1木竹材防腐技术研究概述显示文摘从防腐剂、处理工艺和改性防腐等方面阐述了木竹材防腐的发展现状,分析了木竹材防腐领域目前存在的主要问题,并就今后的重点研究方向进行了展望。木竹材防腐剂仍以含铜化合物为主,同时采取多种方式提高其防腐效果和抗流失性;无机硼盐、有机杀菌剂和天然提取物已成为欧洲多数国家研究和应用的新方向;硼盐防腐剂的抗流失性依然是关注的热点,通过化学改性达到防腐效果已成为新的研究方向。加压处理仍是当前防腐木生产的主要方式。随着竹材开发利用的不断发展,竹材的防腐日益受到重视,出现了针对竹材的防腐剂和处理技术。根据木竹材防腐研究现状,建议木竹材的防腐需重视环境因素,如土壤微生物、光照和水分等对腐朽的加速及防腐剂的影响,并指出加强防腐剂在木竹材中的存在形式和对腐朽菌作用机理的研究,对提高其固着性和抗菌效果具有重要意义。孙芳利 PROSPER Nayebare Kakwara 吴华平 钱佳佳 杨秀树 饶瑾 郭明 2017林业工程学报2017,2,5:32
2Application of community-based and integrated strategy to reduce malaria disease burden in southern Tanzania:the study protocol of China-UK-Tanzania pilot project on malaria control显示文摘Background:During the past six decades,remarkable success on malaria control has been made in China.The major experience could be shared with other malaria endemic countries including Tanzania with high malaria burden.Especially,China’s 1-3-7 model for malaria elimination is one of the most important refined experiences from many years’efforts and key innovation measures for malaria elimination in China.Methods:The China-UK-Tanzania pilot project on malaria control was implemented from April,2015 to June,2018,which was an operational research with two communities receiving the proposed interventions and two comparable communities serving as control sites.The World Health Organization'Test,Treat,Track'(WHO-T3)Initiative,which calls for every suspected case to receive a diagnostic test,every confirmed case to be treated,and for the disease to be tracked,was integrated with Chinese experiences on malaria control and elimination for exploration of a proper model tailored to the local settings.Application of China’s 1-3-7 model integrating with WHO-T3 initiative and local resources aiming at reducing the burden of malaria in terms of morbidity and mortality by 30%in the intervention communities in comparison with that at the baseline survey.Discussion:The China-UK-Tanzania pilot project on malaria control was that at China’s first pilot project on malaria control in Africa,exploring the feasibility of Chinese experiences by China-Africa collaboration,which is expected that the strategies and approaches used in this project could be potential for scaling up in Tanzania and African countries,and contribute to the acceleration of malaria control and elimination in Africa.Duoquan Wang Prosper Chaki Yeromin Mlacha Tegemeo Gavana Mihayo Gabriel Michael Rashid Khatibu Jun Feng Zheng-Bin Zhou Kang-Ming Lin Shang Xia He Yan Deus Ishengoma Susan Rumisha Sigbert Mkude Renata Mandike Frank Chacky Charles Dismasi Salim Abdulla Honorati Masanja Ning Xiao Xiao-Nong Zhou 2019Infectious Diseases of Poverty2019,8,1:12
