9日粮添加海南霉素或莫能菌素对荷斯坦奶牛瘤胃蛋白质代谢和产氨菌数量的影响显示文摘试验选取装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的奶牛3头,采用3×3拉丁方设计(为期21d),评估海南霉素(HAI)或莫能菌素(MON)对荷斯坦母牛瘤胃蛋白质代谢和产氨菌数量的影响。设计3组日粮处理组:基础日粮(对照组)、基础日粮加HAI20mg·头-1·d-1、基础日粮基础加MON350mg·头-1·d-1。日粮添加HAI和MON对瘤胃pH和所有挥发性脂肪酸影响较小。一般来说,HAI和MON能够降低醋酸、丁酸浓度和醋酸丙酸的比例,并增加丙酸浓度。添加HAI和MON均使普雷沃菌菌落和栖瘤胃普雷沃氏菌种群数量显著增多(P<0.05),溶纤维丁酸弧菌和高效产氨菌数量显著减少(P<0.05)。日粮添加HAI增加了瘤胃肽氮和氨基酸氮的浓度,降低了氨态氮浓度,并降低了肽酶和脱氨酶的活性。说明HAI作为离子载体和莫能菌素一样能够调节奶牛瘤胃蛋白质代谢和产氨菌数量。Wanga Z B Xinb H S Baob J Duanc C Y Chena Y Qua Y L 2015饲料博览2015,0,3:1
