1RAPID TRANSFER ALIGNMENT USING FEDERATED KALMAN FILTER显示文摘The dimension number of the centralized Kalman filter (CKF) for the rapid transfer alignment (TA) is as high as 21 if the aircraft wing flexure motion is considered in the rapid TA. The 21-dimensional CKF brings the calculation burden on the computer and the difficulty to meet a high filtering updating rate desired by rapid TA. The federated Kalman filter (FKF) for the rapid TA is proposed to solve the dilemma. The structure and the algorithm of the FKF, which can perform parallel computation and has less calculation burden, are designed.The wing flexure motion is modeled, and then the 12-order velocity matching local filter and the 15-order attitud ematching local filter are devised. Simulation results show that the proposed EKE for the rapid TA almost has the same performance as the CKF. 2Hsp90 inhibition results in autophagy-mediated proteasome-independent degradation of IκB kinase(IKK)显示文摘Autophagic and proteasomal proteolysis are two major pathways for degradation of cellular constituents.Currentmodels suggest that autophagy is responsible for the nonselective bulk degradation of long-lived proteins and organelleswhile the proteasome specifically degrades short-lived proteins including misfolded proteins caused by the absence ofHsp90 function.Here,we show that the IκB kinase(IKK),an essential activator of NF-κB,is selectively degraded byautophagy when Hsp90 is inhibited by geldanamycin(GA),a specific Hsp90 inhibitor showing highly effective anti-tumoractivity.We find that in this case inactivation of ubiquitination or proteasome fails to block IKK degradation.However,inhibition of autophagy by an autophagy inhibitor or knockout of Atg5,a key component of the autophagy pathway,significantly rescues IKK from GA-induced degradation.These findings provide the first evidence that an Hsp90 clientmay be degraded by a mechanism different from the proteasome pathway and establish a molecular link among Hsp90,NF-κB andGuoliang Qing Pengrong Yan Gutian Xiao 2006Cell Research2006,16,11:7
3Large electrostrain in Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO_(3)-based relaxor ferroelectrics:A case study of Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO3-Bi_(1/2)K_(1/2)TiO_(3)-Bi(Ni_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3) ceramics显示文摘(1-x)(0.8Bi_(1/2)Na_(1/2)TiO3-0.2Bi_(1/2)K_(1/2)TiO3)-xBi(Ni_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O3(BNKT-xBNN)solid solution ceramics were fabricated by high temperature solid-state reaction method.All the compositions possess relaxor ferroelectric features,among which the ergodic BNKT-0.02BNN exhibits large repeatable electrostrain value Suni¼0.51%at electric field of 65 kV/cm,with high piezoelectric stain coefficient d33*of 890 pm/V at 45 kV/cm,while the non-ergodic compositions present unrepeatable large strain response.Based on the electric field-composition phase diagram,the repeatability of strain response in ergodic compositions can be attributed to the reversible electric-field-induced phase transition.In addition,the effects of BNN contents on the macroscopic strain properties are explored by analyzing the existing states of the polar regions with corresponding thermal evolutions and electric-field-induced phase transitions.This research is expected to guide the design of lead free relaxor ferroelectric materials with desired electrostrain properties.Guangzhi Dong Huiqing Fan Laijun Liu Pengrong Ren Zhenxiang Cheng Shujun Zhang 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,3:2

7GOODNESS-OF-FIT TEST WITH GENETIC BACKGROUND显示文摘The chi-square test is a well-known goodness-of-fit test. It is available for arbitrary alternative hypothesis, particularly for a very general alternative. However, when the alternative is a “one-sided” hypothesis, which usually appears in genetic linkage analysis, the chi-square test does not use the information offered by the one-sided hypothesis.Therefore, it is possible that an appropriate one-sided test, which uses the information,will be better than the chi-square test. 11Pharmacodynamic advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke显示文摘Ischemic stroke(IS) is a severe cerebrovascular disease with a high incidence, mortality, and disability rate. The first-line treatment for IS is the use of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(r-t PA).Regrettably, numerous patients encounter delays in treatment due to the narrow therapeutic window and the associated risk of hemorrhage. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has exhibited distinct advantages in preventing and treating IS. TCM enhances cerebral microcirculation, alleviates neurological disorders, regulates energy metabolism, mitigates infammation, reduces oxidative stress injuries, and inhibits apoptosis, thereby mitigating brain damage and preventing IS recurrence. This article summarizes the etiology, pathogenesis, therapeutic strategies, and relationship with modern biology of IS from the perspective of TCM, describes the advantages of TCM in the treatment of IS, and further reviews the pharmacodynamic characteristics and advantages of TCM in the acute and recovery phases of IS as well as in post-stroke complications. 