3Transcriptome analysis reveals long noncoding RNAs involved in fiber development in cotton (Gossypium arboreum)显示文摘Long noncoding RNAs(lnc RNAs)play important roles in various biological regulatory processes in yeast,mammals,and plants.However,no systematic identification of lnc RNAs has been reported in Gossypium arboreum.In this study,the strand-specific RNA sequencing(ss RNA-seq)of samples from cotton fibers and leaves was performed,and lnc RNAs involved in fiber initiation and elongation processes were systematically identified and analyzed.We identified 5,996 lnc RNAs,of which 3,510 and 2,486 can be classified as long intergenic noncoding RNAs(linc RNAs)and natural antisense transcripts(lnc NAT),respectively.Linc RNAs and lnc NATs are similar in many aspects,but have some differences in exon number,exon length,and transcript length.Expression analysis revealed that 51.9%of linc RNAs and 54.5%of lnc NATs transcripts were preferentially expressed at one stage of fiber development,and were significantly highly expressed than protein-coding transcripts(21.7%).During the fiber and rapid elongation stages,rapid and dynamic changes in lnc RNAs may contribute to fiber development in cotton.This work describes a set of lnc RNAs that are involved in fiber development.The characterization and expression analysis of lnc RNAs will facilitate future studies on their roles in fiber development in cotton.Changsong Zou Qiaolian Wang Cairui Lu Wencui Yang Youping Zhang Hailiang Cheng Xiaoxu Feng Mtawa Andrew Prosper Guoli Song 2016Science China(Life Sciences)2016,59,2:9
4载药聚丙烯酸/聚乙二醇半互穿聚合物网络在木材中的原位构建及其性能显示文摘【目的】在木材中原位构建载药半互穿聚合物网络体系,以提高木材耐腐性,改善木材的尺寸稳定性。【方法】以丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在聚乙二醇存在下原位反应,一步法合成聚丙烯酸/聚乙二醇半互穿聚合物网络(PAA/PEG SIPN)。研究交联剂含量对聚合物性能的影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对其结构和形貌进行表征。采用真空浸渍法将质量百分比为0.5%的丙环唑纳米制剂和反应物注入木材中,使其在木材内部进行原位反应并交联,测试处理后木材的尺寸稳定性和室内耐腐性。【结果】FTIR分析表明,PAA和PEG除形成氢键外,还能通过交联剂形成相对牢固的化学结合。SEM和TEM结果发现,聚乙二醇较均匀地分散在聚丙烯酸中,形成相互贯穿的网络结构。在一定范围内,随着交联剂含量的增加,聚合物的溶胀性能减弱,强度增大。相对于未处理材,处理材的干缩湿胀性得到明显改善。室内耐腐性试验表明,处理材的药剂抗流失性和耐腐性得到明显提高。【结论】本文所及处理方法能够在一定程度上提高木材的尺寸稳定性和防腐性能,虽然对尺寸稳定性的作用尚未达到理想状态,但可为木材的改性处理提供一种新思路。刘彬彬 孙芳利 吴华平 杨秀树 饶瑾 Nayebare Kakwara Prosper 徐君庭 2016林业科学2016,52,11:7
5Larvicidal activities of hydro-ethanolic extracts of three Cameroonian medicinal plants against Aedes albopictus显示文摘Objective: To investigate the larvicidal activity of Syzygium guineense(Myrtaceae)(S. guineense), Monodora myristica and Zanthoxylum heitzii(Rutaceae)(Z. heitzii) extracts against Aedes albopictus(Ae. albopictus).Methods: The larvicidal activity of the hydro-ethanolic extracts from these plant species was assessed at three different concentrations(50, 100 and 200 mg/L) on first-instar of Ae. albopictus larvae in comparison with untreated controls. Mortality rate was recorded daily for a period of 12 days. The values of LC_(50) and lethal time killing 50% of the tested individuals(LT_(50)) were calculated using the log-probit analysis.Results: The root extract of S. guineense exhibited the best activity with 100% mortality after 8 days of treatment at 200 mg/L, followed by the fruit extract of Z. heitzii with83.33% mortality at the same concentration. Nonetheless, larvae were most susceptible to the fruit extract of Z. heitzii both in terms of LC_(50)(39.89 mg/L) and LT_(50)(145.68 h). A statistically significant difference between the control and the group treated at 200 mg/L was noticed in all the extracts.Conclusions: The present study shows that the hydro-ethanolic extracts of S. guineense,Monodora myristica and Z. heitzii tested have significant larvicidal activity. 