| 1 | Optimal Operation for Baoying Pumping Station in East Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer显示文摘Baoying pumping station is a part of source pumping stations in East Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer in China.Aiming at the characteristics of head varying, and making use of the function of pump adjustable blade, mathematical models of pumping station optimal operation are established and solved with genetic algorithm.For different total pumping discharge and total pumping volume of water per day, in order to minimize pumping station operation cost, the number and operation duties of running pump units are respectively determined at different periods of time in a day.The results indicate that the saving of electrical cost is significantly effected by the schemes of adjusting blade angles and time-varying electrical price when pumping certain water volume of water per day, and compared with conventional operation schemes(namely, the schemes of pumping station operation at design blade angles based on certain pumping discharge), the electrical cost is saved by 4.73%?31.27%.Also, compared with the electrical cost of conventional operation schemes, the electrical cost is saved by 2.03%?5.79% by the schemes of adjusting blade angles when pumping certain discharge. | FENG Xiaoli QIU Baoyun CAO Haihong WEI Qianglin TENG Haibo | 2009 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2009,22,1: | 7 |
| 2 | Information retrieval methods for high resolution γ-ray spectra显示文摘A program based on MATLAB 7.0 platform was developed to locate characteristic peak position and calculate net area of characteristic peak.The formula for the calculation of relative standard deviation of net peak area by Sterlinski’s method was found excellent in searching single peaks and resolving overlapping peaks in high resolution gamma-ray spectrum.Gaussian function fitting method using Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm was applied to calculate net area of peaks.A standard test spectrum supplied by the IAEA in 1995 was analyzed by the program and another two widely used commercial software.The analysis results show the program was superior to the latter two in searching single peaks and resolving overlapping peaks.The optimized fitting indexes are found between 0.962 and 0.996,which shows that the program adopted is feasible and accurate for extracting the net peak area in high resolution gamma-ray spectra. | WU Hexi ZHANG Huaiqiang LIU Qingcheng YANG Bo WEI Qianglin YUAN Xinyu | 2012 | Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,6: | 6 |

| 6 | Computational insights into the ionic transport mechanism and interfacial stability of the Li_(2)OHCl solid-state electrolyte显示文摘Lithium-rich antiperovskites are promising solid-state electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries because of their high structural tolerance and good formability.However,the experimentally reported proton-free Li_(3)OCl is plagued by its inferior interfacial compatibility and harsh synthesis conditions.In contrast,Li_(2)OHCl is a thermodynamically favored phases and is easier to achieve than Li_(3)OCl.Due to the proton inside this material,it exhibits interesting lithium diffusion mechanisms.Herein,we present a systematic investigation of the ionic transport,phase stability,and electrochemicalchemical stability of Li_(2)OHCl using first-principles calculations.Our results indicate that Li_(2)OHCl is thermodynamically metastable and is an electronic insulator.The wide electrochemical stability window and high chemical stability of Li_(2)OHCl against various electrodes are confirmed.The charged defects are the dominant conduction mechanism for Li-transport,with a low energy barrier of~0.50 eV.The Li-ion conductivity estimated by ab initio molecular dynamics simulations is about 1.3×10^(-4) S cm^(-1) at room temperature.This work identifies the origin of the high interfacial stability and ionic conductivity of Li_(2)OHCl,which can further lead to the design of such as a cathode coating.Moreover,all computational methods for calculating the properties of Li_(2)OHCl are general and can guide the design of highperformance solid-state electrolytes. | Bo Liu Qianglin Hu Tianyu Gao Peiguang Liao Yufeng Wen Ziheng Lu Jiong Yang Siqi Shi Wenqing Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Materiomics2022,8,1: | 1 |

| 10 | Analysis on the Expression of TaMOR Gene in Two Different Spring Wheat Varieties at Different Years显示文摘[Objectives]The TaMOR gene is a gene that affects the initiation and growth of the secondary roots of wheat,but the expression patterns in different parts of the wheat root system and the differences in expression in different varieties are not clear.This study aimed to investigate the expression of the TaMOR gene in the seminal roots,secondary roots and root base.[Methods]Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology was used to analyze the relative expression levels of the TaMOR gene in seminal roots,secondary roots and root base of seedlings of ancient variety Monkhead and modern variety Longchun 35.[Results]There was no significant difference in the number of seminal roots between Longchun 35 and Monkhead,and the numbers of seminal roots of the two varieties did not change significantly during the three sampling periods.The number of secondary roots and shoot dry weight of Longchun 35 were significantly higher than those of Monkhead,and the number of secondary roots and shoot dry weight of both varieties increased with the sampling time point.The root dry weight of Monkhead increased with the sampling time,while Longchun 35 showed the largest value at the second time.The fluorescence quantitative PCR results showed that for 13-day seedlings,the relative expression of the TaMOR gene in root base was significantly higher than that in the seminal roots and secondary roots.There was no significant difference in the relative expression of gene TaMOR in the root system of Monkhead and Longchun 35.[Conclusions]The root allocation of gramineous crops decreases with the breeding years,and the difference in gene TaMOR expression level needs further study. | Xia LI Qianglin WANG Chaoran LI Huafang ZHU Beixi ZHU Xin LIU Meifeng FU Lijun ZHU Li ZHU | 2020 | Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4: | 0 |