13Super-stable permittivity and low dielectric loss of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)ceramics within an ultra-wide temperature range显示文摘This work designs a new system(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)with a nonstoichiometric bismuth ratio,which is used as dielectrics of ceramics capacitors.Phase structure evolution of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)is characterized using XRD,Raman and TEM.Dielectric and resistant properties of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)are investigated with increasing concentration of NaTaO_(3).With these in-vestigations,the structure and defect chemistry of(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5+y)TiO_(3-x)NaTaO_(3)are rationalized and their respective impact on capacitor properties are elucidated.The optimized composition 0.8Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.51)TiO_(3)-0.2NaTaO_(3)possesses an ultra-wide operating temperature range(-92e398C),in which both stable permittivity and low dielectric loss is obtained.Furthermore,the fabrication of multilayer ceramics capacitors(MLCC)based on 0.8Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.51)TiO_(3)-0.2NaTaO_(3)dielectrics is investigated.With the addition of sintering aids,0.8Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.51)TiO_(3)-0.2NaTaO_(3)could be co-fired with Ag at 910℃in air,and the low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)capacitors maintain good temperature stability of permittivity and low dielectric loss in-100-352℃.Therefore,our work provides a new route for pre-paring ultra-wide operating temperature capacitors at low manufacturing costs.Pengrong Ren Han Zhao Xin Wang Yuhui Wan Zhiyong Liu Changbai Long Fuxue Yan Till Frӧmling Gaoyang Zhao 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,3:0
14Peripheral origin exosomal micro RNAs aggravate glymphatic system dysfunction in diabetic cognitive impairment显示文摘Cognitive dysfunction is one of the common central nervous systems(CNS)complications of diabetes mellitus,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and results in a huge economic burden.The glymphatic system dysfunction mediated by aquaporin-4(AQP4)loss or redistribution in perivascular astrocyte endfeet plays a crucial role in diabetes-induced cognitive impairment(DCI).However,the mechanism of AQP4 loss or redistribution in the diabetic states remains unclear.Accumulating evidence suggests that peripheral insulin resistance target tissues and CNS communication affect brain homeostasis and that exosomal miRNAs are key mediators.Glucose and lipid metabolism disorder is an important pathological feature of diabetes mellitus,and skeletal muscle,liver and adipose tissue are the key target insulin resistance organs.In this review,the changes in exosomal miRNAs induced by peripheral metabolism disorders in diabetes mellitus were systematically reviewed.We focused on exosomal miRNAs that could induce low AQP4 expression and redistribution in perivascular astrocyte endfeet,which could provide an interorgan communication pathway to illustrate the pathogenesis of DCI.Furthermore,the mechanisms of exosome secretion from peripheral insulin resistance target tissue and absorption to the CNS were summarized,which will be beneficial for proposing novel and feasible strategies to optimize DCI prevention and/or treatment in diabetic patients.Lin Zhang Dongna Li Pengrong Yi Jiangwei Shi Mengqing Guo Qingsheng Yin Dingbin Liu Pengwei Zhuang Yanjun Zhang 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,7:0
15Preparation of Bi-2212/YBCO heterostructure and their interfacial characters显示文摘YBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7‐x)(YBCO)thin films were prepared on LaAlO_(3)(LAO)substrates by a sol–gel method,and the epitaxial growth of Bi‐2212 thin films on YBCO thin films was investigated.Both YBCO and Bi_(2)Sr_(2)Ca1Cu_(2)O_(8)+δ(Bi‐2212)bilayer films exhibit good biaxial texture and superconducting properties.Afterward,a cross‐shaped Bi‐2212/YBCO heterostructure was fabricated,and its interfacial atomic arrangement and I‐V characteristics were analyzed.Atomic‐resolution STEM images obtained from a spherical‐aberration‐corrected transmission electron microscope show that two superconducting films exhibit a layered structure and the atoms inside the films are artfully arranged.Moreover,the order of the seven atomic layers between Bi‐2212 and YBCO layers with a thickness of about 1.32 nm is misarranged.Among them,the Y‐O layer of YBCO and the Sr‐O layer of Bi‐2212 share a CuO_(2) layer.The I‐V curves of Bi‐2212/YBCO bilayer films show that the seven misarranged atomic layers at Bi‐2212/YBCO interface acts as a barrier layer,which means that a Josephson junction can be fabricated using this interface characters.Minghu Shen Li Lei Gaoyang Zhao Pengrong Ren Mengmeng Ren Man Wu Bo Deng 2022Superconductivity2022,,4:0
