1WHO生存质量评估简表的等价性评价显示文摘目的评价WHO生存质量评估简表(WHOQOL-BREF)在13个国家的等价性。方法采用多组验证性因子分析方法,对世界卫生组织生存质量研究小组提供的13个国家的数据进行分析,评价WHOQOL-BREF不同国家的等价性。结果各个国家的各个领域的Cronbachα系数均大于0·7,分布在0·7至0·88之间。除了英国和挪威之外,其它国家的社会关系领域的Cronbachα系数均大于0·65。采用根据世界卫生组织生存质量研究小组研制量表时构建的四因子模型对数据分别进行拟合,拟合优度指数(CFI)均大于0·8,其中德国、西班牙和美国的拟合优度指数大于0·9。多组验证性因子分析发现模型拟合尚可,CFI等于0·88,各个国家的因子负荷不全相等,因子负荷的轮廓相似。结论WHOQOL-BREF在13个国家具有相同的因子结构,且有等价性。郝元涛 方积乾 Power M J 吴少敏 朱淑明 2006中国心理卫生杂志2006,20,2:278
2Computed tomography and patient risk:Facts,perceptions and uncertainties显示文摘Since its introduction in the 1970s, computed tomography(CT) has revolutionized diagnostic decision-making. One of the major concerns associated with the widespread use of CT is the associated increased radiation exposure incurred by patients. The link between ionizing radiation and the subsequent development of neoplasia has been largely based on extrapolating data from studies of survivors of the atomic bombs dropped in Japan in 1945 and on assessments of the increased relative risk of neoplasia in those occupationally exposed to radiation within the nuclear industry. However, the association between exposure to low-dose radiation from diagnostic imaging examinations and oncogenesis remains unclear. With improved technology, significant advances have already been achieved with regards to radiation dose reduction. There are several dose optimization strategies available that may be readily employed including omitting unnecessary images at the ends of acquired series, minimizing the number of phases acquired, and the use of automated exposure control as opposed to fixed tube current techniques. In addition, new image reconstruction techniques that reduce radiation dose have been developed in recent years with promising results. 3灿烂弧菌对厚壳贻贝免疫指标和消化酶活性的影响显示文摘为探究灿烂弧菌对厚壳贻贝免疫指标和消化酶活性的影响,用1×10~6、1×10~7、1×10~8个/mL 3个浓度的灿烂弧菌刺激厚壳贻贝,探讨弧菌刺激后厚壳贻贝的一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MAD)等免疫指标和淀粉酶、蛋白酶等消化酶的变化情况。结果显示,灿烂弧菌刺激48 h后,厚壳贻贝足、鳃、消化腺等组织中仅消化腺的NOS活性较对照组有显著升高,且酶活性随初始细菌浓度的升高而升高,故选用消化腺来测定灿烂弧菌刺激后72 h内的免疫指标和消化酶活性的变化。灿烂弧菌刺激后,48 h内NOS活性较对照组均显著升高。NO含量较对照组均显著升高,与NOS显现相同变化趋势。SOD活性在各浓度灿烂弧菌刺激下较对照组均显著升高,而MAD含量在实验组中含量显著低于对照组。淀粉酶活性在实验组中显著低于对照组,总体呈现先下降后升高的趋势。蛋白酶活性在各实验组中均呈现先升高后下降的趋势。研究表明,灿烂弧菌对厚壳贻贝免疫指标和蛋白酶活性的升高有诱导作用,但对蛋白酶的活性有抑制作用。本研究初步探明了厚壳贻贝对灿烂弧菌的免疫应答机制,为进一步研究灿烂弧菌和厚壳贻贝相互作用机制以及厚壳贻贝免疫机制奠定了基础。梁箫 张亚 刘钰珠 李一峰 BATISTA M F POWER D 杨金龙 2018水产学报2018,42,9:5
