1	PDT研究中的光子物理学(续)显示文摘2.2 活体组织光学特性的测量测量活体组织光学特性的文献比报导离体实验检测的还要稀少。就我们所知,至今还没有报导过任何基本相互作用系数的活体测定工作,有过的仅仅是用光纤探针测量活体动物模型的肌肉、脑、旰的有效衰减系数。这些测量结果也汇总在表1中。Wilson等还报导了PDT时获得的630nm光波处人脑的有效穿透深度(1/∑eff)。概言之,了解PDT中的活体光学特性十分重要,这一几乎空白的部分还有待生物物理学家去开拓。	谢树森 A.Edward Profio	1990	福建师范大学学报(自然科学版)1990，6，1：	3
