| 1 | Pharmacogenetics research on chemotherapy resistance in colorectal cancer over the last 20 years显示文摘During the past two decades the first sequencing of the human genome was performed showing its high degree of inter-individual differentiation,as a result of large international research projects(Human Genome Project,the 1000 Genomes Project International HapMap Project,and Programs for Genomic Applications NHLBI-PGA).This period was also a time of intensive development of molecular biology techniques and enormous knowledge growth in the biology of cancer.For clinical use in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer(CRC),in addition to fluoropyrimidines,another two new cytostatic drugs were allowed:irinotecan and oxaliplatin.Intensive research into new treatment regimens and a new generation of drugs used in targeted therapy has also been conducted.The last 20years was a time of numerous in vitro and in vivo studies on the molecular basis of drug resistance.One of the most important factors limiting the effectiveness of chemotherapy is the primary and secondary resistance of cancer cells.Understanding the genetic factors and mechanisms that contribute to the lack of or low sensitivity of tumour tissue to cytostatics is a key element in the currently developing trend of personalized medicine.Scientists hope to increase the percentage of positive treatment response in CRC patients due to practical applications of pharmacogenetics/pharmacogenomics.Over the past 20 years the clinical usability of different predictive markers has been tested among which only a few have been confirmed to have high application potential.This review is a synthetic presentation of drug resistance in the context of CRC patient chemotherapy.The multifactorial nature and volume of the issues involved do not allow the author to present a comprehensive study on this subject in one review. | Mariusz Panczyk | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，29： | 17 |
| 2 | 集束化电话指导心肺复苏术在院外心脏性猝死患者中的应用价值及在我国推广的可行性探讨显示文摘目的:探讨集束化电话指导心肺复苏术(TCPR)在院外心脏性猝死(SCD)患者中的应用价值,并对该技术在我国推广的可行性进行浅析。方法:回顾性分析2011年1月1日至2014年12月31日在美国亚利桑那州经院前紧急医疗(EMS)救治的SCD成年患者的资料,分为两组:未得到旁观者心肺复苏术组(无CPR组)和接受集束化TCPR组(TCPR组),比较两组间的生存率和神经功能预后,分析集束化TCPR的应用价值。结果:本研究共纳入4391例患者,其中1760例符合纳入标准(平均年龄63岁,男性占1152例),其中无CPR组758例、TCPR组1002例。整体生存率为10.40%,神经功能预后良好率为7.56%。参照无CPR组,Logistic回归分析显示:TCPR组出院时的生存率分别是无CPR组的1.64倍(95%可信区间:1.16,2.30);出院时,神经功能预后良好率分别是无CPR组1.56倍(95%可信区间:1.06,2.31)。结论:集束化TCPR可改善院外SCD患者的生存率和神经功能预后,具有一定的应用价值,可尝试在我国进行推广。 | 吴智鑫 关紫云 麦惠强 张琳 周建仪 李莹莹 陈景利 戚振红 霍志浩 汤琪 何巧萍 何明丰 马明远 Micah Panczyk | 2018 | 岭南急诊医学杂志2018，23，1： | 2 |
