1Enhanced Ferroelectric Properties of Predominantly (100)-oriented Ca_(0.4)Sr_(0.6)Bi_4Ti_4O_(15) Thin Films on Pt/Ti/SiO_2/Si Substrates显示文摘Predominantly (100)-oriented Ca0.4Sr0.6Bi4Ti4O15 (C0.4S0.6BTi) thin films were prepared on Pt (111)/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by a sol-gel method at annealing temperatures ranging from 650 to 850 ℃.The growth mode of the predominantly (100)-oriented C0.4S0.6 BTi thin films fabricated by the sequential layer annealing was discussed based on the structure evolution with the annealing temperature.The remnant polarization and coercive field of the C0.4S0.6 BTi film annealed at 800 ℃ are 16.1 μC/cm 2 and 85 kV/cm,respectively.No evident fatigue can be observed after 10 9 switching cycles.Suhue Fan Quande Che Fengqing Zhang Ran Yu Wei Hu 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,11:4
2A METHOD OF TASK ALLOCATION AND AUTOMATED NEGOTIATION FOR MULTI ROBOTS显示文摘A method of task allocation and automated negotiation for multi robots was proposed. Firstly, the principles of task allocation were described based on the real capability of robot. Secondly, the model of automated negotiation was constructed, in which Least-Squares Support Vector Regression (LSSVR) was improved to estimate the opponent's negotiation utility and the robust controller of output feedback was employed to optimize the utility performance indicators. Thirdly, the protocol of negotiation and reallocation was proposed to improve the real-time capability and task allocation. 3In-situ transformation of Co(OH)_(2) into NH_(4)CoPO_(4)·H_(2)O on Co foil: 3D self-supported electrocatalyst with asymmetric local atomic and electronic structure for enhanced oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Development of high efficient and stable water oxidation catalysts is essential for the realization of industrial water-splitting systems. Herein, a novel approach involving an in-situ transformation of Co(OH)2 nanosheets into NH4 CoPO4·H2 O nanoplates on Co foil is reported. As a 3 D self-supported oxygen revolution reaction(OER) electrocatalyst, the as-prepared NH4 CoPO4·H2 O/Co exhibits remarkable catalytic activity and exceptional stability. Specifically, it can deliver a current density of 10 m A cm^(-2) at a quite low overpotential of 254 m V with a small Tafel slope of 64.4 m V dec-1 in alkaline electrolyte. Through experimental study and theoretical analysis, the excellent OER performance can be attributed to enriched exposed active sites, favorable electron/proton transfer and mass transport, and its unique asymmetric local atomic and electronic structure. 15Depositing Ag_(3)PO_(4) on WO_(3) hollow microspheres at room temperature for rapid photocatalytic degradation of Rhodamine B显示文摘A series of WO_(3) hollow microspheres decorated with Ag_(3)PO_(4) nanoparticles(APW)composites with Ag_(3)PO_(4):WO_(3) mass percentage of 20%(20APW),30%(30APW),40%(40APW)and 50%(APW)were successfully synthesized,characterized and tested for the degradation of the Rhodamine B(RhB)under 300 W xenon lamp radiation.The photocatalytic results showed that the photocatalytic degradation performances of WO_(3) hollow microspheres decorated with Ag_(3)PO_(4) nanoparticles on RhB were significantly enhanced,which were much higher than that of individual Ag_(3)PO_(4) and WO_(3).Especially for 40APW,RhB can be completely degraded within 10 min.The order of degradation efficiency is 20APW<50APW<30APW<40APW.The rate constant of 40APW(0.3902 min^(-1))is about 81.3 times that of WO_(3)(0.0048 min^(-1)).The diffuse reflection,photoluminescence and electrochemical impedance tests showed that the formation of Ag_(3)PO_(4)/WO_(3) composite structure broadened the light absorption range,reduced the recombination rate of photogenerated electrons and holes,and decreased the resistance to charge transfer,which are beneficial to the improvement of photocatalytic performance.The capture agent experiments were carried out with 40APW,which specified the primary role of h^(-1)and⋅O_(2)^(-)in the degradation of RhB.The formation of heterojunction between Ag_(3)PO_(4) and WO_(3) that effectively separates photogenerated electrons and holes are contributed to the enhancement of photocatalytic properties of APW composites.Yaru Shang Yongping Cui Ruixia Shi Quande Che Aiyu Zhang Ping Yang 2022Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2022,32,3:1

20Thermochemical decomposition of phosphogypsum with Fe-P slag via a solid-state reaction显示文摘Phosphogypsum is a solid waste sourced from the wet-process phosphoric acid industry,which causes severe environmental damages.Its utilization was limited by its high decomposition temperature and high energy consumption.Herein,an Fe-P slag,which is a solid waste that mainly comprises iron phosphide(FeP)and diiron phosphide(Fe_(2)P),can dramatically decrease the decomposition temperature of phosphogypsum.It was found that the Fe-P slag and CaSO_(4) can react as shown in the following reaction equation:2Fe_(1.5)P+3CaSO_(4)+6CO_(2)→Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)+Fe_(3)O_(4)+3SO_(2)+6CO.Its reaction mechanism was further determined using the thermodynamic method.It was found that CaS was the key intermediate for this reaction.The CaSO_(4) conversion for this method can reach approximately 97%under the optimized roasting conditions:the molar ratio between Fe_(1.5) P and CaSO_(4) of 2:3,roasting temperature of 900℃,a roasting time of 8 h.Lei Sun Zhongjun Zhao Xiushan Yang Yan Sun Quande Li Chunhui Luo Qiang Zhao 2022Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2022,35,7:0
