002植物保护学报2002,29,2:15
4Role of the IL-33-ST2 axis in sepsis显示文摘Sepsis remains a major clinical problem with high morbidity and mortality. As new inflammatory mediators are characterized, it is important to understand their roles in sepsis. Interleukin 33(IL-33) is a recently described member of the IL-1 family that is widely expressed in cells of barrier tissues. Upon tissue damage, IL-33 is released as an alarmin and activates various types of cells of both the innate and adaptive immune system through binding to the ST2/IL-1 receptor accessory protein complex. IL-33 has apparent pleiotropic functions in many disease models, with its actions strongly shaped by the local microenvironment. Recent studies have established a role for the IL-33-ST2 axis in the initiation and perpetuation of inflammation during endotoxemia, but its roles in sepsis appear to be organism and model dependent. 5Diabetes and peripheral artery disease:A review显示文摘Peripheral arterial disease(PAD)refers to partial or complete occlusion of the peripheral vessels of the upper and lower limbs.It usually occurs as part of systemic atherosclerosis in the coronary and cerebral arteries.The prevalence of PAD is expected to continue to increase in the foreseeable future owing to the rise in the occurrence of its major risk factors.Nonhealing ulcers,limb amputation and physical disability are some of its major complications.Diabetes mellitus(DM)remains a major risk for PAD,with DM patients having more than two-fold increased prevalence of PAD compared with the general population.The clinical presentation in people with DM also differs slightly from that in the general population.In addition,PAD in DM may lead to diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs),which precipitate hyperglycaemic emergencies and result in increased hospital admissions,reduced quality of life,and mortality.Despite the epidemiological and clinical importance of PAD,it remains largely under diagnosed and hence undertreated,possibly because it is largely asymptomatic.Emphasis has been placed on neuropathy as a cause of DFUs,however PAD is equally important.This review examines the epidemiology,pathophysiology and diagnosis of lower limb PAD in people with diabetes and relates these to the general population.It also highlights recent innovations in the management of PAD.David Olubukunmi Soyoye Olugbenga Olusola Abiodun Rosemary Temidayo Ikem Babatope Ayodeji Kolawole Anthony Olubunmi Akintomide 2021World Journal of Diabetes2021,12,6:10
6Differential regulation of protein synthesis in skeletal muscle and liver of neonatal pigs by leucine through an mTORC1-dependent pathway显示文摘Neonatal growth is characterized by a high protein synthesis rate that is largely due to an enhanced sensitivity to the postprandial rise in insulin and amino acids, especially leucine. The mechanism of leucine's action in vivo is not well understood. In this study, we investigated the effect of leucine infusion on protein synthesis in skeletal muscle and liver of neonatal pigs. To evaluate the mode of action of leucine, we used rapamycin, an inhibitor of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) complex-1 (mTORC1). Overnight-fasted 7-day-old piglets were treated with rapamycin for 1 hour and then infused with leucine (400 μmol·kg -1 ·h -1 ) for 1 hour. Leucine infusion increased the rate of protein synthesis, and ribosomal protein S6 kinase 1 (S6K1) and eukaryotic initiation factor (eIF) 4E-binding protein-1 (4E-BP1) phosphorylation in gastrocnemius and masseter muscles (P < 0.05), but not in the liver. The leucine-induced stimulation of protein synthesis and S6K1 and 4E-BP1 phosphorylation were completely blocked by rapamycin, suggesting that leucine action is by an mTORC1-dependent mechanism. Neither leucine nor rapamycin had any effect on the activation of the upstream mTORC1 regulators, AMP-activated protein kinase and protein kinase B, in skeletal muscle or liver. The activation of eIF2a and elongation factor 2 was not affected by leucine or rapamycin, indicating that these two pathways are not limiting steps of leucine-induced protein synthesis. 