| 1 | A Proxy Blind Signature Scheme and an Off-Line Electronic Cash Scheme显示文摘To support withdrawing and storing money from all levels of the bank for the customers in the real world, in this paper, we propose a proxy blind signature scheme and an off-line e-cash scheme based on the new proxy blind signature scheme. | 2 | Identity-Based Proxy Verifiably Encrypted Signature Scheme显示文摘A Verifiably Encrypted Signature (VES) plays an essential role in the construction of a fair data exchange. The paper proposes an Identity-based Proxy Verifiably Encrypted Signature (IPVES) to combine the advantages of a proxy signature and a VES in order to delegate the signing capability of the VES of an entity called the original signer to another entity, called the proxy signer. In this IPVES scheme, the original signer delegates his/her signing capability to the proxy signer. The proxy signer issues a signature by using a proxy signing key, encrypts the signature under a designated public key, and subsequently convinces a verifier that the resulting ciphertext contains such a signature. | 4 | Early warning of coal dynamic disaster by precursor of AE and EMR'quiet period'显示文摘Efcient and accurate monitoring and early warning of coal dynamic disaster and other disasters can provide guarantee for the efcient operation of mine transportation system.However,the traditional threshold early warning method often fails to warning some accidents.To address above issues,a new early warning method was proposed based on'quiet period'phenomenon of AE and EMR during fracture.It is found that,a'quiet period'of AE and EMR was present before the load reaches the peak stress,which could be used as one of the precursors to warn the imminent failure of coal and rock specimens.MS and AE signals increased abnormally followed by the phenomenon of'quiet period'before the occurrence of coal dynamic disaster on site,and the decrease of MS events in the'quiet period'is about 57%–88%compared with that in previous abnormal increase stage.During the damage evolution of coal and rock,'quiet period'phenomenon usually occurred at 85%–90%of the peak stress,where the slope of damage parameter curve is almost zero.The'quiet period'of the AE-EMR signals and the low change rate of damage parameter before failure provide a theoretical foundation for the coal dynamic disaster warning based on the'quiet period'precursor found in MS-AE-EMR monitoring system.These fndings will help reduce the number of under-reported events and improve early warning accuracy. | Shengquan He Mengli Qin Liming Qiu Dazhao Song Xiufeng Zhang | 2022 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2022,9,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Effects of dendritic cell and subgroup changes on bone marrow transplantation treatment of multiple sclerosis显示文摘BACKGROUND:Bone marrow transplantation is an effective treatment for severe forms of various autoimmune disorders.Dendritic cell reconstitution is thought to be one factor contributing to host immune recovery and therapeutic efficacy. OBJECTIVE:To assess the effects of bone marrow transplantation on an animal model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE),and to investigate changes in dendritic cells and subgroups following bone marrow transplantation. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:This experimental,neuroimmunological study was performed in Sun Yat-sen University between August 2006 and May 2007. MATERIALS:A total of 30 female C57BL/6 mice,aged 6-8 weeks,served as recipients,and 20 female adult C57BL/6 served as donors.Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein 35- 55 amino acid peptide(MOG35-55) of murine origin was synthesized by Bio-Scientific(Xi'an,China,purity>95%). Complete Freund's adjuvant was purchased from Difco Laboratories,Detroit,Ml;pertussis vaccine was purchased from Alexis,San Diego,CA;radiation device and flow cytometry for FACS analysis were purchased from Theratron 780-C,Canada and Coulter,Fullerton,CA,respectively. METHODS:The C57BL/6 mice,aged 6-8 weeks,were immunized by subcutaneous injection of MOG35-55 peptide emulsified in complete Freund's adjuvant,which contained 500μg Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37RA.The mice were subsequently intravenously injected with pertussis vaccine to induce EAE.The mice were randomly assigned to transplantation and EAE model groups(n = 12 for each).Bone marrow cells[(5-10)×10~6]were transplanted into EAE mice via the tail vein 4-6 hours following total body irradiation,and the model group was not treated. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Mouse behavioral changes following EAE were evaluated daily. Injured spinal cord tissue sections were stained with hematoxylin and eosin 20 days after the initial immunization to observe inflammatory infiltration using light microscopy.Flow cytometry was used to detect the ratio and absolute number of DC1(CD8a^-CD11c^+) and DC2(CD8a^+CD11c^+) in peripheral blood 36 days after bone marrow transplantation. RESULTS:Significant improvement in clinical signs was observed in EAE mice following bone marrow transplantation compared with the model group(P<0.01),as well as attenuated lymphocyte and macrophage infiltration.Compared with the model group,the absolute number of dendritic cells and DC1,as well as the DC1/DC2 ratio,was significantly greater following bone marrow transplantation(P<0.05 or P<0.01). | 6 | An experimental research into endostatin microbubble combined with focused ultrasound for anti-tumor angiogenesis in colon cancer显示文摘Objective:to evaluate the therapeutic effect of targeted endostatin-loaded microbubbles,combined with improved,focused,directional ultrasound radiation for inhibition of subcutaneous translocation in situ colon tumor angiogenesis in colon cancer.Methods:65 BALB/c nude mice with subcutaneous translocation in situ colon tumors were randomly divided into five groups.Group A was the control group,without any treatments.In Group B,the mouse was treated with ultrasonic radiation.In Group C,the mouse was treated with ultrasonic radiation combined with empty SonoVue microbubbles.In Group D,the mouse was treated with ultrasonic radiation combined with empty Targestar-SA microbubbles.In Group E,the mouse was treated with ultrasonic radiation combined with endostatin microbubbles.The tumor size was measured before and 1,14,and 28 days after irradiation.The peak intensity(PI),regional blood volume(RBV)and regional blood flow(RBF)were recorded using contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The tumor tissue was removed for pathological examination;the tumor necrosis area and microvascular density(MVD)were evaluated by immunohistochemistry.Results:Tumors in Groups C,D and E were significantly smaller than in Groups A and B at 28 days after irradiation,with Group E the smallest.PI,RBF and RBV of Groups C,D,and E were significantly decreased 28 days after radiation with Group E the lowest,and significantly lower than Groups A and B(all P<0.05).The tumor tissue necrosis area of Group E was clearly greater while MVD was obviously lower than the other groups(all P<0.01)at 28 days after treatment.Conclusion:The targeted endostatin microbubbles,combined with focused,directional ultrasound radiation can damage tumor microvasculature of subcutaneous colon translocation in situ colon cancer,as well as inhibit the tumor angiogenesis. | Xiufeng Zhang Guangen Yang Ying Zhang Pintong Huang Jianming Qiu Yu Sun Zhong Shen Xiujun Liao Hongsheng Xia Shuxian Shao Dong Wang | 2014 | Gastroenterology Report2014,2,1: | 0 |
