1Characteristics of Hydrogen Storage Alloy Mg_2Ni Produced by Hydriding Combustion Synthesis显示文摘A high activity and large capacity of hydrogen storage alloy Mg2Ni by hydriding combustion synthesis was investigatedby means of pressure composition isotherms, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showedthat the maximum hydrogen absorption capacity of Mg2Ni is 3.25 mass fraction at 523 K, just after synthesis withoutany activation. The relationships between the equilibrium plateau pressure and the temperature for Mg2Ni were lgp(0.1 Mpa)=3026/T+5.814 (523 K≤ T ≤623 K) for hydriding and Igp (0.1 Mpa)=-3613/T+6.715 (523 K≤T ≤623 K) for dehydriding. The kinetic equation is [-ln(1 - α)]3/2 = kt and the apparent activation energy for thenucleation and growth-controlled hydrogen absorption and desorption were determined to be 64.3±2.31 kJ/(mol.H2)and 59.9±2.99 kJ/(moI.H2) respectively.QianLI QinLI LijunJIANG Kou-chihCHOU FengZHAN QiangZHENG 2004Journal of Materials Science & Technology2004,20,2:4

3The Dynamic Viscoelasticity of Polyethylene Based Montmorillonite Intercalated Nanocomposites显示文摘The viscoelastic behavior of melts for two systems composed of intercalated nanocomposites based on low density polyethylene and 3 wt% loading of cetyltrimethyl- ammonium bromide modified montmorillonite was studied. The results obtained through examining the dynamic storage module G’ and dynamic loss module G' values of the composite revealed that the dynamic viscoelastic properties of composite strongly depended on intercalation of polymer, and exhibited dramatically change with altering intercalation conditions. 4A Novel Approach for Observing Morphology of Polypropylene under Ultrasonic Vibration by SALS显示文摘In this paper, a set of ultrasonic vibration device connecting with small angle light scattering(SALS) for in-situ observing phase-transition of polymer under ultrasonic vibration was established. 9Synthesis and Application of a Novel Organosilane Modifier for Surface Paintability of Organosiloxane Sealants显示文摘A novel organosilane, N-n-butyl-γ-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane was synthesized through aminization reaction and the chemical structure of resulting products was characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, FT-IR and elemental analysis.
