1Root microbiota shift in rice correlates with resident time in the field and developmental stage显示文摘Land plants in natural soil form intimate relationships with the diverse root bacterial microbiota. A growing body of evidence shows that these microbes are important for plant growth and health. Root microbiota composition has been widely studied in several model plants and crops; however, little is known about how root microbiota vary throughout the plant's life cycle under field conditions. We performed longitudinal dense sampling in field trials to track the time-series shift of the root microbiota from two representative rice cultivars in two separate locations in China. We found that the rice root microbiota varied dramatically during the vegetative stages and stabilized from the beginning of the reproductive stage, after which the root microbiota underwent relatively minor changes until rice ripening. Notably, both rice genotype and geographical location influenced the patterns of root microbiota shift that occurred during plant growth. The relative abundance of Deltaproteobacteria in roots significantly increased overtime throughout the entire life cycle of rice, while that of Betaproteobacteria, Firmicutes, and Gammaproteobacteria decreased. By a machine learning approach, we identified biomarker taxa and established a model to correlate root microbiota with rice resident time in the field(e.g., Nitrospira accumulated from 5 weeks/tillering in field-grown rice). 2The fossils of Orsten-type preservation from Middle and Upper Cambrian in Hunan, China——Three-dimensionally preserved soft- bodied fossils (Arthropods)显示文摘Exquisitely preserved three-dimensional soft- bodied fossils and typical Orsten-type preservation have been found from the strata of Middle and Late Cambrian in western Hunan, China. A preliminary description is provided for Hesslandona sp. (Phosphatocopida, Crustacea, Arthro-poda) and Skara sp. (Skaracarida, Crustaceam, Arthropoda). 4integrated structure for recognition of different joint motion states with the assistance of a deep learning algorithm显示文摘Accurate motion feature extraction and recognition provide critical information for many scientific problems.Herein,a new paradigm for a wearable seamless multimode sensor with the ability to decouple pressure and strain stimuli and recognize the different joint motion states is reported.This wearable sensor is integrated into a unique seamless structure consisting of two main parts(a resistive component and a capacitive component)to decouple the different stimuli by an independent resistance-capacitance sensing mechanism.The sensor exhibits both high strain sensitivity(GF=7.62,0-140%strain)under the resistance mechanism and high linear pressure sensitivity(S=3.4 kPa^(-1),0-14 kPa)under the capacitive mechanism.The sensor can differentiate the motion characteristics of the positions and states of different joints with precise recognition(97.13%)with the assistance of machine learning algorithms.The unique integrated seamless structure is achieved by developing a layer-bylayer casting process that is suitable for large-scale manufacturing.The proposed wearable seamless multimode sensor and the convenient process are expected to contribute significantly to developing essential components in various emerging research fields,including soft robotics,electronic skin,health care,and innovative sports systems applications.Lei Wen Meng Nie Pengfan Chen Yu-na Zhao Jingcheng Shen Chongqing Wang Yuwei Xiong Kuibo Yin Litao Sun 2022Microsystems & Nanoengineering2022,8,1:1

6Audit Scheme of University Scientific Research Funds Based on Consortium Blockchain显示文摘In the current process of university scientific research funding audits,the auditors do not obtain audit evidence in a timely manner,resulting in a lag in audit time;at the same time,there is the possibility that the audit evidence may be tampered with,and the sensitive expenditure cannot be effectively protected.Based on this,this paper proposes an audit scheme for university scientific research funds based on a consortium chain.The scheme saves relevant audit evidence through blockchain and IPFS,which changes the storage method of traditional audit evidence and effectively ensures the integrity,auditability of audit evidence and verifiability,and facilitates real-time auditing.We use Pedersen Commitment and Zero-Knowledge Range Proof to ensure the auditability of sensitive data;use smart contracts to automate auditing to further ensure that auditors can find relevant audit issues in a timely manner;and separate different departments and construct an audit tree through multi-channel technology to ensure the integrity and reliability of data and improve audit efficiency and accuracy.Finally,functional comparison analysis and security analysis show that the scheme in this paper has certain feasibility and robustness.Pengfan Yue Heng Pan 2022国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2022,,2:0
