14《日本钢铁协会》Vol.55(2015),No.10,P2237—2246高马氏体双相钢的微观组织与力学性能的关系显示文摘我们研究了淬火状态和淬火+回火状态的高马氏体(马氏体组分〉60%)双相钢的微观组织、力学性能和断裂机理之间的关系。力学性能由拉伸检验和孔洞扩展试验测量。在淬火状态下.孔洞扩展率随铁素体组分的增加而降低,与均匀延伸率成非线性的反比关系。对于所有的马氏体组分,回火明显地改善孔洞扩展率;在230-460℃回火温度范围内。孔洞扩展率随回火温度的上升而单调地增加,而屈服强度则呈现出复杂的关系。回火研究表明,在马氏体组分不变的情况下。孔洞扩展率与塑性断裂应变呈线性关系。但是,当马氏体组分变化时,线性关系参数大大地改变。在简单的拉伸莉试中,主要的断裂机理是:在淬火状态下,铁素体与马氏体或马氏体与马氏体界面的分离:在回火状态下,马氏体与碳化物界面的分离。我们用Beremin标准定性地描述断裂机理。Irina PUSHKAREVA Sebastien ALLAIN Colin SCOTT Abdelkrim REDJA MIA Antoine MOULIN 高长益 刘立德 张东升 叶雅妮 赵光凤 2015水钢科技2015,0,4:0
