2多普勒组织成像评价扩张型心肌病患者右心室收缩功能显示文摘目的探讨多普勒组织成像(DTI)评价扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者右心室收缩功能的价值。方法应用DTI检测了28例DCM患者和30例正常人三尖瓣环处射血期波(S)峰值速度(Vs)、速度时间积分(VTIs)、持续时间(Ts)、心电图Q波至S波起点处间期(Q-S)等,并与二维超声心动图所测三切面平均右心室面积变化率(MRVPCA)、胸骨旁左心长轴切面所测右心室前后径(RVD)等对比分析。结果DCM患者三尖瓣环处Vs、VTIs均较对照组明显减低(P<0.05),Q-S间期延长(P<0.01),Q-S/Ts比值增大(P<0.01),MRVPCA减小(P<0.01),RVD增大(P<0.01),右心室面积两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论DCM患者右心室收缩功能存在一定程度减退,应用三尖瓣环处DTI所测收缩期运动指标,可对其进行正确评价。张连仲 谢明星 范闽延 王新房 David Prior 2006中国超声诊断杂志2006,7,4:5
3Spatiotemporal rotational dynamics of laser-driven molecules显示文摘Molecular alignment and orientation by laser fields has attracted significant attention in recent years,mostly due to new capabilities to manipulate the molecular spatial arrangement.Molecules can now be efficiently prepared for ionization,structural imaging,orbital tomography,and more,enabling,for example,shooting of dynamic molecular movies.Furthermore,molecular alignment and orientation processes give rise to fundamental quantum and classical phenomena like quantum revivals,Anderson localization,and rotational echoes,just to mention a few.We review recent progress on the visualization,coherent control,and applications of the rich dynamics of molecular rotational wave packets driven by laser pulses of various intensities,durations,and polarizations.In particular,we focus on the molecular unidirectional rotation and its visualization,the orientation of chiral molecules,and the three-dimensional orientation of asymmetric-top molecules.Rotational echoes are discussed as an example of nontrivial dynamics and detection of prepared molecular states.Kang Lin Ilia Tutunnikov Junyang Ma Junjie Qiang Lianrong Zhou Olivier Faucher Yehiam Prior Ilya Sh.Averbukh Jian Wu 2020Advanced Photonics2020,2,2:4
4Exercise for stroke prevention显示文摘We review evidence concerning exercise for stroke prevention.Plausible biological reasons suggest that exercise would be important in preventing stroke.While definitive randomised controlled trials evaluating the impact of physical activity(PA)and exercise on preventing stroke and mortality are lacking,observational studies,small randomised controlled trials and meta-analyses have provided evidence that PA and exercise favourably modify stroke risk factors,including hypertension,dyslipidaemia,diabetes,sedentary lifestyle,obesity,excessive alcohol consumption and tobacco use.It is,therefore,important to understand the factors associated with poststroke PA/exercise and cardiorespiratory fitness.Positively associated factors include self-efficacy,social support and quality of patients’relationships with health professionals.Negatively associated factors include logistical barriers,medical comorbidities,stroke-related deficits,negative exercise beliefs,fear of falling,poststroke fatigue,arthropathy/pain and depression.Definitive research is needed to specify efficacious behavioural approaches to increase poststroke exercise.Effective techniques probably include physician endorsement of exercise programmesto patients,enhancement of patient-professional relationships,providing patients an exercise rationale,motivational interviewing,collaborative goal-setting with patients,addressing logistical concerns,social support in programsmes,structured exercise programming,individualised behavioural instruction,behavioural diary recording,reviewing behavioural consequences of exercise efforts,reinforcing successful exercise performance.Exercise programming without counselling may increase short-term activity;simple advice or information-giving is probably ineffective.Older patients or those with cognitive impairment may need increased structure,with emphasis on behaviour per se,versus self-regulation skills.We support the latest American Heart Association/American Stroke Association guidelines(2014)recommending PA and exercise for stroke prevention,and referral to behaviourally oriented programmes to improve PA and exercise.Peter L Prior Neville Suskin 2018Stroke & Vascular Neurology2018,3,2:2

7妇人,母猪,雌性大白鼠食用大豆后,尿中大豆异黄酮代谢物成份的比较(英文)显示文摘目的 :研究妇人 ,母猪 ,雌性大白鼠食用后 ,尿中大豆异黄酮代谢物成份的比较。方法 :妇人食用大豆食品或以含大豆饲料喂食母猪 ,雌性大白鼠后 ,收集尿液 ,以液质联用分析仪分析尿液中大豆异黄酮代谢物的种类及含量。结果 :在尿液样品中检测出大豆异黄酮及其糖苷酸代谢物。在大白鼠尿液中的大豆异黄酮代谢物主要为 7 4’ 异黄烷二醇葡萄糖苷酸 (equolglucuronideconjugate) ,其次为 7,5 ,4’ 三羟基异黄酮糖苷酸 (genisteinglucuronideconjugate)及 7,4’ 二羟基异黄酮糖苷酸 (daidzeinglucuronideconjugate)。在妇人尿液中大豆异黄酮糖苷酸代谢物超过 90 % ,在母猪尿液中大豆异黄酮糖苷酸代谢物介于 80 .5 %~ 84 .5 %之间。在雌性大白鼠尿液中大豆异黄酮糖苷酸代谢物约有 5 0 %的大豆异黄酮糖苷酸代谢物。结论 :7 4’ 异黄烷二醇为大白鼠尿液中的主要大豆异黄酮代谢物。张淳文 PRIOR Ronold L BADGER Thomas M 2004Journal of Nanjing Medical University2004,18,2:2

10Continuing professional development:progress beyond continuing medical education显示文摘Continuing medical education(CME)is rapidly evolving into competency-based continuing professional development(CPD)and this is driving change in self-directed CPD programs undertaken by individual practitioners as well as CPD programs or frameworks offered by CPD educators.This progression is being led by many factors including the rapid change in medical knowledge and medical practitioners along with changes in patients and society,healthcare systems,regulators and the political environment.We describe our experiences primarily concerning low-resource environments,in creating the International Council of Ophthalmology(ICO)Guide to Effective CPD/CME and in developing a CPD program for the Cambodian Ophthalmological Society(COS)twinned with the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists(RANZCO).At the conclusion of the project,47(100%)Cambodian practicing ophthalmologists were registered in the CPD program and 21(45%)were actively participating in the online COS-CPD program recording.We discuss challenges in CPD,propose solutions to overcome them and recommend developing research in CPD as needed to effectively enhance educational activities with impact in public health.Helena Prior Filipe Heather Gwen Mack Karl C.Golnik 2017Annals of Eye Science2017,,1:2
