| 1 | 通过胚胎拯救将野生稻耐旱特性转移到栽培稻进行远缘杂交初探显示文摘众所周知,农业用水的缺乏严重影响着世界干旱地区农业的发展,尤其影响着水稻的生产。育出具有耐旱特性的水稻品种从而经济地利用水分是一个重要的课题。前人的研究表明野生稻Oryza属中有许多种具有耐旱性,如果水稻栽培种也具有耐旱性,那将会更能适应环境节约用水,大大地提高水稻的收获面积及适应性。Oryzameridionalis和Oryzaaustraliensis具有耐旱特性,试验旨在通过远缘杂交将野生稻Oryzameridionalis和Oryzaaustraliensis的耐旱特性转移到栽培稻OryzaSativa。用Oryzameridionalis花粉对Oryzasativa共2419朵小花进行杂交授粉,并对杂交获得的18粒F1代未成熟种子进行了胚胎拯救,最终仅有一粒F1种子发芽并发育成植株,并获得一粒F2代种子,其杂交率为0.46%,萌芽率为50%,F1代杂种的结实率为0.024%;用Oryzaaustraliensis花粉对Oryzasativa共1848朵小花进行杂交授粉,并对杂交获得的48粒F1代未成熟种子进行了胚胎拯救,有11粒F1种子发芽并发育成植株,全部不育,其杂交率为0.60%,萌芽率为31.1%。同时,还对F1代杂种的形态学和农艺学特性进行了观察,最后还讨论了提高杂交率的方法及伪杂种的问题。 | 迟全勃 Prapa Sripichitt 许红春 | 2005 | 中国农学通报2005，21，10： | 6 |

| 4 | Effect of Post-weld Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Friction Stir Welded SSM7075 Aluminium Alloy显示文摘7XXX series aluminium alloys generally present low weldability by fusion welding methods because of the sensitivity to weld solidification cracking, vaporization of strengthening alloys and other defects in the fusion zone. Friction stir welding(FSW) can be deployed successfully with aluminium alloys. We presented the effect of post-weld heat treatment(PWHT) on the microstructure and mechanical properties of SSM7075 joints. Semi solid plates were butt-welded by FSW at a rotation speed of 1110 r/min, welding speeds of 70 and 110 mm/min. Solution treatment, artificial aging, and T6(solution treatment and artificial aging combined) were applied to the welded joints, each with three samples. It was found that the T6 joints at the speed of 70 mm/min yielded the highest tensile strength of 459.23 MPa. | 19 | Conservative management of cervical pregnancy with intramuscular administration of methotrexate and KCl injection: Case report and review of the literature显示文摘We report the case of a cervical pregnancy successfully treated with intramuscular injection of methotrexate(MTX) and intramniotic administration of potassium chloride. A 41-year-old woman was admitted to our Department with the suspicion of ectopic pregnancy. Transvaginal ultrasound revealed empty endometrialcavity, gestational sac within the cervical canal and embryonic echo measuring crown rump length 1.5 mm. Serum beta human chorionic gonadotropine(β-HCG) was measured 28590 IU/L. No cardiac activity was detected. The diagnosis of a cervical pregnancy was made. Patient was treated with intramuscular administration of methotrexate(50 mg/m2) in combination with ultrasoundguided intramniotic injection of KCl(2 meq/mL). Gradual decrease of β-HCG levels as well as ultrasound observation of collapsed gestational sac was observed. No curettage was necessitated. Patient was discharged on day 10 th and was set in follow-up on a weekly basis. β-HCG values were measured < 10 IU/L on 56 th day after MTX administration.
