1高强度间歇性训练(HIIT)对慢性疾病患者的影响(英文)显示文摘运动训练的生理效应体现在提高竞技能力和维持身体健康。现有的运动训练模式和策略中,2种最常见的运动策略包括高强度间歇性训练(HIIT)和中等强度持续运动训练(MCT)。HIIT于20世纪初开始被应用,随后得到推广,主要用于提高奥运选手的成绩。在与MCT能量消耗相同的情况下,应用HIIT的基本前提是通过交替安排高强度运动间隔与低强度运动或休息间隔,实现在单一锻炼期间以较高强度完成更大量的运动。最新研究表明,相同的训练方法可对慢性病患者产生积极作用,建议将其纳入综合医疗计划。为慢性病患者制定个体化'运动处方'的主要考虑因素是选择恰当的运动策略。为实现运动训练的疗效最大化,应根据患者个人需要制定运动策略。本文主要综述了HIIT用于提高心血管疾病、肺病、糖尿病患者身体功能的现有文献。Leanna M.Ross Ryan R.Porter J.Larry Durstine 2016Journal of Sport and Health Science2016,5,2:7
2高机械指数三维超声联合微泡改善缺血心肌再灌注显示文摘目的探讨经胸三维高机械指数诊断超声联合微泡增强溶栓效果、改善缺血心肌微灌注的可行性。方法将15只冠状动脉左前降支血栓栓塞模型猪分为实验组(n=8)和对照组(n=7)。实验组给予组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)静脉注射和脂质微泡静脉输注,同时对心前区予高机械指数三维超声辐照30min;对照组仅予tPA静脉注射及微泡静脉输注。观察治疗90min后阻塞冠状动脉再通率、治疗前及治疗90min后缺血区室壁增厚率、危险心肌面积、治疗前及治疗30、60、90min后心电图抬高ST段回落情况。结果治疗90min后,两组冠状动脉再通率差异无统计学意义;实验组室壁增厚率显著高于治疗前,而对照组治疗前后室壁增厚率差异无统计学意义。实验组治疗30、60、90min后,心电图抬高ST段均较治疗前显著回落,而对照组仅在治疗90min后有回落。实验组治疗90min后危险心肌面积较治疗前显著降低,对照组无明显变化;实验组冠状动脉造影无再通者(n=5)治疗90min后造影所示缺血心肌面积较治疗前显著降低。结论冠状动脉造影未显示血管再通时,经胸三维高机械指数超声联合微泡可显著改善猪阻塞区心肌微循环灌注。高顺记 郭梦娇 刘政 谢峰 Thomas R.PORTER 2014中国介入影像与治疗学2014,11,9:4
3能量反向脉冲多普勒技术心肌造影评价急性高血糖对心肌血流的影响显示文摘目的 :采用能量反向脉冲多普勒技术 (Power pulse inversion imaging,PPI)进行心肌声学造影超声心动图 (Myocardial Contrast Echocardiography,MCE) ,评价急性高血糖 (Hyperglycemia,HG)对正常和缺血心肌的心肌血流量 (Myocardial Blood Flow,MBF)的影响。方法 :采用 ATL HDI50 0 0超声诊断仪 ,P3- 2 MHz谐波探头 (基础频率 1 .7MHz)。静脉连续滴注氟碳类造影剂 PESDA。 5条开胸犬 ,先于基础状态及静脉推注潘生丁 (DIP) ,引起充血状态后行 MCE。待冠脉血流量和血压恢复至基础水平后 ,静脉推注 50 %葡萄糖溶液 (60 0 mg/ kg)和 DIP(0 .56mg/ kg)的混合液 ,造成急性高血糖和平稳的充血状态 ,再次 MCE。最后结扎冠脉至流量为原来的 1 0 % ,重复测定高血糖前后充血反应时的 MBF。结果 :1、在正常心肌 ,DIP引起充血反应后 PPI测定的心内膜下区 (EN)和心外膜下区 (EP) MBF较基础状态下 MBF明显增加 (EN:9.1 8± 3.0 9至 1 8.45± 4.84,P<0 .0 0 0 1 ;EP:7.56± 5.0 6至 1 6.78± 8.59,P<0 .0 0 0 8) ,但在充血反应的同时注射高浓度葡萄糖时 EN和 EP的 MBF都降低 (EN:9.2± 4.43,P<0 .0 0 0 1 ;EP:8.1 6± 4.93,P=0 .0 0 1 )。HG时 EN与 EP区的 MFR均下降 (EN:2 .0 9± 0 .42和 1 .1 0± 0 .61 ;EP:2 .69±刘诗珍 沈学东 姜楞 Thomas R.Porter 谢峰 舒先红 潘翠珍 陈灏珠 2002中国超声医学杂志2002,18,10:3

9State of Science:Why Does Rework Occur in Construction?What Are Its Consequences?And What Can be Done to Mitigate Its Occurrence?显示文摘There has been a wealth of research that has examined the nature of rework in construction.Progress toward addressing the rework problem has been limited-it still plagues practice,adversely impacting a project’s performance.Almost all rework studies have focused on determining its proximal or root causes and therefore have overlooked the conditions that result from its manifestation.In filling this void,this paper draws upon our previous empirical studies,amongst others,to provide a much-needed theoretical framing to understand better why rework occurs,what its consequences are,and how it can be mitigated during construction.The theoretical framing we derive from our review provides construction organizations and their projects with a realization that the journey to mitigating rework begins with creating an error-mastery culture comprising authentic leadership,psychological safety,an errormanagement orientation,and resilience.We suggest that,once an error-mastery culture is established within construction organizations and their projects,they will be better positioned to realize the benefits of the techniques,tools,and technologies espoused to address rework,such as the Last Planner® and building information modeling.We also provide directions for future research and identify implications for practice so that strides toward rework mitigation in construction can be made.Peter E.D.Love Jane Matthews Michael C.P.Sing Stuart R.Porter Weili Fang 2022Engineering2022,,11:0
