16育肥羔羊饲粮中添加槲皮素和亚麻籽对其免疫反应、运输过程中应激和瘤胃酸中毒的影响显示文摘根据体重将32只羔羊分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复4只羊。分别饲喂混有棕榈油的全混合日粮(TMR)(CTRL,棕榈油34 g·kg-1TMR)、混有亚麻籽的TMR(FS,2个重复,每个重复4只羊,亚麻籽85 g·kg-1TMR)。以及含有槲皮素的TMR(QCT,在每千克含棕榈油34 g的TMR中添加槲皮素2 g;FS-QCT,在每千克含亚麻籽85 g的TMR中添加槲皮素2 g)。试验3周后,通过皮下注射乳清蛋白进行免疫接种,并在免疫后0、4、9、14和17 d测抗卵清蛋白,然后对所有羔羊进行4 h的运输应激试验,研究公路运输过程中血液和生化指标的变化,最后屠宰。与对照组相比,FS组羊的平均卵清蛋白lgG抗体滴度在14和17 d显著下降(P=0.033)。在运输过程中,FS组的白细胞和组织损伤(肌酸磷酸激酶)显著减少(P<0.05)。因此,亚麻籽具有一定的免疫学特性和抗运输过程中组织损伤的作用。对于瘤胃酸中毒,槲皮素和亚麻籽可以减少角质化程度。Benavides J Martinez-Valladares M Tejido M L Giraldez F J Bodasl R Prieto N Parez V Andres S 2014饲料博览2014,,3:0
