Syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside alters lipid and glucose metabolism in HepG2 cells and C2C12 myotubes显示文摘Syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucoside(SSG), a furofuran-type lignan, was found to modulate lipid and glucose metabolism through an activity screen of lipid accumulation and glucose consumption, and was therefore considered as a promising candidate for the prevention and treatment of metabolic disorder, especially in lipid and glucose metabolic homeostasis. In this study, the effects of SSG on lipogenesis and glucose consumption in Hep G2 cells and C2C12 myotubes were further investigated. Treatment with SSG significantly inhibited lipid accumulation by oil red O staining and reduced the intracellular contents of total lipid, cholesterol and triglyceride in Hep G2 cells. No effect was observed on cell viability in the MTT assay at concentrations of 0.1–10 μmol/L. SSG also increased glucose consumption by Hep G2 cells and glucose uptake by C2C12 myotubes. Furthermore, real-time quantitative PCR revealed that the beneficial effects were associated with the down-regulation of sterol regulatory element-binding proteins-1c,-2(SREBP-1c,-2), fatty acid synthase(FAS), acetyl CoA carboxylase(ACC) and hydroxyl methylglutaryl CoA reductase(HMGR), and up-regulation of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors alpha and gamma(PPARα and PPARγ). SSG also significantly elevated transcription activity of PPARγtested by luciferase assay. These results suggest that SSG is an effective regulator of lipogenesis and glucose consumption and might be a candidate for further research in the prevention and treatment of lipid and glucose metabolic diseases. | Shuai Wang Chongming Wu Xin Li Yue Zhou Quanyang Zhang Fuchao Ma Jianhe Wei Xiaopo Zhang Peng Guo | 2017 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,4: | 3
Roll wear on finishing trains of ASP1700 hot strip mills显示文摘A great deal of research and practical production indicated that a perfect shape control system needs a precise prediction model of roll wear. According to the practical wear curve of work roll in Angang ASP1700 hot strip mill, which was measured by a roll-profilemeter, the model of wear curve caused by one single strip was established. The prediction of work-roll wear was achieved by combining Fortran language and practical technology parameters. The calculated results agreed well with the measured. | ZhiminXi AnruiHe QuanYang XiaoxiaLai HaodongHuang LinZhao | 2004 | Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing2004,11,1: | 2
Experimental study on improving collapsible loess with cement显示文摘The collapsibility of loess ground can directly affect stability of subgrade. Therefore, how to adopt practical technical measures to reduce or eliminate its collapse deformation is an important content in foundation design in collapsible loess zone. Selecting collapsible loess from Fuxin-Chaoyang highway in Liaoning, the authors conducted a series of tests for improving loess with cement. The loess in different water content was mixed with the cement in varying proportions, unconfined compression strength for the samples at four different curing periods were tested, and the relationships of improved soil strength among cement mixture ratio and curing periods were analyzed. When the curing periods are certain, the strength of loess increases along with the mixture ratio increases; when the cement mixture ratio is 5%-15%, the scope of increases is quite obvious; when the mixture ratio is greater than 15%, the tendency of intensity increases turns slow. When the mixture ratio for the specimen is certain, the intensity of the test specimen increases along with the curing period increases, the intensity grows obviously in 28 days, and the growth rate is small in 28-90 days, the intensity tends to be steady in the curing period of 90 days. | SHAN Bo WANG Changming DONG Quanyang TANG Ling ZHANG Guangyi WEI Jiaming | 2010 | Global Geology2010,13,2: | 2
Effects of Chronic Stress and Phenytoin on the Long-term Potentiation (LTP) in Rat Hippocampal CA1 Region显示文摘To investigate the changes of LTP in hippocampal CA1 region induced by chronic stress and the effect of phenytoin on them, thirty-two adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided equally into four groups: control group, control-phenytoin group, stress-saline group and stress-phenytoin group. Isolated hippocampal slices of rats were used to observe the changes of long-term potentiation (LTP) in hippocampal CA1 field using electrophysiological technique. Amplitude of population spike (PS) and field excitatory postsynaptic potentials (fEPSPs) slope were used to indicate the changes of LTP. High-frequency stimulation (HFS) was applied to Schaffer collaterals of hippocampal CA3 field, and the changes of PS amplitude and fEPSPs slope in CA1 field were observed. The results showed that the LTP induction rate, the increases of PS amplitude and fEPSPs slope after HFS in control and stress-phenytoin groups were significantly greater than those in stress-saline group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences between control group and stress- phenytoin group or between control and control-phenytoin groups in these indexes (P>0.05). It is suggested that chronic stress can damage the development of LTP in hippocampal CA1 field, while phenytoin can protect the LTP of stressed hippocampal slices in normal state. | HuiZHENG QuanYANG Chong-TaoXU | 2004 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2004,36,5: | 1

Low voltage and robust InSe memristor using van der Waals electrodes integration显示文摘Memristors have attracted tremendous interest in the fields of high-density memory and neuromorphic computing. However, despite the tremendous efforts that have been devoted over recent years, high operating voltage, poor stability, and large device variability remain key limitations for its practical application and can be partially attributed to the un-optimized interfaces between electrodes and the channel material. We demonstrate, for the first time,a van der Waals(vdW)memristor by physically sandwiching pre-fabricated metal electrodes on both sides of the two-dimensional channel material. The atomically flat bottom electrode ensures intimate contact between the channel and electrode(hence low operation voltage),and the vdW integration of the top electrode avoids the damage induced by aggressive fabrication processes(e.g.sputtering,lithography)directly applied to the channel material, improving device stability.Together,we demonstrate memristor arrays with a high integration density of 10^(10)cm^(−2),high stability, and the lowest set/reset voltage of 0.12 V/0.04 V,which is a record low value for all 2D-based memristors,as far as we know.Furthermore, detailed characterizations are conducted to confirm that the improved memristor behavior is the result of optimized metal/channel interfaces. Our study not only demonstrates robust and low voltage memristor, but also provides a general electrode integration approach for other memristors, such as oxide based memristors, that have previously been limited by non-ideal contact integration, high operation voltage and poor device stability. | Qianyuan Li Quanyang Tao Yang Chen Lingan Kong Zhiwen Shu Huigao Duan Lei Liao Yuan Liu | 2021 | International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2021,3,4: | 0