6Assessing the Effect of Global Travel and Contact Restrictions on Mitigating the COVID-19 Pandemic显示文摘Travel restrictions and physical distancing have been implemented across the world to mitigate the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,but studies are needed to understand their effectiveness across regions and time.Based on the population mobility metrics derived from mobile phone geolocation data across 135 countries or territories during the first wave of the pandemic in 2020,we built a metapopulation epidemiological model to measure the effect of travel and contact restrictions on containing COVID-19 outbreaks across regions.We found that if these interventions had not been deployed,the cumulative number of cases could have shown a 97-fold(interquartile range 79–116)increase,as of May 31,2020.However,their effectiveness depended upon the timing,duration,and intensity of the interventions,with variations in case severity seen across populations,regions,and seasons.Additionally,before effective vaccines are widely available and herd immunity is achieved,our results emphasize that a certain degree of physical distancing at the relaxation of the intervention stage will likely be needed to avoid rapid resurgences and subsequent lockdowns.Shengjie Lai Nick W.Ruktanonchai Alessandra Carioli Corrine W.Ruktanonchai Jessica R.Floyd Olivia Prosper Chi Zhang Xiangjun Du Weizhong Yang Andrew J.Tatem 2021Engineering2021,7,7:2
7不同染色工艺对杉木边材染色渗透性的影响显示文摘酸性染料由于颜色丰富,价格低廉而成为现阶段木材工业常用的染料。木材的染色效果通常与染料的渗透深度和分布均匀性密切相关。为了提高染料的染色效果,同时充分利用丰富的国产速生材,以杉木边材为试材,研究恒温浸渍法、冷热交替法和真空浸注法3种工艺对染料纵向和横向渗透性的影响。结果表明:(1)恒温浸渍法中,横向渗透性随着染液温度升高而增加,纵向渗透性则相反。横向渗透在染液温度为90℃时最大,为0.66~0.94 mm,而纵向渗透在染液温度为28℃时最大,为3.2~4.67 mm。在恒温浸渍中,染料的渗透深度随染色时间的延长呈现出无规则变化;(2)冷热交替法中,染料渗透性介于真空注入与恒温浸渍之间,温度差对横向渗透性的影响远大于对纵向渗透性的影响;相同时间内,交替次数的增加能显著提高染料在横向的渗透性,而纵向渗透性远低于横向渗透性;(3)真空注入中,染料在纵向和横向渗透性均最大,比恒温90℃浸渍2 h提高2.0~3.0倍。王玉梅 吴华平 Nayebare Kakwara Prosper 孙芳利 2017福建林业科技2017,44,2:2
8漆酶催化碘处理竹材防霉性能显示文摘【目的】利用生物酶催化氧化特性,使无毒杀菌剂碘与竹材形成稳定化学键提高碘的抗流失性,增强竹材防霉性能,为天然无毒防霉剂的开发提供新思路。【方法】以2,2′-联氮双(3-乙基苯并噻唑啉-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)为促进剂,采用漆酶催化碘化钾并与竹材反应,将碘固着于竹材中,赋予竹材抗流失性和防霉性能,借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析竹材处理前后的主要基团和元素变化。以4年生毛竹为试验材料,以木霉、黑曲霉和桔青霉为试验菌种,研究不同浓度漆酶催化碘化钾对3种霉菌的防霉性能。为得到有效成分在竹材中的固着性,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定碘含量,计算竹材中碘固着率。以木霉、黑曲霉和桔青霉3种混合菌环境感染流失和未流失处理材,测试竹材流失前后的综合防霉效果。【结果】漆酶催化碘处理竹材可有效提高竹材防霉性能,不同浓度(以质量百分数wt.%表示)漆酶的参与均优于碘化钾单独处理组的防霉效果,其中浓度为4.8×10^-3 wt.‰的漆酶/碘化钾处理材对木霉抵抗力最强,对黑曲霉和桔青霉效果次之,21天后几乎完全被霉菌覆盖。流失试验表明,碘化钾处理竹块碘固着率为37.47%,质量百分数为4.8×10^-3 wt.‰的漆酶催化碘处理竹块后碘固着率提高到86.13%。3种混合菌环境下碘化钾只拥有有限的防霉效果,加入漆酶后防霉效果明显提高。FTIR和XPS分析表明,漆酶催化碘处理能使竹材木质素发生变化,并在木质素上形成C—I键,而纤维素和半纤维素变化较小。【结论】利用漆酶催化碘处理竹材可在一定程度上提高竹材防霉性能,漆酶浓度越大,防治效力越高。漆酶催化碘处理竹材能有效提升碘在竹材中的固着率。无论是否经过流失试验,漆酶催化碘处理竹块防霉效果均明显高于碘化钾处理竹块。该研究结果不仅可拓宽漆酶等生物酶的应用领域,而且也能为食品或人体接触的竹材提供安全可靠的防霉剂。饶瑾 Nayebare Kakwara Prosper 杨胜祥 吴华平 杨秀树 孙芳利 2020林业科学2020,56,2:2