7Intravenous administration of glutathione protects parenchymal and non-parenchymal liver cells against reperfusion injury following rat liver transplantation显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effects of intravenous administration of the antioxidant glutathione (GSH) on reperfusion injury following liver transplantation.METHODS:Livers of male Lewis rats were transplanted after 24 h of hypothermic preservation in University of Wisconsin solution in a syngeneic setting. During a 2-h reperfusion period either saline (controls,n=8) or GSH (50 or 100μmol/(h·kg),n=5 each) was continuously administered via the jugular vein.RESULTS:Two hours after starting reperfusion plasma ALT increased to 1 457±281U/L (mean±SE) in controls but to only 908_+187 U/L (P<0.05) in animals treated with 100μmol GSH/(h·kg).No protection was conveyed by 50μmol GSH/(h·kg).Cytoprotection was confirmed by morphological findings on electron microscopy:GSH treatment prevented detachment of sinusoidal endothelial cells (SECs) as well as loss of microvilli and mitochondrial swelling of hepatocytes. Accordingly, postischemic bile flow increased 2-fold. Intravital fluorescence microscopy revealed a nearly complete restoration of sinusoidal blood flow and a significant reduction of leukocyte adherence to sinusoids and postsinusoidal venules. 8The genetic basis of deafness in populations of African descent显示文摘Hearing loss is the most common sensorineural disorder worldwide and is associated with more than1000 mutations in more than 90 genes. While mutations in genes such as GJB2(gap-junction protein β 2)and GJB6(gap-junction protein β 6) are highly prevalent in Caucasian, Asian, and Middle Eastern populations, they are rare in both native African populations and those of African descent. The objective of this paper is to review the current knowledge regarding the epidemiology and genetics of hearing loss in African populations with a focus on native sub-Saharan African populations. Environmental etiologies related to poor access to healthcare and perinatal care account for the majority of cases. Syndromic etiologies including Waardenburg, Pendred and Usher syndromes are uncommon causes of hearing loss in these populations. Of the non-syndromic causes, common mutations in GJB2 and GJB6 are rarely implicated in populations of African descent. Recent use of next-generation sequencing(NGS) has identified several candidate deafness genes in African populations from Nigeria and South Africa that are unique when compared to common causative mutations worldwide. Researchers also recently described a dominant mutation in MYO3α in an African American family with non-syndromic hearing loss. The use of NGS and specialized panels will aid in identifying rare and novel mutations in a more cost-and timeeffective manner. 9Autoantibodies against G-Protein-Coupled Receptors Modulate Heart Mast Cells显示文摘Mast cells are believed to be involved in myocardial tissue remodelling under pathophysiological conditions. We examined the effects of autoantibodies against G-protein-coupled receptors in sera of patients with heart diseases on myocardial mast cells in the cultured neonatal Sprague-Dawley rat heart cells. Cells collected at day 3 and 10 of the culture were preincubated with autoantibodies against α1-adrenoceptor and angiotensin II AT1-receptor, agonist phenylephrine and angiotensin II, and control IgG. The pretreated cultured cells were stained for selected mast cell markers tryptase, chymase and TNF-α. The cultured cells were also processed for observation with electron microscopy. The autoantibodies-treatment of the 3-day cultured cells caused both increased intensity of immunofluorescence (p < 0.05) and their enlarged diameters of the mast cells when compared to age-matched ones. In contrast, the fluorescence of preincubated 10-day-old mast cells was decreased compared with controls (p < 0.01). In control samples, the fluorescence of 10-day-old mast cells was significantly higher than that of 3-day-old ones (p < 0.001). Results of electron microscopy examination demonstrated there was an increased granulation of treated 3-day-old mast cells, while a degranulation of mast cells at day 10 of application. 12Expression and Chromosomal Mapping of Mouse Gpx2 Gene Encoding the Gastrointestinal Form of Glutathione Peroxidase, GPX-GI显示文摘GPX-GI is a cytosolic tetrameric Se-dependent glutathione peroxidase, similar in properties to GPX-1. Unlike the almost ubiquitous GPX-1, GPX-GI is mainly expressed in the epithelium of gastrointestinal tract. GPX-GI contributes to at least fifty percent of GPX activity in rodent small intestmal epithelium. The total GPX activity consists of at least 70% of selenium-dependent GPX activity in this compartment.By analyzing a panel of mouse mterspecies DNA from the Jackson Laboratory’s backcross resource,we mapped Gpx2 gene to mouse chromosome 12 between D12Mit4 and D12Mit5, near the Ccs1 locus which contains a colon cancer susceptibility gene. A pseudogene, Gpx2-ps is mapped to mouse chromosome 7.Comparison of Gpx2 gene expression in three pairs of C57BL/6Ha and ICR/Ha mice which are respectively resistant and sensitive to dimethylhydrazine-induced colon cancer, we found a higher Gpx2 mRNA level in C57BL/6Ha colon than ICR/Ha colon. Interestingly, a lower level of GPX activity is found in the resistant strain of mice. 14Electrostatic concentration of phosphate flotation concentrate显示文摘The concentration of phosphate flotation concentrate with P2O5 grade lower than the commercially acceptable phosphate quality was upgraded in the use of tribo-electrostatic technique. The concentration of the flotation concentrate stream was conducted under both triboelectrification and inductive charging mechanism. Mineralogical analysis reveals that the phosphate ore utilized was dominated mainly by fluorapatite, crandallite, wavellite, and with quartz as the major gangue mineral. Flotations concentrate of about 28.87% P2O5 was obtained from the reverse flotation technique, after conditioning the phosphate ore at 80% passing 150 lm under Lilafloat. Constant parameters such as à6 kV charging voltage, 25 kV separating voltage, inlet air, different charger rotary speed and splitter distances were investigated. Commercially accepted grade of 35.50% P2O5 was attained after the second stage of separation with a recovery of 12.26%, another phosphate product of 34.02% P2O5 and 85.19% was also recovered under the same condition. Single stage of separation also shows a significant increase in the grade of the product obtained, with 33.41% P2O5 and 84.07% recovery achievable. 17Oral microbiome and pancreatic cancer显示文摘BACKGROUND Microbiota profiles differ between patients with pancreatic cancer and healthy people,and understanding these differences may help in early detection of pancreatic cancer.Saliva sampling is an easy and cost-effective way to determine microbiota profiles compared to fecal and tissue sample collection.AIM To investigate the saliva microbiome distribution in patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PDAC)and the role of oral microbiota profiles in detection and risk prediction of pancreatic cancer.METHODS We conducted a prospective study of patients with pancreatic cancer(n=41)and healthy individuals(n=69).Bacterial taxa were identified by 16S ribosomal ribonucleic acid gene sequencing,and a linear discriminant analysis effect size algorithm was used to identify differences in taxa.Operational taxonomic unit values of all selected taxa were converted into a normalized Z-score,and logistic regressions were used to calculate risk prediction of pancreatic cancer.RESULTS Compared with the healthy control group,carriage of Streptococcus and Leptotrichina(z-score)was associated with a higher risk of PDAC[odds ratio(OR)=5.344,95%confidence interval(CI):1.282-22.282,P=0.021 and OR=6.886,95%CI:1.423-33.337,P=0.016,respectively].Veillonella and Neisseria(z-score)were considered a protective microbe that decreased the risk of PDAC(OR=0.187,95%CI:0.055-0.631,P=0.007 and OR=0.309,95%CI:0.100-0.952,P=0.041,respectively).Among the patients with PDAC,patients reporting bloating have a higher abundance of Porphyromonas(P=0.039),Fusobacterium(P=0.024),and Alloprevotella(P=0.041);while patients reporting jaundice had a higher amount of Prevotella(P=0.008);patients reporting dark brown urine had a higher amount of Veillonella(P=0.035).Patients reporting diarrhea had a lower amount of Neisseria and Campylobacter(P=0.024 and P=0.034),and patients reporting vomiting had decreased Alloprevotella(P=0.036).CONCLUSION Saliva microbiome was able to distinguish patients with pancreatic cancer and healthy individuals.Leptotrichia may be specific for patients living in Sichuan Province,southwest China.Symptomatic patients had different bacteria profiles than asymptomatic patients.Combined symptom and microbiome evaluation may help in the early detection of pancreatic cancer.Ai-Lin Wei Mao Li Guo-Qing Li Xuan Wang Wei-Ming Hu Zhen-Lu Li Jue Yuan Hong-Ying Liu Li-Li Zhou Ka Li Ang Li Mei Rosemary Fu 2020World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,48:4

19木霉菌制剂对禾谷全蚀病的防治作用(英文)显示文摘木霉菌是对多种植物病原真菌有作用的拮抗体,包括Gaeumannomycesgraminisvar.tritici(Ggt),Pythiumspp.,Rhizoctoniasolani以及Fusariumspp.木霉菌能产生抑制植物病原真菌生长与活力的抗菌物质,是理想的植物病害生物防治菌。有效的生物防治方法可为农民提供低风险而又灵活的病害防治措施,特别是在需要减缓病原菌对化学杀菌剂产生抗药性的情况下。本文综合介绍了在南澳大利亚田间进行的利用康宁木霉菌(T.koningii)防治禾谷类根部病害的结果,并重点介绍澳大利亚在商品化开发方面的工作进展。在病害发生严重的情况下,康宁木霉菌可降低小麦全蚀病和丝核菌根腐病发病程度分别达24%和48%。小麦产量增加7%,也能降低大麦丝核菌根腐病发病程度达59%。康宁木霉菌也能够防治由Ceratocystisparadoxa引起的甘蔗凤梨病。Rosemary A WARREN Maarten H RYDER 2005山东科学2005,18,3:3
